Wonderful place, unfortunately we happened to come while they were renovating so we didn’t get to go to the pool, but they did offer an alternative at a different location. Bring your own snacks and drinks there aren’t any vending machines. Although you can purchase items on the first floor but you have to wait in the same line as people checking in to the hotel to purchase snacks. Other than that everything was great.

Excellent is just about all respects: would definitely stay there again, and do highly recommend. Only 2 lesser issues: pool was being renovated so we were not able to use, hvac unit in initial room had failed so we had to insist on reassignment. Overall excellent facility with very competent staff.

i was inconvenienced with the work you were doing on your front door as it was innaccessible by vehicle and had to park in the lot and walk to register. this went on for my entire stay. other than that looks like you are remodeling still from my last stay.

It was undergoing a bit of a makeover during our stay. The front lobby was the area that had a lot of renovations going on. The rooms were awesome tho! Spacious and newly remodeled. Very clean and quiet. The location was also super convenient to the galleria.

If you have a wheelchair or helping one the elevators will annoy you so much because there is only one elevator for this and once you push the button it activates all elevators NOT JUST THE BIG ONE. Multiple times the small elevator came and i had to go in a send it to the top floor. Running in and out of the small elevator just to hopefully get the bigger one is super annoying. The big elevator should have it OWN BUTTON. And CONSTRUCTION IS STILL GOING ON…. You cant even drive to the front… i had to park on this side push all my luggage across the whole facility just to get to the unsatisfactory elevator. The pool bathrooms are not done either.

The room had a strong mildew smell. The smell in the first room was unbearable and made me nauseous. I was able to switch rooms but the other room smelled like it was recently flooded out as well. My husband had to get spray and candles for us to sleep there. We purposely stayed out of the room as much as possible. Horrible experience.

Disappointed the hotel was under construction and not told in advance. I would not have chose this hotel (see pictures). Room is SUPER loud from highway noise and difficult to sleep. Traffic is heavy and goes all night long. The room was big BUT not able to take advantage the room since the kitchen was not complete. The bathroom need major work. The shower does not work properly-the shower head is broke and the water pressure is terrible. The room should have been discounted due to construction. The hallways were fifthly and full of construction debris.

Front desk staff was very nice very polite upon checking in. I had a problem with the room and she fixed it then they gave me a second room that also had here on the floor and I wasn’t really tripping. I just told him to get on their cleaning staff about the hairy floor in the bathroom so I’m gonna still give them a great review because the staff was excellent. The lobby was clean.

Room was clean. Bed very comfortable. Water pressure/volume in bathroom sink was very low. Lighting was low. Very noisy room due to adjacent interstate location. Windows need to be upgraded to sound proof. For that reason I wouldn’t stay there again. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Javier the front desk was amazing. First room I was checked into had ants in the room. Second room was much cleaner, and no bugs. First room had a torn up couch cushion. It looked like someone tried to shred it. The decor is very outdated. Air conditioner in second room was making a weird noise almost the entire stay. It sounded like it was trying to start and then couldn’t and kept re-trying to start for about five minutes. Every single time it would kick on.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Crowne Plaza. We rented a suite and it was the perfect room for multiple people. Rooms are clean and staff is friendly.

The room layout is nice and very spacious. However, a lot of things were broken down. The TV did not work. The phones did not work. There was no WiFi. There was no hot water in one of our rooms. May be inexpensive, but beware.

We did like our Stay at some point but came across a disappointment Issue with your Staff after Paying a Lot for two nights they overcharged US double. One transaction on my card and the other transaction on my husband's card. I don't think the gentleman working their new his job well and was in a hurry to clock out for his shift. Hopefully Crowne Plaza Hotel will credit the amount back but I won't know until maybe 5 to 7 business days and checking through my bank. I was told by the Male manager when I checked out that I was going to be reimbursed for my deposit and the breakfast fee ! They don't even offer complimentary breakfast that's ridiculous! Then when I spoke to the Female manager about our incident she offered us a complimentary breakfast vouchers but then in the end they still charged us for the breakfast! I won't be giving my Business to this hotel anymore ever Again !! And I actually rented it this spot because it was a last minute choice and it was my Birthday . I didn't think I was going to go through all that on my special day !

I was not able to stay at this hotel! I had my confirmation and everything but the hotel decided to cancel my reservation since I didn’t arrive at the time of check in. We went for a baseball game and got to hotel around midnight and they didn’t have a room for us. Even though my confirmation said I had until 2 am to check in they didn’t honor that. We had a hard time finding a place to stay since it was a busy weekend. The hotel didn’t even offer an apology or an option to accommodate us.

The staff was so incredibly helpful and considerate, asking if I had a room preference, and managing to somehow give me one of the most pleasant and quiet hotel rooms I've ever been in. The beds were clean, cozy, and so comfortable I seriously considered asking if I could check back in later for an afternoon nap. This hotel is very affordable compared to some others around the same area, and it's close to everything from shopping to food. Definitely going to come and stay here again!

The room was great and the breakfast was amazing. However it took forever to get extra bedsheets and covers for the kids (was in the evening and kids were cranky) and also not having received breakfast vouchers for the kids and then almost being charged for extra breakfast makes me give only 4 overall stars.

We had an amazing time staying at the Crowne, Britney and the rest of the staff were absolutely amazing. Britney went above and beyond make sure our stay was great. The hotel was so nice inside and out and the hotel and the rooms were super clean and anything we needed they were able to get for us. It was an great experience and I will definitely stay there again in the future.

I have been staying in this hotel when I visit Houston since 2019. Good hote, convenient location, nice staff and good service. Breaktfasts are decent. But this time, the funiture in my hotel room was very worn out which made the hotel look low quality although it actualyl is not. I do believe the hotel needs refurb on some of the things. However, overall, it was ok for myself over a busienss stay However, I would not stay in this hotel with my family though.

Overall super happy with our stay. Was bummed that their restaurant was still under construction and breakfast wasn’t an option but I wish we could have stayed here for the 2 weeks after we bounced around to different hotels while we were in housing limbo thanks to mold.

Hotel was fine. Clean, updated somewhat recently rooms. There is a resturant and bar in the hotel, but there is no room service even though they say there is and a heads up: the food listed on the menu arent actually what you get. For example: the veggie burger states "Veggieburger,picodegallo,pepperjackcheese, cilantro-limecrema,briochebun" but I just got a veggie burger patty with iceberg lettuce and cheese. For the Maragita they state: "CorazónBlancotequila,Cointreau,freshlimejuice, housemadesimplesyrup" but was actually just jose cuervo and premixed Zinger juice. Lol. Very average hotel experience. Not bad, not great.
