Stayed 1 night

I booked this hotel because it is attached to the outpatient center of Methodist Hospital, and I was bringing my mother for surgery the next morning. About 11:00 PM the day we checked in we were all woke up covered in sweat as the air conditioner had gone out and quit blowing cold. I notified staff, but as of 10:00 when we checked out, it had still not been addressed. Not only was the A/C not functioning, the room hadn’t been cleaned. The sheets were filthy and the shower had hair stuck all over the walls.

Stayed 2 nights

I reserved the room for two nights, and decided to stay for only one night. They charged me for the full two nights, which was okay, but I left my night guard in the room, I called the hotel as soon I got back to Dallas that night around 11:00 pm. I could not get any staff to answer my phone. I called the front desk again next morning, they said told me they could not locate my night guard. What a disappointing experience, they need to improve their loss and found services.
