I was not expecting this place to be like this. We stayed for 10 days, and while the pictures look nice online, the reality was very different once we arrived. Here are a few things you should know before booking: No AC in the bedroom. There is only a vent from the AC in the living room, and it does not cool the bedroom very well. The gym was out of service for 5 days. We were repeatedly told that the problem would be fixed, but it remained unavailable for most of our stay. Security was a concern. The side entrance leading to the outdoor grill area was sometimes left open, with the door held open by the doormat. All kinds of people were coming and going. This did not feel safe, especially because someone could knock on your door and you might assume they were from the front desk. The outdoor grill area was not clean. People were using the grills without cleaning up afterward, and it did not appear that anyone was regularly cleaning the area. The toilet has very little water pressure. You may want to keep a plunger handy. Be careful about the room you are assigned. They may place you in a handicap-accessible room on the first floor, even if that is not the type of room you booked through Hotels.com. Make sure you check your room before settling in. The one major positive is the location. It is within walking distance of CityCentre and several nice restaurants and other places to visit.
