Pool was broken, I completely understand that these things happen. Staff kept giving my children false hopes that it would be open, knowing there was no chance of it. Tried to discuss with staff and was told on repeat how hard they were working on it. It’s frustrating they did not understand that falsely telling my kids it could happen was unacceptable. They kept saying there was a swim center close that we had to pay to visit, would have been nice if they gave us tickets to go. We paid extra for a pool as well, did not receive any discount or money back. Overall the service was poor and disappointing. Felt like I was never listened to.

Rooms were clean, hallways need a good shampooing. The Pool and Hot Tub were broken, which was disappointing for that's one reason we picked the place. Whenever you wanted to speak to the staff/front desk they were not at the desk. You find them outside smoking, frustrating having to wait around for them to come and help you.

A very clean and comfortable stay. Lots of pillows on a great bed. We were allowed to check in 1 hour early. Awesome. Excellent service and very clean. The only thing that they need is a little more Parking with wider parking places. Very enjoyable stay ,thank you workers

Overall it was a good experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was mostly clean. I am a bit concerned because my daughter's sock ended up under the bed and I was disturbed to see the amount of dust, hair, and some unknown loose pills. Small children or service animals could have easily gotten to them. The cleaning crew just needs to take a couple of extra seconds to vacuum under the beds. The rest of the room was spotless. But the room was comfortable and provided a decent amount of space for my daughter's very large powered wheelchair. There was something buggy about the motorized curtains and we almost had to sleep in full view of everyone going through the Taco Bell drive through. It did eventually work though.

This property is fine, remodeled well but house keeping was awful and made the experience there gross. This place would be much nicer if they had people who knew how to clean. The first room was not vacuumed and there were hairs all of the bathroom. Asked for a new room and this room looked cleaner but on further inspection during our stay the windows had smears, there was smelly food left in the mini fridge from a previous guest and stains on the carpet. This place needs better housekeeping it would be make a world difference! As someone in the healthcare field this really is unacceptable. Stay clear away from this hotel if you like a clean place to stay.

It's a solid place to stop for the night when traveling down I-84. One of the few places where a sofa bed is available which is nice when traveling in groups of three. Beds are fine but too hard a mattress for me. We've visited twice and I've always had issues sleeping the first night here. Cleanliness this time wasn't so good, there was food in the fridge from previous travelers that hadn't been cleaned out.

I was expecting more out of this hotel. It seemed like they painted recently, but the room itself wasn’t cleaned well. There was leftover food in the fridge, a spill in there, and it wasn’t cold enough for our food. There was also a large sticky section on the carpet by the couch. The bathroom looked to have been cleaned with water, as there were streaks and water spots all over. We definitely wouldn’t stay here again for the price we paid. I paid the same amount for a MUCH nicer hotel in Portland the night before.

Our family of 6 had a good stay. Main Bbds were comfortable, the pull out sofa bed wasn't great. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Pool was actually warm and comfortable and hot tub was hot so that was a plus. Breakfast was good with plenty of warm and cold options.

The hotel is fresh and pretty clean. The location is not great. It’s across the freeway from the river and is in a chevron parking lot. Walmart is down the street and Taco Bell and Dairy Queen are next door. The rooms are not quiet. The kids in the room above were running around and we could hear every footstep. The hall noise was also not muted in any way. We could hear every one who walked by. Ultimately I wouldn’t stay here again, but for others who don’t mind noise it would be fine.

This was a great option for our sleep over on the way to Yakima. Clean rooms and friendly staff. The breakfast was super pre-fab and the worker was eating while she was working which wasn’t too cool. If I had it to do over again, I would stay downtown so there was more access within walking distance.

When we went to eat breakfast, there was no food left at the buffet and breakfast was still be served for 45 more minutes. I asked the lady in the breakfast area if more food was coming out, she said she didn't know and she was busy. I asked front desk person and she quickly resolved the problem. More food was brought out gor the breakfast buffet.
