Stayed 1 night

After check in i went to ask for extra blanket and was told they didnt have one so sharing a bed with a blanket hog and the air on blowing on me all night made for a miserable night waking up freezing every couple hours so not much rest that was much needed and the dog across the hall barked every time someone passed the door i wouldnt stay here again it was ok the desk staff was rude and not very helpful then at check out it took forever to get a cash deposit back they had to check the room for what i don't know but it took way to long i would definitely say the money i spent was a waste considering the over all experience no extra blanket come on and no cups in the room but you have a coffee maker which makes no sense not a very comfortable place to say the least

Bad experience this was the second time I chose this hotel. Not sure what happened but they canceled my reservation and ended up paying more for a smaller room. Was not happy this time around staff didn’t care and couldn’t explain why my booking was canceled.

Stayed 1 night

From the moment of arrival in seeing white powder spread at the entrances I knew that I might have made a mistake in booking this hotel. As I walked up to my room the carpets were very dirty, it was as if they hadn't been vacuumed for a couple of weeks. The smell of the hallway suggested that as well. The keys that were given to me unlocked the door, however the door would not open whether the door handle itself was pushed up or down. When I let the clerk know, I was given a new room. Upon entering the room it was so dark when I turned the light on it was like having a nightlight. I crossed the room to turn the other light on and the illumination from that light was like adding another night light. It was at this time that I've seen cigarette burns on the bed cover sand the holes in the wall. At that point I thought to myself I needed to check for bed bugs however the lighting was so poor I could not do that. I immediately went downstairs and tried to check out, so I could at least have the deposit hold taken off my card and was told that I could not because I booked with hotels.com. At this point I was emotionally overwhelmed because the experience of the conditions and sub par accommodations was frightening, I knew I could not stay the night. Unfortunately not only did I spend a little bit over a $100 for the room but I also was told that I had to put a $100 deposit down for the room itself, I was out $200. I never expected to have to cancel due to room conditions.
