Friendly desk staff, complimentary breakfast could not keep up with demand, refilling pans tool too long. Indoor pool out of service disappointed grandson. Housekeeping very good; Have never been a fan of the wall mounted bulk soap/shampoo dispensers due to service issues,as our shower had no soap. Convenient location at I-77 exit with several chain stores and restaurants close by. Will stay again when I’m the area.

Elevator needs floor repaired or replaced, elevator was very noisy and clunks and shudders when landing. Light bulb burned out entry to rm 218. Piece of carpet appears to be cut out. Hotel starting to show signs of aging. Nothing major and did not affect comfort.

keys did not work; took 2 trips to the desk; slow check in; pool "needed cleaned" so would not openuntil later that evening, not open the next day either, never did open; had to ask for feather pillows to be removed from the room because of allergy, new ones were brought but was told to just keep the feather ones, and "just throw them aside"; breakfast was out of food by 8 in the morning; took 1 & 1/2 hr. to catch up, manager was not hospitable with guests, and had the kitchen help in tears; hallway floors were sticky; almost out of toilet paper, no extra roll, tried to call for more, phone did not work, another trip to the desk; rarely anyone at the desk; our shower was nasty looking;

We wish the pool would have been open but it was out of order. Everything else was great and comfortable. The area had plenty to do and eat, but we were in town for a specific event so we didn’t do a lot near the hotel.

The hotel was under renovation. The lobby was filled with lots of furniture stacked on top of each other. When I checked in the staff told me to make sure I pushed my door hard, and that it was shut securely because they were laying carpet and it wasn’t finished yet. Kind of sad I paid full price for a hotel that was under renovation.

I was forced to find other accommodations 45 minutes away after finding bed bugs in my room. This meant driving in a rainstorm at midnight in construction. The staff was responsive and helpful, as all of the surrounding properties in Akron and even Cleveland were fully booked. I’m having trouble connecting to get my refund. Booked through Expedia, so this complicated things.

Do NOT stay here. The room was dirty. They didn’t change the sheets before my husband checked in and he didn’t notice until the next night!! Blood on the sheets. Disgusting. His travel companion had to wait until after 9:00 pm for his guaranteed room was ready

The hotel is showing it's age (stained carpets, old showers, broken tiles) but overall it was clean, well-lit, and the staff was wonderful. Tons of shopping and restaurants nearby, as well as easy access to the highway.

Place was beat up. Furniture looked rather worn. Finial from floor lamp was gone, so shade would get knocked off if you bumped the lamp. Both glass shower doors were off track. One missing the roller wheel and mount at top of door, so had been busted for some time. Breakfast was from 6-9 I believe, and got there at about 8. The trays that held hot breakfast were virtually empty. The second day, everything was full. Breakfast was ok. Staff was very nice. I’m not sure I’d stay here again, especially with all the other available hotels in the area.

Bed bugs and loud guest at 2-4:00 in the morning on two different stays! Manager never got back to me after both complaints. Would not recommend staying here! The residence inn and holiday inn are right next to this hotel and would highly recommend those hotels over this one.

Noisy area by a very busy highway. Rooms were noisy too, could hear kids yelling and screaming next door and across the haul. Room doors would slam shut all through the night because they were set-up to close that way. Rooms themselves were clean and in good repair. Breakfast was good. Food was cooked well. Good selection of breakfast food.

No room service in 7 days. Unwilling to solve a problem Rooms designed for one person, not two. Very small. Only one chair. A/Ceither froze you or it was too hot Door jammed at the top and took a shoulder slam to get it open, despite the maintenance personnel saying that they were going to fix it. Very soft bed

The staff were exceptionally friendly. Hot breakfast was an added perk. What we didn’t like is that everything felt damp like there’s something wrong with the HVAC system. There was no vent/fan in the bathroom so showers cause the whole room to be even more humid.

Check in started bad. Stood at check in counter without being acknowledged by the employee behind the desk. After a minute the desk phone rang which she answered and sounded like she took a personal call. After she finished the call she then acknowledged me - no sorry about the wait, no welcome, you could tell she didn’t want to be there. Room was good and clean. Walls and ceilings are thin so you can hear people in the next room and people walking above you. The breakfast was standard waffles, sausage patties, cereal options, oatmeal, apples, bananas, bread for toast, and plain bagels. There are plenty of close food options close by and the hotel is right off the interstate. The lady at checkout was super nice and friendly - she completely made up for the girl at check in. Overall the hotel is adequate for somewhere to sleep while you explore Cleveland or Canton.

Very friendly staff! Greeted us the moment we walked in! Went over amenities and showed us around the lobby to familiarize us with locations of everything we might need. Room was very clean and spacious! Bed was very comfortable!

The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable, including giving snacks to the kids. The swimming pool was well stocked with towels and they checked frequently to make sure there were enough towels. They mopped the hallway leading to the pool frequently to make sure floors were safe and did not have puddles.

I arrived at 2:45 and was told to return as check in wasn't until 3:00. They weren't busy at all. On Sunday at mid day I went down to get a snack as I didn't have anything in my room. The entire staff was at the front counter in a heated argument. I left an hour later and they were still at it. When I was leaving Monday morning the Manager was still complaining to an employee about the other employees. LOUDLY might I add. Very unprofessional.

Checkin after midnight and the front desk person was ready and excited to help us. She did a fantastic job. Rarely at the late checking do they go easy, but she did a great job. The front desk in the morning was also staffed by a very friendly face. A great front desk made this a great stay

There was no housekeeping performed in our room so our garbage was overflowing and I kept having to try to get clean towels from the front desk. I went 3 times over an hour and no one came out to help me. I finally found someone in the laundry room to get towels.

The lobby was very clean upon walking in and smelled fresh. I was greeted with a nice smile and check in went smoothly. our room was spacious and very clean. We enjoyed our one-night stay. The breakfast was good but had very limited options.
