Bed were horrible to sleep on. And in our bathroom the sink was falling down and the celing above the shower scared us to even shower as there was a huge crack in the celling and looked as though it could just cave in and come crashing down at any point. There were multi rooms that were blasting music all night long. And nothing was done about it. People were allower to just sit right out the front door and drink a case of beer all day long. Just all around felt very unsafe during our stay. Called to get towels and room service would not bring them to us we had to go all the way down to front desk to get them and they would only give us two small towels to shower with. All around just felt unsafe and unwelcome. Really just a horrible experience and we will never stay here again.

When I got there at 3 am the clerk was passed out in chair, then a female comes in to cancel her stay bc she said of roaches, bed bugs possibly or wasps in her room. I wanted to cancel but couldn't I was too late to do so. It smells weird in hallways bad and no elevators. Do urself a favor just don't do it

Stains and hair on towels, food on the ground, 2-3 foot saggy ceiling above bathtub with crack looking like it was going to fall and looked to have black mold, hair in bathtub, furniture destroyed, bed uneven had to use hangers to make even as it was missing an adjustable leg, no pillow cases on pillow as they were on the floor in a pile, had to go ask for pillow cases, blinds barely stay shut, a/c had cardboard holding the vent up otherwise it would stay closed the whole time. The whole building was smelly, including the room and sheets were horrible, had to buy odor gone and air fresheners. I would of checked out and left, but there wasn’t any other hotels in the areas available due to the concert

I would have never chosen this property to begin with but had no choice..it was old and no elevators to help with carrying belongings. It looked and felt run down. In bed, I felt very itchy which i hope was not bed bugs. It was noisy and some of the outlets did not work.

The room was absolutely dirty, the bed sheets were dirty, the walls were dirty, the area beside the fridge was dirty and moldy, the bathroom had garbage (clothing tags and hairballs) on the floor.the floor was falling apart. When we went to report this the front desk looked like we had 10 heads, didnt offer another room and said we would have to wait to call the GM. This was even after showing pictures of the concerns. We asked for another room new sheets etc and ended up just having to check out. We did not get anywhere with customer service for the hotel group either.

Once again false advertisement on the website. Very ghetto. The room was very dirty the bathroom was dirty and there was dirty pubic hair everywhere. The parking lot was full of beer bottles and chicken wings going up the stairs. I had 3 holes in the floor in my room.

Did not have the breakfast but the room had ketchup stains on the floor, the bed was hard and very uncomfortable, the tub had mold on the drain, the towels were dingy, the hallway smelled of marijuana, the baseboard qas peeling in the bathroom.

The bedding looked like it had not been changed, the floors were not swept. Behind the bed was a bunch of garbage that the maid lazily pushed under the bed. I clean rental homes for a living this would not pass any type of QA walk through i know of.

Check in went fine. Went to the room, non-smoking, stale smoke filled the room. Floors had cracks and pieces missing. Stains on bedding. Toilet handle wasn't even connected. Went right back to the front desk and checked out. They did however fully refund. But this place, albeit inexpensive, isn't even worth it at the price.

The room was a disaster. Before I even saw the room he said if you don't like it come back and I'll get you another one. The door was a pain to unlock. The floor it patched up with raised tiles duck taped the the ground. And there were flies that made that room home Toilet was clogged Go to the Econo lodge next to it. A hotel

We were first given a room that reeked of stale cigarette smoke, located on the ground floor. The hallway also smelled. When I complained, they were able to provide a smoke-free clean room on the 2nd floor. Floor had cracked pergo, but otherwise clean. Toilet seat was broken, but still functional. Bed & furniture we're fine. TV and Internet very good.

Check in time was an hour later then advertised, check out time was an hour earlier then stated. Vent in the bathroom was hanging off the wall, giant scuff marks all over the floor. Paid for the jacuzzi room and the plug for the drain didnt work at all. Advertised free breakfast but there wasnt even coffee provided on either night i stayed.

The toilet was not workin, it was backing up clear to the edge,they did fix after i tokd them. There is a gap in the door so light from hall shines through . There was only 1 working lock on door and the room was suppose to be a non smoking room and it wasnt. You coukd smell smoke .

Dogs in the hotel room close to my room, apparently unattended. BARKING WAS NOT ATTENDED TO. It sounded as if there was a large dog like a german shepherd doing most of the barking. I believe there was a smaller dog barking less noise also. They barked through the night. It was not a night I expected to have or pay for. I did bring the matter to the Manager's attention, but the situation was not resolved. At first he said he did not know who was in the specific i referenced, but would check into it. Additionally, the hotel was difficult to find. It was not located on a main street. I can best describe as in the middle of a parking lot surrounded by other buildings. Main entrance was not easy to find.

I paid for 3 nights lodging for my son. My son could not find his drivers license but had a photo on his cell of his license to provide ID. The property manage would not allow him to stay and has failed to reimburse me for the booking charges. Theft and fraud.

It was the worse experience I’ve had. There was a blind guess that was violent and hitting our doors and pushed my daughter and wife, no one did anything about it. The sheets were also dirty looked as if someone just got out of the bed.

The guy at the front desk barely even spoke to me. Didn't explain where my room was or anything. Then when I went around and parked and went in the building, the smell was awful!! Went in to the room to check things out and the sheets were dirty. The toilet had stuff dumped in it. I turned around and walked right back out! I will never stay here or recommend this place to anyone!

The worst hotel I ever been… service was terrible starting at the front desk… guy was so hostile… door card never worked. Furniture was broken. Fridge was inside of a cabinet and the cabinet door can’t even close. Shower was so uncomfortable… en the best was horrible… after 3 nights sleeping in that bed all my body hurt, I need a chiropractic ASAP. Ice machine was so dirty… towels were with stains and the toilet handle was broken… I was in hell for 3 nights.

Horrible! Absolutely horrible! The first room we went to was stinky with cigarette and weed smoke. This is supposed to be a non-smoking property. The 2nd room they gave us was comparatively better no smell but almost everything was still covered in stains, cigarette burns and to top it all off, the smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag! Don’t wish this hotel/motel on anyone. The night staff was absolutely uninterested in being there, constantly on their phone. The immediate area is super dodgy. But the extended area has everything you will need from grocery stores to restaurants to a best buy

Had a lovely stay, despite the room having a strangely strong smell of maple syrup and/or brown sugar. Have no idea what was the source, the room was quite clean. Very nice room considering the price, the inside of the facility looks a lot better than the outside. The promised continental breakfast bar was unavailable due to a state mandate, which they really should tell you on their website, but there were cheap breakfast options fairly close by.

Asked if rooms were connected with a door, told they were, they werent asked for a set connected they didnt have those even though i was assured prior to booking that they had them. No breakfast, just coffee and breakfast bars, this was also something i inquired about prior to booking as i wanted to avoid buying breakfast for 3 teenagers. Both rooms smelled like smoke/weed, floor felt like it was bowing, broken flooring and tiles, burn holes in the bedding, stains all over the walls and curtains, had people being loud all night and worse someone outside revving their engine, so not happy with this stay, definitely not a 3 star hotel

Price, but you get what you pay for. Breakfast was only coffee and one granola bar and one muffin, which was refilled by only one more granola bar and muffin as customers asked.

It was very nice. I especially appreciated the coffee service and the continental breakfast - which really consisted only of a bowl of wrapped muffins and granola bars. But it was more than I needed and I appreciated having a quick breakfast and good coffee.
