Americas Best Value Inn at Central Valley-Woodbury

Booked for a layover. Was convenient and comfortable. No fitness facilities but nice restaurant.

We made a pit stop from a long day of driving and this hotel was just what we needed. Friendly staff and just off the freeway. Had plenty of parking. We parked in front of our room. We liked the well lit areas of the hotel property. We continued our drive after shopping at the premium outlets. Great location!

The Electricity went off at 3:00 am & the hotel dint have any generator, there was no hot water. the beds very rikity & uncomfortable.

Beds are comfy and the shower was glorious despite it's small size. The towels were laying neatly on one of the beds. The room was nice and clean and the air conditioner was quiet. The parking was a little inconvenient to where my room was located but I had a huge truck Highly recommend for a quick night's stay.

Our room was not fit for a stay. It was filthy. There were few cars in the parking lot. My guess is that the room we were given has not been used recently. There were cobwebs and spiders. The floor was filthy. My daughter took off her shoes and walked to the bed and the bottom of her socks were black. There was no shampoo or body wash is the containers in the shower. There were stains on the towels. The shower handle was loose. The shower was old with rust spots. There was a large window in the bathroom which was frosted but had no curtain or shade and we weren’t sure if the bathroom could be seen outside. The bathroom door would not close. The lamp in the room was broken. It was after 9 when we arrived and we were exhausted. If I thought we had another viable option, we would have left. We felt uncomfortable laying on the sheets as we did not trust they were clean. I paid for the stay with Expedia points. Can this be refunded for me? It was not acceptable. Expedia should stop using this property. It was rated as good. The rating was misleading. I did not expect a modern resort but I expected an up to date, clean room to use for the night.

Well, I didn’t feel unsafe here, but I also wouldn’t stay again. Not very clean/dusty/cobwebs and sheets stained a bit. Not ideal but ok to sleep here for a night.

Check in & out were very easy. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was tiny, but clean.

Room was musty smelling, red stains on the side of the matress, stains on bedspread, sheet had holes, and found some small insects.

Upon checking in and getting into the room, you would think you’re getting a clean room. This was not the case. There were stains in the toilet and the tub which I will let you imagine what stains I am referring to. Also in the middle of the night when I went to use the restroom I noticed an army of cockroaches and ants. When I called the office the next day at my wits end about this, because why would there be cockroaches to begin with, the manager was questioning me. I had to send videos and photographs to their email for them to believe me. I read reviews of prior guests and should have stayed away.

The room was terrible, stains on the bedding, we found a hair on the pillow and the furniture was all scratched and used. There was spider webs on the chair followed by finding a spider and for the cherry on the cake there was a centipede on the wall. The walls were black and molded with a disturbing smell that came out of every room and reception area. We had to leave the property due to the poor conditions and unsanitary conditions.

We booked for a short overnight, but ended up leaving and going to a different hotel. The hotel is shabby and rundown. Doesn’t look much like the photos. There was an overwhelming stench of weed and smoke that hit as soon as we opened the car doors outside our room. We had to walk into an alley that doubled as a junkyard to get to the stairs. The room seemed ok at first, but we found hair after hair on the beds and the cleaning job was obviously not thorough. It all felt dirty and unsafe and we chose to leave, knowing they would be highly unlikely to refund us anything. We went to the similarly priced Hampton Inn a mile down the road. Felt like 5 star luxury accommodations in comparison.

The room that we booked was beyond unacceptable. The door to the room did not close completely. The curtains were soiled and falling off the window. There was a space under the door that was approximately 3/4 of an inch allowing light and insects to enter the room. The bedding was soiled and stained. The bathroom had mildew in the shower and on the floor. The carpeting was also dirty and the room had a foul odor. It was so unacceptable that we refused to stay in the room.

Easy access to room, updated bathroom and clean comfy bed. Only drawback was the party crew that came home at 3 am next door.

Pros: clean, friendly staff, reasonably priced Cons: often noisy neighbors up all hours of night, still no in-room coffee pot, and lobby isn't open yet when I leave in the morning. There was a Dunkin Donuts across the street but that is now closed so there is no coffee option. Quite frankly it is the only motel that I stayed at that doesn't offer in room coffee.

The room was newly renovated so everything was clean and comfortable. There was a fridge in the room and a microwave in the lobby. I'd stay here again anytime.

The property was clean. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom had plenty of hot water. The floor, however, had been covered with some type of wood laminate that all the pieces weren't seemless. Poorly laid had several places with gaps that (in the dark) result in stubbed toes. Otherwise this place was great for the mpney. Not sure any other rooms had this problem... but i'm guessing it's not the only one.

I enjoyed my stay here with two exceptions and the first being that with all of the available rooms, I got stuck having a loud group of people check in next door, after I’ve already been here for a couple of days. And the second exception was that there’s no high fan speed for the heat, cool, or just running the fan. Everything was ran on low fan speed.

One night stay: Satellite TV was out. Wifi reception was poor. No cold water came out of the bath sink faucet, only hot water. A/C unit barely got the room cool. Shower drain was clogged and water filled up the shower floor quickly. Standing water in shower flowed to the edge of shower with a replaced floor tile, so kept wondering if the room below's ceiling leaked. Very few electric outlets, poorly placed. Not a single closet.

Room is newly renovated, clean, spacious and comfortable bed, very closed to Woodbury Premium Outlet. Will definitely stay at this hotel again if I'm going to the Outlet again in the future.

We drove 7 hours from montreal and when we arrived at 12:30 am nobody apended the front door. It was Noone at the front desk. We staid out for 1 hour noking on the door and nobody came out. We didnt have a please to sleep. Im tring to get the refund but no look jet. If you are looking for a hotel to stay, please Never go there.

I never check in The weather was bad and I arrived at 2am I call the number at the door No one came out I spoke to someone wile i was on the way told them about my ETA due to weather condition I ended up sleeping in the car outside

The owner tried to over charge me to which I questioned him about however I didn't refuse to make payment and he frightened to call the cops on me. He's a greedy human being and a dehonest person. Do not stay at this hotel. Stay at the Hampton Inn where you get breakfast and a professional service.

The people that work there are very nice and helpful. The location is great. It’s very quiet and I always sleep great.

Upon arrival no one was at the front desk, I do have to say I arrived around 9pm, I heard laughter and talking behind the front desk counter, although I made a few attempts of calling them out no one heard, so I had to call them on the phone, and then someone came to the front lol. The room was average, dusty but somewhat clean, the bathroom had a musty smell and it was average clean. bed was comfortable, and it was a quiet night, no unruly or noisy people. In conclusion, the room was clean, but smelled a bit like curry, it was an average stay for the money. I have to emphasize that the beds were super comfortable

Booked this room for $122, was traveling more than an hour away, only to get a phone call saying that I had 15 MINUTES to come in and check-in. After I wasn’t able to do that, the office manager told me I had no choice but to go to the booking website and request a refund and hung up on me. After all of that, I wasn’t able to check-in to the room or get a refund. And there’s absolutely nothing I can do about it.

When I got there they gave me the key for the wrong room. I opened the door and there were two people sleeping. When I got back to the office, they asked me where I got the key. From YOU. Where else? For the bed, they used a metal base instead of a wood base. Every time I turned it would squeak. Towels were on the bed there wasn't really a place to put them. Whomever designed these layouts should be fired. Probably the worst placed I've ever stayed in.

Excellent place to stay! Front desk was extremely helpful. Room was clean and just what we needed! Hotel is not far from West Point and there are plenty of food and shopping options close by!

Walkable distance to Woodbury Commons premium outlets in New York. It’s great because you don’t have to worry about the driving time on the day of shopping.

Good place to rest on a long road trip. Clean, comfortable, safe and very conveniently located near amenities including shopping at Woodbury Commons Premium Outlets. Good value for money for short one night stay. Front desk staff were polite and accommodating especially as we arrived quite late for check-in.

Location is good. For any potential travelers don’t count on breakfast. There is a IHOP and a diner about a mile away.

Room was ok. NO coffee maker! Mini fridge and microwave provided. AC was fine. Bath was clean and fairly modern. Need a towel rack or hooks in the bathroom. Minimal shower amenities provided. Only one small soap for sink.

Rooms are under renovation. Towels were sparse and very thin. One small bar of hand soap and no tissues were available. There was no complimentary breakfast. Coffee and tea were apparently available but the office isn’t open until after 7am and we had to leave by 6:30am. The parking lot smelled like weed. It was okay for just the one night.

PRO : Is it a nice place near the highway 87 and the Woodbury Outlet . CON : NO CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST like it was written on the web site. You can go to the Woodbury Diner ( 2 minutes by car )

Still no coffee. This is the only motel that I've stayed in that still refuses to offer in room coffee or any coffee for that matter. Used to have a DD across the street but it closed. Why?!?!?!!

Room was clean, we had no issues. Only thing it advertised breakfast (continental) but was only coffee and juice.

The renovations are nice, the breakfast is so-so but located conveniently
