EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT. I was disappointed that the coffee machine was broken that weekend, causing me to go out to get coffee. But with that setback, my stay was GREAT!

Stayed 3 nights

Unfortunately, this was the dirtiest Hampton I have ever stayed at. I arrived after midnight the first night and found dirt and random candies on the floor. The shower had small black hairs, but the bigger issue was the bed, which was covered in small, black, curly hairs. The other bed appeared clean, so I stayed in it because it was already so late. The next morning I woke up with small red bites on my stomach. I reported the cleanliness issues and was offered a room on a floor with a “better cleaner.” My concerns about the hair covered bed were dismissed, and I was told a long term guest was supposedly the reason the room was so dirty. The new room seemed cleaner, but as the day went on I became concerned the bites could potentially be bed bug bites. That night I asked the front desk if they had experienced bed bugs recently. I was told “not in the last few months,” followed by “all hotels have bed bugs” and that nothing could be done. I asked if someone could inspect the original room so I could determine whether my belongings were potentially affected, but I was told no one was available. The staff member also said three other people had stayed in that room that week without issues, which seemed to contradict the explanation that it was dirty because of a longterm guest. I stayed the remaining two nights in the cleaner room and had no major issues. I would have left entirely if I could have found another hotel with last minute availability.

Stayed 1 night

I’ve stayed here before and usually very good. As usual the staff was excellent. The breakfast however was not. And not to have coffee at all!! That is inexcusable for breakfast, especially since there’s a Dunkin close by. They could have provided some at least for guests in the am. Just my 2 cents

The cleanliness was subpar in my opinion. The common area rugs and hallways looked as if they hadn’t been vacuumed in some time. The room had food remnants on the floor and dust/hair in the bathroom, behind the toilet and under the sink. I was with my children so when they dropped something as kids tend to do you become hyper aware of what’s on the floor. The front desk staff upon check in were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was ok. Day one, they were out of milk. Pretty big item for breakfast to run out of. Our second day there, the staff in that area was out so the front desk covered the breakfast area. Unfortunately for some, whatever was left was all they could choose from. This was about 8:45 with 45 minutes remaining of service. No eggs, regular waffle mix, and a few other various items were not replaced. And I witnessed some guests ask only to be told politely, what’s there is there. The location was great for what were we’re doing that weekend but disappointing in several areas.

The positives, The staff was mostly helpful!! However when booking I booked 2 rooms with King size beds. When I got to 1 room it had a king size bed but the bathroom was handicap accessible ( I am not handicap) so the stool that covers have the tub to sit on would not stay up and out of the way. so that made showers "different". The tv in the same room would randomly cut off and remote quit working. The other room had 2 queen size beds instead of a king. The toilet in that room had issues filling with water. I am not sure if that was just only 2 rooms they had side by side (i didnt request side by side) or what. Also, It sounded like an exhaust fan wasnt working properly to regulate air pressure in the hallway. There was a constant whining noise between doors slamming shut. These was just little issues we had. Common area floor in front and in elevator was nasty with something all over it. The carpet when you get off the elevator was disgusting looking just from being old and dirty. I will not be returning to this location because it is not the standards I think of when I think of Hilton brands.
