I had a great stay here at holiday inn express. The staff were all amazing. Upon check in, Nas even helped locate a luggage caddy for me and bought it to my car. The rooms are VERY clean and the breakfast has just the right amount of options and is vegan friendly! The pool area is extremely clean as well, and very relaxing. I would definitely stay here again or recommend staying herr.

The staff here was great. Our room was very clean. The facilities seemed great but the day we wanted to use the pool, it was closed because some kid went #2 in there. The quiet hours weren’t respected. There was always someone running above us and I saw once front desk staff had to speak to someone. The bed was cheap and made my back hurt. It’s a decent deal for the price.

Front desk staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond. Walls were super thin and you could hear guests next to us, but that’s not on the hotel. Had a couple of ants in our room, but with the rain/time of year I wasn’t too surprised. Bed was super comfy.

Hotel was dirty(hairs all in the bedding and stained sofa and carpet), ant infested, walls were cracked and peeling, people were blasting music and having parties all hours of the night, unsupervised kids playing kick ball down the hallways, the lobby’s coffee bar was bare and unmaintained, the pool area was very rowdy with unsupervised kids, the hot tub wasn’t even an option because it was full of toddlers and kids(no adults), and the staff and management seemed to brush everything off like it was no big deal. We’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times in the past and it was always a nice, family friendly and relaxing place to stay..that is no longer the case! To sum it all up, you couldn’t even pay me to stay at this hotel again!

The stay went well overall. I would like to see upgrading the pullout couch. It's very "coily" & "bendy". Would like to see breakfast to at least have bacon daily with another option (sausage or ham). Having BOTH options being sausage one day and the very next day sausage & ham, so no bacon 2 days in a row was disappointing. Didn't see scrambled eggs on either of the 3 days also. Also NEED to upgrade the shower water pressure because it is HORRIBLE. I had 4 teenage girls that had to take a VERY long time to wash/rinse their hair and even myself being a man with very short hair, it was a pain. This is pretty unacceptable.

Check-in was smooth, though I was a bit confused about where my room was since the hotel has two separate tower sections—mine ended up being toward the back. When I first entered the room, there was a musty odor, almost like damp laundry. I was also assigned a room near the elevator, which made it noisy at night. If you’re not an early riser, you’ll likely hear guests coming and going, along with kids running through the halls. I was woken up a few times by loud bangs in the middle of the night. I also wish the pool and hot tub stayed open later in the evening for adults only, since during the day they were consistently crowded with children until closing at 9 p.m. Overall, my stay was just average.

Great little hotel to stay at if you were looking for something close to Atlantic City or central to many of the local wedding venues. All was great until my check out date. I had requested a late check out the day before. I showed out 6 minutes late; all I wanted was a quick shower before I fly out. The attendant I had before me was kind and looking in to it. The person next to her jumped in to tell me that there was no late check out request; within 60 sec they did find the request. I felt that the second person had just called me a liar. I also feel that the second person was the general manager. I have had many great experiences with Holliday Inns up to this one. I would like contact info for for customer service for Holliday Inn.

Hotel was very clean and we really liked that our room was done up every day with beds made and fresh towels. We chose an ADA room because my hubby is in a wheelchair. He has MS. He can stand for a few seconds and transfer from his chair to another chair, bed, toilet, etc. He cannot stand long enough to shower. Apparently, ADA accessible does not mean accessible to all disabilities. Our bathroom had a bathtub shower with grab bars, but no shower bench. When I booked our room, the picture on the website of their ADA rooms showed a shower bench. When we expressed our concern that my husband had no way to shower, they apologized, but basically blamed me for booking the wrong room. I was hoping they would suggest a solution, like maybe using the open shower in the pool area after hours, but we were left to fend for ourselves. The breakfasts were very good and our room was always clean and fresh. There was also almost never anyone at the front desk. We always had to wait.

We stay here all of the time and usually love it. However, this time the pool was closed & we only got to use for 1 day, and we choose hotels based off of the pool and we called ahead to make sure it was open & asked again at check in and the next day theirs a sign its closed for 3 days. When we were in the pool there was a bunch of kids loud and playing with skimmers and throwing life-saving tubes across the pool the whole time, broke the skimmer (no parents), piercing screaming. We were in between families with rooms throughout the hall yelling down the halls at midnight and 5-6 am (all the time). Smoking weed & it reeked, thought maybe my 4year old would get contact high. Every other time we loved it here. Shame.
