We enjoyed the property, it was close to everything, easy on/off for the highway and staff was very friendly and helpful. Will stay there again.

We Checked in Thursday A few hours after unpacking, just after the evening shift came on. we were about to go out and realized our door would not close the spring latch would not align with the metal piece on the door frame. The dead bolt did so you could close the door and stay inside with the deadbolt functioning and the door locked. no matter how hard you pulled the door closed it would not click and latch. If you left the building the door could just be pushed open. the only way to insure security is if one of you stayed back while the other went out. Ridiculous. we called the front desk, a lovely young staff with a touch of blue in her hair said if we weren't going out she would have it looked at in the morning. No one stopped by. On Friday afternoon we asked the same young woman if the door had been looked at. She said "I don't know, I just started the shift 2 hours ago" and didn't get back to us. The door was still just a push to open, more like a lean. We were disappointed. Over the 2 days just moved our valuables and some luggage to the car each time we went out. Camping would have been safer. Not enjoyable knowing you are out shopping for the day and the door to your room isn't locked. When we checked out on Saturday we let the morning staff know and they started to write what looked like a work order. No apologies, At this point it was not even worth getting mad over. We took a video of the door and our attempts to close it very disappointing

I have stayed at this property several times for both personal and business trips. Every times it has been wonderful. Clean spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. It is wonderful having a nice gym available as i have daily fitness goals to meet and theirs helps me meet them. Breakfast is good especially since breakfast isn't listed as being available. They are also in a very convenient location. Just off I94 close to both the main sanford hospital and the mall. A good mix of restaurants close by to get either eat out or delivery meals convenient. I especially like the dishes and mini kitchen in the room as it makes it easier as i didn't need to try to eat my steak that was delivered with plastic utensils.
