False advertisement of 24 hour airport service needs to be removed and corrected. That was the primary reason for me making a reservation. My flight came in around 1217 so I missed the midnight cut off for van service. Second, hallway smelled of weed residue. Third, refrigerator was not working. Initially I thought it was warm because it was left open. After making sure it was closed and turning the temperature to the highest setting, my beverages were barely cold. When. I woke up, there was water on the floor that spread to the bed from the fridge. I could've fallen if I didnt pay attention. Lastly, breakfast was subpar. There was no milk, no juice, options were limited in what to eat. I would not recommend staying here.

Ray, who checked us in, was the best part of our stay. He is so friendly and welcoming. The room was fine for us. The one negative was that we booked the hotel based on needing a shuttle from the airport, and the site promoted the free shuttle in several places but failed to mention that it ended at midnight, and our flight landed at that time.

Close to several eating places. Clean and quiet. FYI the shuttle to airport doesn't start until 5 a.m. so if you have a 6a.m. Flight you are out of luck. I wish thus had been disclosed on booking site.

Airport shuttle was not reliable. We were told it would depart in 5 minutes. 30 minutes passed and we and another guest had to ask repeatedly when it would depart. It was not every 30 minutes as they stated. Shower was dirty. Carpets in room were stained.

I selected this place for the hotel shuttle only to learn that the shuttle service wasn't available at the time I needed to go to the airport for an early am flight. I think this service should be offered 24/7 or at least be available to guests with early am flights.

I always stay here because it's very affordable and they offer free shuttle to the airport. They also offered extended parking which is great too. I do recommend getting a third floor room to avoid noise. The walls are thinner than I like so this helps. They also offer discounts for repeat members.

We went to check in at night, the receptionist talked to us for at least 30 minutes, he took our payment, and then told us he didn’t have a room for us. I booked a week ahead, and confirmed the day of. The rooms were so dirty. There were roaches in the bathroom. The whole place smelled like weed. I tried to iron my shirt on the lowest setting, and the iron went through my shirt.

Guests smoking weed/pot in many rooms. Could smell it everywhere. The adjoining room to ours was smoking it and the smoke was coming into our room! Staff was nice to move us, but not the pot smokers. To top it off, a roach ran across my bed when I pulled back the covers. Don't stay there!

Mold and mildew in the bathtub and dirt and grime coming out of the pipes. Also I tried to take a picture of the roaches but they had moved before I could snap because I went to get a show to kill it from climbing up the wall

Property is old and not well maintained. My room has a broken door latch and a leaky faucet. There are scratches and dings on the furniture. This place is the least expensive I could find so you get what you paid for. The positive is that it is very close to the RDU airport.

This is a nice property, James at check-in was fantastic. You can hear the people above you and we were awakened in the morning by door, slamming and people talking in the hall, but overall it was a clean room and nice property.

PROS- The Shuttlebus drivers were awesome. The day shift clerk was very helpful. The room was clean. CONS- The night shift clerk when I checked in had the personality of a turnip. Charged my card on file without asking. Had me sign, gave me the room key and basically dismissed me. Didn't even tell me what the room number was, the internet access, when breakfast or check out was. I asked about the drink machine location, response- BROKE. Got up and walked away. The bathroom light didn't work. The drink machine out of order.

Upon arrival I checked in with the desk attendant whom repeatedly spoke to me telling me I didn’t pay and I needed to show him confirmation of payment when I constantly showed him my partial payment to the third party. After requesting to speak with management she came out and advised the gentleman that I am paid for. He never apologized for the embarrassment he caused me. After getting over that hump the rest of my stay was fair I would say except the fact that I couldn’t get any sleep while there because whomever the person was overtop of me sound like they were up all night banging and thumping. Then on my exit day I extended my hours easily and the price was fair but I needed a special accommodation made for me as my flight got delayed right as I was checking out and they was not able to accommodate me anyway which made me have to sit at the airport for 4hours. I do plan on returning to Raleigh a couple more times, I will not return back to this hotel because although I understand this is a business they could have accommodated me for at least 3 hours especially as the hotel was not crowded and the room was not needed.

Front desk clerks were very nice! My room was cleaner than my recent stay at Microtel. I ate 2 meals at Waffle House. Very convenient to RDU. Watch out for road construction; it’s tricky to find the driveway between the orange barrels. Also convenient to alternate routes if there is a wreck on I-40 or if you just want to go shopping in Cary.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. This particular area of Raleigh is not the safest. The room needs updating, as the bathtub had mould and the tub was fading showing its age. The pillows are very tiny, but the bed was very comfortable. The free breakfast ends at 9:30 am which isn’t ideal for travellers coming from the other side of the continent because of the 3 hour time difference. They should have breakfast go to 11 am which is like getting up at 7am.

Comfy bed! This was not a luxurious hotel, but it served my purpose and was Clean. The Continental Breakfast was minimal but adequate. The shuttle arrived at the airport quickly. It was better than I expected for the very inexpensive price.

Very convenient to the airport. Free shuttle service. Rooms are very nice for the price. Friendly staff. Be prepared to pay a $50 deposit if you book the room via Hotels.com, Expedia, etc. They will check the room at checkout and refund your deposit. Nice breakfast selection. Will stay here every time I fly out of RDU. *There’s a lot of construction in the area, but I have never had a problem since I take the shuttle to the airport.
