What guests think

At Comfort Inn & Suites Market - Airport, travelers consistently highlight a convenient location near the airport and shops, friendly staff, generally clean and quiet rooms, and a solid complimentary breakfast that makes short stays easy.

The airport shuttle and park and fly are appreciated, though shuttle hours are limited, and some public areas or rooms feel dated. While many find the beds comfortable and some rooms spacious, reports note thin walls, musty odors, dim lighting, and occasional maintenance or Wi-Fi problems. Service is generally warm and helpful, but a few guests encountered unprofessional conduct, key card hassles, or billing/check-in confusion. Expect a straightforward stay with solid basics and occasional inconsistencies.

It was close to the airport. Staff was friendly and courteous. Included breakfast was satisfying. The airport shuttle runs only between 10am and 4pm. That’s something I wish I’d known before arriving at 8:30pm.

The convenience of getting to the airport by the hotel shuttle is outstanding. The staff was very friendly and customer focused. The lobby and elevator looked updated but the room looked tired and outdated. Dark. Wallpaper peeling, etc...Location not only for the airport but for walking to shops and restaurants was good.

We were in an accessibility room which we did not need but it was my mistake when I booked the room. However other than the bathroom I think it would be very hard for anyone with accessibility concerns to manage in the room asl it was very right space around the bed and desk. The first night we had no towels or amenities in the room so got them from the front desk. Second night when we returned from all day excursion our room was cleaned and serviced but the door had been propped open. Thankfully nothing was missing. The breakfast was fine. The front desk staff were helpful. Location is fine if you want to be close to airport or highway.

Mattress definitely needs to be replaced and wifi wasn’t the best I was on the very end of the building. I had also asked for a flickering lightbulb to be replaced that never happened but other than that it was a spacious room they cleaned almost daily and front desk was always around to help and greet. Breakfast was just okay not the best but not the worst either. Eggs had some cheese substance in the middle I didn’t care for. Overall I would stay again.

Very run down (dingy carpets everywhere) for how much they charge. Also, had a confusing check out. Got charged by Expedia, then by the hotel again (bc you can check in without a cc for “incidentals”). No manager on site to sort things out then & there. We were just passing through. So we didn’t need anything super special. But this was sub par, the charges equaled those charged by much nicer hotels. I am sorry. I wish so could leave a better review.

The room was excellent and breakfast was as well. There were repeated problems for guests trying to get their card keys to work on the exterior entry door from the parking lot. Front desk staff sometimes struggled as well to get the key machine at the front desk to reset keys. Do the staff and guests a big favor and solve the key technology issues.

Well. I stayed in a suite on the 4th floor and appreciated the comfort of having two rooms to enjoy plus a balcony with view of the mountains. Being in the Marketplace shopping area is the best location in town. Supermarket, shoe store, Old Navy, BARNES AND NOBLES, and a movie theater within walking distance. Easy access to the Airport as well. You cant beat that. No I dont work for the hotel,. Just a very satisfied customer !
