I was skeptical of the hot tub due to it looking old, and having cracked enamel, but it was the best hot tub ever, minus needing re-enameled. Room was very clean and the bed was comfy.

Superb hotel! Clean rooms, comfortable bed, microwave and refrig, plenty of light, adjustable temperature, quiet. The check-in staff was delightful, friendly and helpful. Add to all that, there was an excellent restaurant attached with delicious food and 7 TV screens. When ready to go, the gas station was across the parking lot. What more do you want for a hotel while traveling?

Very nice, cosy, with everything you need close by. Walmart right across, gas station next door, in house restaurant serving good food. Indoor jacuzzi and pool and 24hour gym as well as dog friendly. Friendly and smiling employees. Shuttle to most places. Loved the property.

Just got here and ice machine doesn’t work and walk in pool area and main reason I did this hotel was for hot tub and that is crossed off - can’t even go near it.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at the Best Western Plus GranTree Inn in Bozeman, Montana! The the staff made us feel right at home with their warm hospitality and helpful tips on local attractions. Our room was spacious, with a jacuzzi tub and a separate living room space. It was immaculately clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was so comfortable that we both enjoyed some of the best sleep we’ve had on a trip. In addition, we were pleasantly surprised by the amenities, including a well-equipped fitness center and a hot tub that was perfect for unwinding in the evenings. The hotel’s location is perfect, close to downtown and just a short drive to Yellowstone. Overall, the GranTree Inn exceeded our expectations, making our getaway truly special. We highly recommend it.

The price for the room wasn’t as nice as what the price tag reflects. We stayed in one of the Jacuzzi suites and it was a glorified bathtub. The food in the restaurant was not good which also came with a price tag. We just expected a better experience than what we had as we have previously stayed with other BW hotels. Also, they did not honor the stay 2 nights get 1 free. The night audit gentleman said he would have management honor it, come to find out our free night was not free nor was it honored so we were frantically trying to get back to Bozeman from the next town when the day time ladies had expressed their apologies and asked us to return to gather our items as the room was supposedly booked.

When I approached the front desk they informed me that the room I booked on Expedia was in fact not the correct room and there was nothing they could do for me and to contact Expedia. Then finished with that’s why you don’t book on third party sites

Property was clean but dated. They were one of the few if not only hotel that had a late shuttle (on demand) from airport. Since my flight arrived after car rental counters closed, best western was my only real option to stay a night, rent the car the next morning then head down to Big Sky.

Staff was always pleasant, the shuttle to/ from airport was a huge benefit, and there's a restaurant/ bar on site in case you just want to laze about and make it a quiet day. The furniture in the bedroom was a bit unusual (fine looking, but good luck having enough storage or horizontal space or even seats for two people) but it's fine and workable with a little thought. It wasn't the most updated space but it was clean and safe and was easy access to where we wanted to go. Would recommend!

Excellent location and hotel room. It's a shame they newly remodeled everything but the actual bathrooms. Old tub shower combination and the water pressure from the shower head was the worst we have experienced in years. Barely a trickle, not enough to get the shampoo out of your hair. Would have also been helpful to have a removable wand shower head to focus this drips onto.
