The swimming pool was very cold. That was disappointing as Inhad young children with me and they were cold! There were no Kleenex boxes for the room. Waffle maker didn’t work the first morning. Otherwise a nice place.

Hot tub was most relaxing after Renaissance Festival. Pool water nice and cool, bed comfy, showers very good. Keep up the great service.

Hot tub and the pool was broken, no one at the front desk, keys did not work to get back into the room in the morning, very limited breakfast, no hot food at all, we needed to check-in early but the receptionist did not understand the request on the phone

Parking is little complicated specialty when is raining and you have little kids but everything its fine

The driveway into the property is easy to miss, only one entry/exit, tight parking area. The driveway is steep and tight angle/turn.

Everything was excellent!! From check in with Ayushman to check out! It was an unexpected and much welcome gesture to get two bottles of water and a cute little bag from the staff for being a Hilton honors member, no other hotel has ever done that! I also liked that this hotel texted me to see how things were going. That way if I had questions, I could just text that number. Which I ended up doing, because we couldn't remember what time the hot tub closed while we were out and about so I just texted that number and he replied.. and it's not AI, thankfully. Speaking of the hot tub, that was a nice area with the pool too. We didn't try out the pool but it looked nice. The hot tub was nice and relaxing! Our room was great. I was barefoot after the hot tub and I have to give props to the housekeeping staff because I didn't have any junk on my feet from the room. It's a hardwood-ish surface and they got every speck clean! The TV was new and had plenty of channels, the beds were very comfy I thought. I slept great. I bring my own pillow so I can't comment on those. There were plenty though! The shower was perfect! Plenty of pressure and the water was hot! And the soap smelled really good!!! Breakfast was perfect for us but might not be for everyone. It wasn't a 5 star cuisine. Just cereal, muffins, hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, fruit, etc. But the morning guy made sure everything stayed stocked. I would absolutely stay here again!! It's a great place and there's alot to do around it.

The property was overall clean and the minimal interaction we had with staff was fine. Issues were our microwave didnt work, the key reader for the side outside door did not work, and our bathtub had a constant flow of water... beyond a drip.... could not be turned off.

Friendly staff, clean room. "Fitness center" may be a bit of a stretch, a couple sets of dumbbells would do wonders. Luckily a Planet Fitness is right next door. All and all, very nice hotel.

Such a a great place to stay with clean rooms and kind staff. We lost a pair of air pods and they were found and returned to us! The pool area was clean and the breakfast was good. The only thing we missed was not having a microwave in the room. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Normally when we stay here we uave had grear luck, when we got to our room we had a kwik trip cheeseburger left in our fridge from the previous guests. The bathroom (on the 3rd floor) also had tiny ants. And when i was packing up i found one in our bed. I do understand that ants happen :( just dont like them in the bed. Breakfast was very lacking. The same things everyday (even weekend to weekday). I was a little disappointed this time.

I left covered in bed bug bites. Did I see them? no, but then I have never had bed bug bites before. However the only time I have as in shorts and barefoot was in bed. They told me they just had an inspection, well I’m going to guess they must not check very well because there is no other explanation for the red itchy welts all over my extremities. I have counted 14 on one leg and over 20 bites on the other. I am miserable right now.

Front desk staff was very nice. The hotel felt dingy and run down. our room was pretty dirty. The air conditioner filter was caked in dust. The floor felt disgusting. Around the beds was dirty. Pool was really cold. Breakfast was basic hotel breakfast. Definitely will go elsewhere next time I’m in the area.

Very clean hotel, room was nice will stay hear again

The room smelled overwhelmingly of mold. There were black patches on the ceiling of the bathroom above the shower. We asked for a room change due to mold allergies and it was denied stating there was no other rooms available. The front desk stated they would send someone to "disinfect" our room. A man just sprayed Lysol around the floors, making our room smell of mold AND chemicals. It was dreadful. Worst hotel I have stayed at in a decade.

Clean, well-organized, updated and well-maintained room, had everything I needed and more, very large TV. Bathroom was well supplied with plenty of towels, and tub attached shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Motel was very clean, staff was courteous, informative and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic! Very well-organized area, which was re-supplied often. Many choices, enough to have options for a gluten intolerant person.

Recently renovated and very nice! Basic hotel for a good price, very clean! Check in staff very efficient and pleasant. Will stay again when im in the area!

Older style and property. Comfortable and clean beds. Found lots of hair in the bathroom sink and pee on the back of the toilet. The air system works wonderfully!!

The staff here were awesome. Breakfast options were alright. Room was pretty noisy as you hear everything in the hall. Tub didn’t drain well. Air conditioner in our room had not been updated so didn’t run very well. Nice hardwood floors. Bed was one of the most comfortable I have had at a hotel. Card readers at the doors on the ends of the building didn’t work. Stayed here for four nights, wouldn’t stay here again.

I’ve never stayed in a hotel with wooden floor! I was nervous as a couple rooms were really loud and out in the hallway. However they were quiet at a decent time. I didn’t eat breakfast. Only bummer was my room fridge wouldn’t get cold. Best hotel bed I’ve slept in. Other hotel beds at a high end hotel.

I stayed at this property when it was a Best Western, but now that it's part of the Hilton family of hotel brands, it is much better. They did a complete overhaul. The rooms are modern and everthing feels fresh. Although there isn't any drawyer space, there are shelves and enough places to put your things. I especially appreciated the thick, soft towels, the comfy bed, and the normal hangers (not those annoying theft-proof ones). The reception desk personnel are all SUPER nice and so very accommodating. The breakffast offers bagels, muffins, cold cereal, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, coffee, teas, juice, etc. The next time I'm in the area, I will certainly be back.

The property was freshly painted and remodelled. The staff was really friendly and responsive to requests. Breakfast was okay, though more hot selections would be nice. However, I was put driectly across from the eleveator on the 3rd floor. I could hear every time the elevator got used. The rooms are not even close to sound proof. I could hear everyone talking in the halls. You can also hear road noise. They could also use to dehumidify.

The property as a whole was fine. Breakfast ends at 9:00am on weekends, which seems early. The room was clean and the people were friendly. The room we were placed in was fairly noisy because of its location, so I can't comment on whether or not the area is generally quiet.

Our room was warm when we entered it. The air conditioner was on but didn’t seem to be cooling the room. Two different people tried to adjust it for us within the first 10 minutes. We left for half an hour and when we came back they had replaced it with a new air conditioner!! Wonderful customer service!!

The hotel was nice, but I had a problem with my reservation. I tried to change my dates and they kept telling me that I didn’t have a reservation booked. When I showed up, they said that i couldn’t adjust my reservation because I didn’t book it directly through them (even though hotels.com said I HAD to contact them to change my reservation.) So I couldn’t get refunded for leaving early, either and just lost several hundred dollars because the location couldn’t communicate with hotels.com Apart from that, the stay was fine. It’s a cute hotel in a cute city. It was clean and comfortable. I just wish that they had been more flexible and willing to work with my situation.

Took forever To check in. I had to ask one of the housekeepers to go find somebody for the front desk. Every time we came and went from the motel. I never saw any one at the front desk. Also, the bathtub and showers need more hand holds for senior citizens and some sort of anti-slip. Device in the bathtub

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I slept very well when I was there. The staff was very friendly and went out their way to make sure my family was well taken care of. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Minneapolis

Horrible check in. Room was all paid but their computers were down and they would not let me go to my room (after a 15 hour drive) until they had a credit card for “incidentals”. I gave her 3 credit cards and offered her cash as a deposit for the “incidentals” but she told me that I needed to sit down and wait for her to figure out what was wrong with the computer. For 40 minutes I waited and waited and waited. She initially said that it was my credit cards that did not work which was infuriating. She finally admitted the problem was on their end. My credit cards were fine. It was their system! So frustrating!!!!

I surprised my BFF of (50 plus years) with a girls weekend trip to Paisley Park. The Spark Hotel was the perfect hotel! Clean, great location, 6.5 miles from Paisley Park. The staff was so sweet and welcoming. Would definitely stay there again. Great price too. Thanks so much for being a part of an AMAZING weekend.

Great location! Close to many restaurants and a few walking trails around small lakes.

Location was great for shopping, access to motorways, visiting friends, restaurants ... yet it felt like we were in a neighbourhood because of the aspect/view was trees and skyline.

It was a very nice experience would recommend this motel to everyone you are located twelve minutes to mall of america twelve minutes to paisley park and it's easy to get to downtown minneapolis i would definitely recommend this place and I would definitely come back again

Good location across from the mall with stores tucked in here and there like a grocery store and liquor store and smashburger right next door. Decent room if you're just going there to sleep wish the continental breakfast was a little better but for the price it was I would say it was worth it.

Small property but conveniently located. Walking distance to Eden Praire Mall and Cub supermarket. Clean rooms were freshend up daily. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Would stay here again!

It's not a five-star luxury property, but what it does, it does it very well. Just some minor imperfections in the room, but very good where it counts: clean, a comfy bed, lots of pillows, a desk with outlets to plug in devices, large mini-fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, and drawers/closet space (with real hangers, not those annoying anti-robbery ones). The breakfast area is open 6am to 9pm, and after 8:15 gets full with some lines and traffic jams, and limited spaces at the tables. Check in was efficient, and a bill under the door on departure day makes for a quick drop-the-key check out. There's plenty of parking, and it's easy to find off Flying Cloud Drive. There's a gas station across the street, and a supermarket around the corner. All in all, a good stay. At around $105 a night (double room), this hotel is a great option.

Pretty decent place for the price we paid. Seemed recently updated which was nice. Beds were comfortable. The room seemed somewhat humid (not hot, just damp). Breakfast spread was pretty minimal - cereal, bagels, yogurt, etc. Overall we had a good stay though, I would probably stay here again.
