The front desk staff were great. Pretty great breakfast with lots of options. Overall a quiet stay. Quite a bit of damage in our suite. Broken doors, ripped up carpet, damage to the furniture. Thankfully we checked our windows before going to bed, as two were unlocked and left open, not usually a big deal except we were on the first floor. Also found it a bit odd that the cleaning staff knocked on our door at 11:20 when checkout is noon (we hadn't checked out yet), then proceeded to wait outside the door until we left 20 minutes later. Pool is closed, yet not at all surprised as cooler days are here, just wanted to make others aware.

Staff wasn’t great for the most part, wouldn’t answer front desk phone, had to request towels several times, housekeeping didn’t change bedding once during our 5 day stay, only took our garbage and cleaned our room twice. Not sure if they vacuumed though.. hotel was noisy with kids/adults being loud in hallway until early morning hours. People above our room sounded like elephants. Pool was never cleaned during our stay, leaves, dirt, always in the pool. Pool was heated so that was nice but it’s really small. The best part about this hotel is the free shuttle, when the front desk would answer for scheduling. Shuttle drivers are knowledgeable and extremely helpful of the area. Most of the time we called Springhill across the street to arrange shuttles, they answered everytime.

Staff was ok, building has seen its better days, screens in rooms are frayed and dirty, windows seal was gone so when locked them flys would still get in, clogged tub so by end of shower you're standing in 3" of water, staff were using room next to ours as a brake room being loud some nights. Staff didn't know how to unlock fire-pit so went without for most of stay. Holes in "black out curtains". Handicap button didnt work for people going in.Hotel is in great location so with some needed updates it would be fine.

Front desk staff would leave notes and not even be at the front desk, keys were constantly failing to work, curtains in 2 rooms were ripped up, bathroom walls were soggy and literally peeling, elevator broke down and we were on top floor. The hotel says pool, but it is literally an outdoor pool that closes in the fall time and is only open in the summer, so our 4 children couldn't swim. Even though the description stated pool. All of the information on this hotel was very sneakily ignoring the facts that it is not maintained very well, and doesn't have half the amenities even functional.

The website stated airport shuttle until 12:30am. We landed at Mols/St Paul International at 11:40. We called for the shuttle and they informed us the shuttle hours end at 11:30. Never stay at this hotel again.

The pros: -The room was huge -A full kitchen (mini oven) -Big bathroom -It was clean, however with how old it was some things were so nasty. -They have appliances to borrow -Maintanance came to fix things efficiently -Seemed like a safe area and the hotel required key cards to get in so that was safe. The cons: -Very dated -The couch was nasty -Breakfast was awful -There were beetle type bugs all over our room we had to kill

All staff was very friendly. The desk clerk helped me with some basic breakfast items since I was going to leave before the formal breakfast was open. Shuttle driver was on time and also very friendly. The property is not very far from the airport making the transfer to-and-from relatively easy. Everything was clean.

The check-in area reeked of cigarette smoke. Thankfully that didn't carry over into the room. The person checking me in took forever and thought I was staying for 6 nights, not 2 and asked me for the same information multiple times. The upholstery on the room furniture was all disgusting. Large stains everywhere and just gross looking. Very noisy stay. Lots of college aged boys being very unruly and loud well into the night.

Very dirty through out the room. There was white stuff on the couch and chair and chair is very old and worn. The back of the dining room chairs also were filthy. The shampoo, conditioner and body soap containers were off the wall and still had the backing on them and were barely filled. The bathroom door did not shut and the other door going into the bathroom didn't lock.

My room smelled like it had been smoked in for years. I was told, by a friendly desk worker to point out, that they were booked to capacity and couldn't switch my room. So I slept in a stinky, stale smoke smelling room. The bathroom ceiling had damage, as did the inside of the door to my room. I also went to have breakfast at 8:10 and the hot food was already gone, leaving just one bowl and dry cereal left to go with milk cartons and juice. Pretty limited breakfast options and availability. Not worth the $120 price tag. I've been at the Best Western in Eagan before several times for cheaper prices and it's three times the hotel this one is, albeit from my limited experience with this hotel. If one room here smells like smoke all night, others probably do also.

The hotel is in close proximity to several attractions in the area. Very close to the outlet mall in Eagan & not too far from the Mall of America. Did not eat the breakfast while we were here so I can't give a rating on that. Room was clean but had a cracked sink & a broken bathtub drain (didn't affect taking a shower). The biggest problem I had with the stay is that our room faced the interstate & was very noisy due to thin windows. Might stay here again, but probably wouldn't be my first choice.

We will stay here again if we're in the area. There are lots of nice places around to get food if needed. The room was nice and large with lots of extra space. The only negative(s) --> our room was closer to the highway so if you're a light sleeper you'll hear a lot of highway noise. Also, there were some people outside talking at night that was noisy. None of that really was a major negative overall. We really liked the place and like I said we'd stay here again. Price was great as well. Go Brewers

There's no secured internet here, so if you're working for a business, good luck! The room smells it has a musty WET dog towel smell..... All the time. The breakfast is good. Weird stragglers walking around the property though that don't belong here. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The only thing going for this place is the proximity to the airport and free parking. Otherwise we would have checked out after the first night. The breakfast was free and hot but after two days I couldn't face it again. Sad scrambled powdered eggs and little spinach quiches. The bathroom door had been kicked and broken. Housekeeping only cleaned our room twice in a week. Wish they would have taken out the trash. we had a double bedroom suite and two of the three TVs were non functional for a day plus the Internet went out the last day. Finally, it was so noisy. When the people above our room walked, every single step made the ceiling, lights and pictures shake. It was awful.

Hotel staff breached our safety and privacy when they booked another guest into our room while we were still there. This guess was given a key to our room and he entered while we were there. It was a bit unnerving. Hotel staff made a big mistake.

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times. It is absolutely the best deal for a hotel with a shuttle to the airport. They are experiencing some difficulty with their shuttle, so they had to rent a shuttle (plain white) for airport pick up. I Donely recommend to anyone needing the airport shuttle, to be aware that it might be a plain white shuttle, and check that out when you're waiting. Every time I come, the rooms are very clean, it's wonderful, because an entire kitchen is provided, oven, stove, top, full-size refrigerator. It's really perfect for a longer stay or if you don't like to get up early for breakfast and want to make your own breakfast. the front reception staff is always friendly and responsive and helpful. I don't know what anybody else could possibly need in a hotel! I'm so thankful for this place!

Next to our room was a party in 2 rooms, blowing horns, pounding on the walls, just obnoxious. Went to the front desk and asked if there was a quiet time, she said they'd gotten complaints and offered us a new room without hesitation. She was super friendly, kind & understanding. We laughed with her about people's rudeness. New room was quiet. Beds are comfy, kitchen nicely stocked with items for eating & cooking. Walked to chili's & received 10% off or bill send walked to holiday gas station. Stay was perfect once relocated. Will stay again!

I've stayed here twice. The location is great - close to pretty much everything on the south side of the Twin Cities and with easy access to the freeways that wrap around to the north. Even though it's close to everything, there's still some nature around so it doesn't feel like a concrete jungle. The best thing about it is the folks who work there. They're very friendly and helpful, and the building is secure (can't get in without a room key). It's about a 15 minute drive to the airport.

The room looked great and smelled fresh and clean. It was much more room than I needed for my short stay. I really appreciated the extra places to set my things down, and the refrigerator to keep my beverages cold was great. They offered a few complementary breakfast options & even had cold items to take if you left before they had some warm items out. Both of the staff members that I met were friendly. I would stay here again if in the area.

1. We had dirty laundry in our beds. 2. We went down to breakfast at 9 am and there was no breakfast left (although it was supposed to go to 10). We were told they ran out. 3. We had other guests running the halls until 2 am. 4. Our hotel shuttle driver got lost. 5. When we complained about our issues to front desk they did not seem to care and only offered us a smaller room in exchange.

We liked our stay very much, room was clean, breakfast had good options and was good as well. Staff was super friendly and helpful, especially after my kids misplaced their room key. I totally recommend the hotel. stars for the facility, just because it's not a newer hotel.
