We had a nice stay overall. The front staff was exceptionally friendly. The room was clean. However, they must have cleaned the carpet and didn't put the tables/chairs back in their spots (the chair was in the bathroom, the side tables and lamp were stacked on the couch). My only complaint though was the very strong smell of chlorine in the pool area. Otherwise, everything was clean and in working order. Breakfast was good!

I really enjoyed our stay. This was my second time here. They have wonderful and helpful staff. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The free breakfast has so many options. They do not have a restaurant in the hotel, however, there are many restaurants and fast food surrounding it (Hudson's is right nextdoor). My kids enjoyed playing in the pool and hot tub. We typically come to visit family. The hotel isn't far from any location in Marquette and I think is just a nice place. This is my first choice for places to stay!

There were pros and cons to our one night stay. I suppose I expected way more for the 9/10 rating. I'll start with pros. The hot tub is amazing! The rooms are very roomy. Good movie channel on the TV and a really good restaurant right in the parking lot. My cons though, outweighed the pros. The parking is horrendous, sharing a parking lot with a restaurant you ended up walking a long way to the entrances. Maybe I could've let that pass. But the bed/bedding/pillows In our room smelled as if it hadn't been washed. Not sure which thing it came from but smelled of a sweaty man with men's deodorant trying to mask it. As if the bed had already been slept in by someone sweaty. I tried switching pillows. Ultimately I couldn't get away from the odor and it made it difficult to sleep. I probably won't stay again because of this. Left a note for housekeeping, along with their tip, so they were aware.

The room was clean, noise level was quiet My son spent a lot of time at the pool and that was also very clean. The gym was small but nice and clean. The breakfast in the morning was excellent, that may have been the best part of the whole trip, lol. Overall definitely my choice in future when staying in Marquette.

We had a quick stay in Marquette and I’m so happy we chose this hotel. The guy working the front desk was incredibly friendly, the room was spacious and clean, and the location is perfect. We peeked into the pool/hot tub area and it looked great, but we didn’t go in because there were too many kids, hah. We will definitely stay again.

The property was clean, but the accessible room was not accessible for someone in a wheelchair. Towels were located in a high shelf above the toilet. Iron and hairdryer were on the top shelf of the closet. Shower head was in a fixed position that would have sprayed the water into the face of whomever was seated upon the shower bench, and handles for the shower were on the far wall opposite the bench. Bathroom floor was also filthy.

I have stayed at this property before. We reserved a room here again because the first time it was clean which is a top priority for me. This time I was disappointed because it wasn't very clean. There we several nasty stains on the carpet so I refused to take my shoes off, yuck.I'm reconsidering my next visit. Not sure what we will do next time we come to town???

The walls were super thin, so the first night we stayed, we could hear other people until 3am. They were banging around and yelling and just being very inconsiderate of others. We also got a room with a jacuzzi since it was my birthday and our first weekend out of state without the kids. Whatever was used to clean it (I’m assuming) made my husband and I both very itchy both of the times that we attempted to use it, so I was a little disappointed about that as we had booked this hotel solely on wanting the jacuzzi room. Other than that, the staff was all VERY friendly, I’ve never seen a cleaner hotel (and I’ve worked at a few) and even though we didn’t get the opportunity to use the pool area, we wandered down and saw how wonderful it all looked. Overall, I had a pretty decent stay.

The room was updated to easily charge electronics and had numerous areas to do so. Lighting in the bathroom was excellent when using the mirror and vanity. The small flexible reading lights on each side of the bed were terrific. There was an abundance of comfy seating and the king size bed was comfortable as well.

Clean, comfortable hotel. Only issue was a bright outdoor light shining directly into our hotel room at night. Window coverings did not fully close and we could not keep the light from shining into our faces during the night.

The area is in a great location and the staff was amazing! The breakfast was also pretty good with hot options! The room itself was clean but needs some upgrades. The furnace unit is also an older model on the wall that was quite loud at times. My main concern was none of the plugins worked. We finally unplugged a couple items so we could charge our phones. Overall it was fine for a night or two but a few upgrades would go a long way!

Very clean, helpful staff, great location, excellent amenities. We were fortunate enough to stay during a big winter storm. Staff kept the lot clean and clear of snow. Hudson's restaurant is just across the parking lot, so there was no need to venture out on the roads in the storm. Watching the snow pile up outside while sitting in the hot tub was a wonderful experience.

Everything about this Comfort Suites was great, but getting to it took a bit of doing since the road in front of it was closed for construction. We were able to work our way through the shopping centers parking lot to get to it. It was well worth it!!! Great staff, great room, great breakfast!!! Would recommend this motel to anyone that finds themselves in the area.

Front desk staff were extremely helpful. Appreciate recycling bins. Didn’t care for most of the food offered at breakfast. It might be better to have 1 or 2 really good things than a lot of unhealthy, processed foods.
