The hotel was very clean. All of the staff we interacted with were very friendly. If I come back to the area again, I will definitely stay here again

A shinning example of when a business puts enough money into maintaining and cleaning their rooms and amenities. Also the best free breakfast we've had at a hotel. They had plenty of gluten free options for my son including bagels and bread.

Stayed 2 nights

We stayed 2 nights. The first morning we slept in until 10:30 and awoke to find no water! There was no phone message, email notice or text. I called the front desk and a lady informed me there had been a leak; they were fixing it and we might have water by 3:00pm!! We had an event to attend by noon which meant no showers, etc. we also couldn't flush toilets. I asked a lady at the front desk if we would be receiving a credit. She said to talk to the manager the next morning. When we came back at 3:00 still no water. A sign at the front desk now said due to maintenance there would be no water until 3:00. So, was it a leak or maintenance? It came back on about 3:30! The next morning when we checked out I asked again about an adjustment. I was told by a gentleman that he couldn't because I made my reservation via a 3rd party. I asked, "Are you telling me you cannot do anything about this horrible inconvenience." He said they had sent messages, emails to let everyone know. We received no message. They had my cell and our email and we had received no notice. Obviously they also have everyone's room number yet no attempts were made to notify. Finally the gentleman asked if we were Hilton Rewards members. I said we were and he said he would try to give us some points. I'm sorry but this was pathetic customer service.
