3 floor hotel with no lifts. It was hard to go to sleep because of the car noise. 10 mins drive to airport so convenient if you are staying for a night and have an early flight.

The room was on a compact side but clean, beds were comfortable, and there were many power outlets to charge phones and use a laptop. I like the sink separate from toilet and bath. The housekeepers came in a middle day and changed the towels. Though this was a nice service, was there a way to indicate that we did not need new towels to conserve water and energy (since we are here only two nights)? I liked the recycle bin in the room! Enjoyed the breakfast that included eggs, sausage, bisquit and gravy. I liked that the area has many dining options and there is Meijer across from it. There is no swimmimg pool. This was fine with us as we went to the big lake and a friend's lake for swimming. Overall we had a good stay.

The establishment was clean but considering that the elevators were not working at all during our stay it was very inconvenient coming and going from our room. We never saw a staff member after we checked in even when we needed a few things or to check out. Not a terrible experience but probably wouldn’t go back again.

We used the shuttle service to the Gerald Ford Airport, and they were on time to take us there, and were quick to pick us up when we returned. Also, the price to park our car at the motel was cheaper than long term parking at the airport. I would definitely use the motel again.

The Hotel smelled like cigarette smoke. My room was so bad I asked for an air freshener. I was brought a spray, and it didn't help. It helped for about 5 minutes. I do have to come back to town for business and I won't be booking at this location. Also, the main picture looks better online. It is not grey and looks not the best.

THIS PLACE HAS BEDBUGS. I booked two room for NYE, one with a jacuzzi for myself and a standard king for my son and his fiancée. Check in went smoothly. Got our rooms, I even look3d for sogns of bedbugs and saw none on the mattresses and bed dressings. We got cleaned up and headed out for celebration. Came back and passed out in our rooms. I woke up to use the bathroom and saw something on my pillow. It was a bedbug! I quickly woke all in my party and told them to pack up immediately. When I informed the front desk attendant, I was told I'd be given a call from the manager. Maybe I will, maybe I wont, but I promise Ill never stay in that building again and will likely record complaints with Wyndham Corporate as well as the Kent County Health Dept.

There were ants crawling on the counter by our tv. We let staff know and when we came back there were still ants even after cleaning. I could understand if we were on the 1st floor but obviously there was something in our room prior to us checking in that causes them to return

The room was clean, but the room was terribly small. The bathroom was very tight. The beds were not comfortable. They did serve breakfast but it was mediocre. I think the hotel is do for an upgrade but for a cheap night stay it was ok.

The air conditioning was a little bit poor the fan wouldn’t stay on and wasn’t loud enough for us to hear if it was on or not, the tv only had a few working channels and was hard to operate the remote control the buttons wouldn’t work, as we were leaving the cleaning crew was very rude and asked us to leave while we had 29 minutes before our scheduled check out time

The television selection was quite limited. The remote was cumbersome to use because you have to punch in numbers to select a channel rather just being able to scroll forward or backwards. The direction of the air coming out of the Heater/AC cannot be changed.

The hotel is going through some renovations but overall it is clean and comfortable. The person working the the night desk was very nice and helpful. HOWEVER the person who cleans the rooms was shockingly rude. At 11:00 am she knocked loudly on the door. I explained that I had arrived past midnight the night before and would be leaving by noon. She said check out was now AND THAT SHE WAS GIVING ME TEN MINUTES TO LEAVE THE ROOM. I have stayed in hotels in more that 130 countries and never have encountered such a rude staff member.

The only thing i didnt like was the housekeeping personel had no regards for privacy. The man just came in my room withou warning while my wife was her undergarments. Then he stood there and basically was staring at her and his female co-worker starting yelling as if my wife did something wrong. They have us no time to even respond to a tap on the door. It was literally about 3.5 seconds before they opened the door

Everytime I fly in and out of GRR, I stay here. It's always clean and the staff is so kind. The bed is comfortable and the breakfast is nice. Convenient to the airport with several restaurants within walking distance.

We come to Grand Rapids for music festivals and concerts for work. We always stay at this location. There are 3 restaurants in walking distance just through the parking lot, not to mention Meijer at the main light and Walmart down the street. It’s especially convenient 11 minute drive to downtown.
