the reason we wanted to stay at this property was for the hot tub and pool with the slide. the pool was nice but sadly we were not able to enjoy it very well as to the Hot Tub was chemically unbalanced and it made my whole family not feel well. My husband whos only wish was to enjoy the hot tub could not even enter the pool area after our first attempt. Several guest also warned us to NOT turn on the hot tub as they could not stop coughing, they even opened the emergency door to try to maske the air better. When I asked the night clerk she said she does not know anything and they only check it a few times a week. I told her it was unhealthy for guests her reply she just works there and does not know anything about the pool. its been a day and a half and my husband and I are still coughing. He is also upset that the Hot tub was the main reason for the trip for him to relax as he works 60+ hours a week and he could not. We would stay there again but as we could not enjoy what we went there for, it will makes us think twice and go somewhere else.

Updated, clean hotel. I enjoyed the plush bedding and lighted mirror. Breakfast options looked good. The pool was unique, with a cool shape and a water slide. I did feel the chemicals in the pool area were strong as I sneezed and coughed from them quite a bit. Staff was friendly and I appreciated that when checking in as a solo female traveler that they didn't announce my room number to the whole lobby. Would stay again!

Very nice suite. adequate amount of space for a family of 6. breakfast was very nice and a great space. pool was fantastic the kids had so much fun. the site says no hot tub but there was one and it was very hot! haha. the window screen was only hanging by the top though which i did not like but that was the only thing.

The room and facility was very clean and your staff should be complimented for it. I spoke with some of the housekeeping staff and they were friendly and enjoyed their job. What a refreshing change. They are valuable employees. Only complaint was hallway noise. Perhaps a door seal issue? We will come back to this hotel.

Very clean room and the room was cleaned while we were away after just one night (we stayed 2 nights) . Have not had that service in ANY hotel on multiple trips since 2020. Very helpful friendly staff. Quiet building. Would highly recommend

Very disappointed, the motel seemed clean at first, then we found dirty women’s underwear by a bed, which gives gross feelings right away, and then a tooth brush, that wasn’t ours in the bathroom, both things that should never be missed. At 730 there was janitorial staff talking extremely loud in the hall ways, which was also frustrating

Great room, best in the town. Only stay here when in town definitely the most updated and clean. Bed could be a bit more comfortable in the double bed suite but ok. Only took a star for cleanliness of pool area and no swim towels available both days I was there. Customer service was on point, attentive and friendly.

We stayed here after a concert at the nearby casino. The front desk person that checked us in was great! Very knowledgeable and friendly. We did stop at the front desk to pick up a couple sodas later in the evening and the person helping was definitely not as good as the person working earlier. Not attentive to the people in front of us. Took a while to know how to charge the soda to my room.

Asked front desk for a 3rd floor room, she said non available. Came down to buy some ice cream 5 minutes later and overheard her tell the next couple that rooms are available on all floors! Not NICE! My ice cream was crystalized, and horrible! And cost $6. Our room was stuffy and we could not get the air conditioning to turn on. After checking out we get a call because they didn’t have a credit card on file for my ice cream! I told her I did leave a card on file! She found it and said sorry. Never again, will we stay with this hotel chain.

We had a last minute change of plans and because we had booked through Expedia with a special rate—and to be fair clearly stated nonrefundable—they would not refund our one night stay. We were disappointed as we’d let them know three days prior to our anticipated stay. They were “hard and fast” that when booking through a third party there’s no wiggle room. Expedia was great even trying to intervene on our behalf. Because of this one property we will not use this brand in the future. We can understand them charging us if we’d cancelled the day of or even the day before but we learned an expensive lesson. When booking always beware of No refundable rates. The spokesperson said if we had booked through their property they would have considered a refund. (We seriously doubt it, as they really weren’t that nice when we made the request several days before the booking). We think they probably kept our money and resold the room again when we didn’t show…greedy. Again…our mistake! Won’t ever happen again.

Maggie was awesome! She’s the only reason I have the place a try. Breakfast had a nice selection. Eggs and sausage needed cooked a little longer. I like the waffle station set up as it was easy to use and the right amount. Staff was good about keeping things stocked. The shades need replaced. Luckily, I had clips with me so I was able to clip them shut. Pervious person left stuff in the pullout couch, that wasn’t cool.

Right on the route we were taking home. Very clean hotel. Very comfortable beds. The best breakfast set up I have seen at a hotel. They actually had a counter with a staff member behind it assisting guests. Would stay here again.
