The whole hotel is under renovation. No pool and the elevators do not work. They report they’ve tried to tell Expedia many times but they won’t change their listing information. The breakfast was Spunkmeyer muffins, runny waffle mix, yogurt, bagels, oranges and apples. The beverage choices were milk or OJ. Kind of a let down for a great planned weekend!

Didn’t list the pool was closed on hotels.com. Light in the bathroom barely worked and couldn’t see anything. Right side of bed sat lower than the left side. Security door on the side of the building wasn’t locked,so anyone could walk in.

Check in was good. Toilet was leaking and running alot. Pool was out of service all weekend. Breakfast selection was not good, no meat one day and no regular syrup for waffles and no bread. Our microwave did not work either.

The front desk staff were friendly , but the pool was closed and out of order probably my fault should’ve called ahead to see and the elevator was down. The room was dusty but it was fairly clean just had to wipe it down a little . Guest quiet and so it was relaxing and didn’t seem to be a busy hotel which was nice .

The elevator was dirty and the button lights didn’t work. The hallway walls across from the elevator on all floors needed repairs. My room had no shampoo, conditioner, and soap. My room also had a broken bathroom faucet and the tub had mold in it.

The hotel was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. There was a horrible smell in the entire hotel. It was very dirty. You could see dirt piles on the floors like it hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. The pool was closed, but we were not informed of this until after we checked in. The elevator stopped working several times. The staff was very rude and acted like it was an inconvenience if you even said hello to them. We had booked 2 nights and checked out first thing in the morning after the first night of being there.

The room wasn’t very clean. The ceiling was coming down in the bathroom and had an old light fixture that was hanging out and looked like a hazard, the sheets and towels were white but had stains on them (not what you want to wrap up in!), and the outlet in the bathrooms didn’t work (not optimal for getting around!). On the plus side, the bed was comfortable and the shower was clean.

This hotel is just old and starting to get run down. The lady that checked us in was so nice! Our room did not have a fridge and I know others did. When I mentioned this upon check out the man at the front desk said, “some just don’t.” Linens and bathroom were clean. But over priced for a room that needed to be freshened up.

When I showered I had to stand in ankle deep water because the drain did not work. Also, when we went to get coffee with our breakfast the coffee machine was broken! There was no offer to bring in coffee or do anything for this inconvenience. Additionally, the room was very loud with the highway right outside the room. I could also hear the other rooms phone ring and I could hear lots of walking above me. We are Hilton honors members and rarely have N issue with the Hampton but this one was not good.

First room door hinge screws were loose so when you opened it you had to pull the door up to close it. Second room the top hinge wasnt even screwed into the wall and the door fell to the floor. Third room door worked but the caulk around the tube was full of mold. Would not stay here again. Checked out early.

It is my mistake that I based my reservation of this property on the overall rating of the facility without researching the individual reviews, which were all in all accurate. The hotel is dark throughout (paint and furnishings) and sorely in need of maintenance and repairs. It could have been more thoroughly cleaned, as the t.v. and mirror were overlooked and had smudges on them. However, the beds and bathroom were clean and the water was hot, so it sufficed for a one night stay. There was a strange, intermediate noise that we could not place that was rather loud and annoying. Our room also faced the expressway so there was noise from that, but it wasn't intolerable. The clerk at check-in was not the most personable and made us feel like we were putting her out, so I refrained from asking any questions about breakfast or anything else for that matter. I will echo numerous other reviews in saying that it was mediocre at best-i.e. it could have been better, it could have been worse-but definitely NOT what you would expect from a Hilton chain.

the staff was absolutely wonderful, especially the gentleman on maintenance that i’d spoken too. but in terms of condition of the room that we stayed in, it was bad. there was an infestation of stink bugs by the ac unit, the tv was broken, the door to our room did not close all the way, the lock on said door was also ripped off entirely, the bathroom door did not lock, and the state of the shower itself was not good.

Road noise from I94 was terrible all night long. The hotel only had a dozen guest cars in the lot so they could have put us in a room on the backside of the building, not the front side nearest the freeway.

Our stay was WEIRD!! Our room on the second floor was on a very significant slant. From the entrance to th the window was at least a half foot slant and the toilet leaned significantly. I would question the structural safety of this place. I’m the morning there was a bird trapped in the hall flying around. The breakfast was not great and not stocked at all. No fruit or ketchup etc

Horrible experience. This was actually the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my entire life… Firstly, upon check-in the staff gave me a key to SOMEONE ELSES room! I went upstairs and opened the door to find a man laying in the bed which startled him and myself. After getting this issue corrected which seemed to be “blown off” by staff I go up to my actual room to find a not so clean room with holes in the walls/ceiling. This building was extremely low quality, and made me worried to stay there (which I ended up not doing)…. The hallways are cramped, elevator was sketchy, staff seemed to laugh off issues as if they weren’t a big deal. I actually ended up leaving, and getting another room elsewhere… upon time for checkout, staff tells me that another person had already turned in my keys and checked out of my room, which was NOT POSSIBLE, as I was not even on the property. I hated this entire experience and I will absolutely NOT be returning to this establishment ever again. Horrible time…

We went online to reserve our room. We said first floor. Im handicap and have a hard time walking and have a hard time with stairs. The elevator was broken and hotel put us on the second floor. We stayed for five days and only gave us clean towels once. Didn’t clean our room and take our trash. Asked for a discount they said we would have to get a hold of hotel.com

This hotel was terrible. Didn’t even stay for more than 5 minutes. The front desk staff was rude and not interested in accommodating any needs. The first floor was under construction and there was no elevator working to get to the 2nd and 3rd floors where the rooms were available. The room itself smelled like mildew and stale cigarettes! Would never stay here. Terrible experience.

I would like a refund. I use hotels.com all the time and have never been more disappointed in my life. The place was not as advertised at all. The pool was completely empty with bugs crawling around in it. The beds were not cleaned properly. There was hair from the previous guest in the sheets. Obviously had not been changed. The air conditioning was not working properly and after repeated attempts to get someone to fix it, nothing was done. There were stains all over the walls and carpet. The place was gross. If this is the way hotels.com does business we can always use another site from now on. We are owed a refund. This is the 1st time i have ever made a complaint.

Staff was great and free breakfast was actually pretty good but a lot of broken things in the hotel and the room. The worst part that nobody talks about in other reviews is how noisy it is since it is right next to the expressway-so loud! Nearly impossible to get a decent night sleep.

A bit sad for a Hampton Inn. Felt like it was at least 20 years old. Staff didn't even greet me when I came down for coffee in the morning. They just looked at me. Food was fine, but the room was right off I-94 and NOISY!

They gave the room I had booked away. Their phone line to call the hotel was down and their breakfast was so bland. I don’t think I could go back there. The chicken sausage had a rubber texture to it and zero taste! The yogurts, fruit and juices were the highlight! Pillows were so flat. Window in te room was open when I got therre and it was tough to close!

Check-In girl was nice. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable and water was nice and hot. We were disappointed when we came down for a hot breakfast and there wasn’t anything hot available. Guess since there weren’t too many guests there last night they weren’t cooking anything hot.
