Would definitely stay here again! Just keep in mind there are multiple Howard Johnson’s in Ocean City so double check the address! This location on 24th street had great vibes & the staff was always pleasant! A nice pool bar/cafe & pool is open til 10pm!

The staff was excellent and facilities were clean. We had an oceanfront efficiency. We didn't have a stove, just sink, microwave, a small fridge and toaster oven. The room was really small and had a step down from kitchen area that we kept tripping on. The parking lot was very tight. Nice pet area. Great private balcony with awesome ocean view. Elevator was very slow during the day. Pool area was nice, but should have restrictions on what is allowed in the pool so everyone can enjoy. A group basically took over the pool throwing footballs. We realize this is more of a respect issue from that group, but it shouldn't be allowed and should be listed on the pool rules. Overall the stay was good and liked the free coffee in the lobby.

Nice stay . The beach is basically at your back door. Walls are pretty thin though . If you have someone over you, you will most likely hear them running around . The pool was nice . Food was ok. Parking was convenient , and the staff were nice and helpful. We had an ocean front room and the view was great

Older facility with renovations. plenty of parking. Check in was fast. staff was friendly at each level - housekeeping, front desk and other staff. Rooms were very clean with plenty of towels and pillows.

Cleanness of the rooms was terrible they don't dust at all, wipe down the walls. Housekeeping definitely need to be retain and management needs to follow up on they employees work. Also the parking lot was very very small and hard to get in and out of the spots.

Super clean!! Our hotel was a beach front room, amazing view of the ocean and the boardwalk. The room was very clean and I appreciated the beach-vibes that the room gave, with the aesthetically pleasing beachy colors in the room (linens and paint on the walls). Very cozy, bright and comfortable. The staff at this hotel were also super nice. 10/10

The partial ocean view efficiency was perfect for our stay. The Beach Bus picks up just 2 blocks away and got us right to the music festival. The property was quiet and literally right on the boardwalk with beach access. Room was very clean.

Great location snd fabulous view! Nice staff and clean room. Tiny bathroom though. Convenient parking. We often pick this hotel. Only complaint was our door had a gap and didn't seem to shut properly. When the wind blew our door rattled and sounded like someone was trying to get in and it blew cold air through the gap. It kept us up a good bit.

This hotel is located in a great location and the ocean front room provided awesome views. My family spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the view. Another positive was the friendly staff who frequently checked in with us to see how our stay was going. The room and facility was clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom is small and the rooms are more comfortable for 4 people instead of 6. We did experience a problem with ants; however, the hotel staff were responsive to address the issue and quickly resolved the problem and provided us with meal gift certificates for our trouble. The most disappointing part of our stay was the WiFi service did not work inside the room. The signal was extremely weak and would connect and immediately drop out. This caused the need to go to the local Starbucks to conduct work instead of working from the room with the view that we had planned. I travel frequently and spend a lot of time in hotels and haven’t experienced such issues with WiFi that I did at this hotel. This alone will prevent me from choosing this location again which is unfortunate.

The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was ready when we arrived so we were able to check in early, which was nice. The room itself was very spacious and it seems like it was probably updated a couple of years ago. The furniture was all in good condition. The oceanfront view was wonderful! I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Advertised was two queens but at best two full size. Husband is 6 ft 2 in and bed had his feet over the edge and the shower he looked over the rod and the shower head he had to duck and hit his head. The noise factor was the worse, you could hear the everything from the adjacent rooms . It sounded like a pack of elephants were above us all night - we believe they had pets and they kept us up as the floors are like a wood base with no padding, need some aquistical treatments.

Get the balcony room! It was worth it. For the money compared to other ocean view rooms, the room was worth it. Walls are a bit thin but if you run the air conditioner unit, it will block excess noise. I would recommend top or 4th floor. We had the 3rd and the noise from the boardwalk easily drifted to our room. Our last night, it took a long time to get hot water in the shower. By the time the 3rd person in our group room took theirs, it was fine.

From start to finish, the customer service was top-notch—every staff member we interacted with was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and well cared for. What truly set this hotel apart was the level of service. The staff was attentive without being intrusive, and they genuinely cared about our experience. Grace and Madonna at the front desk were exceptionally amazing and made us really feel like valued guests. The location couldn’t have been better—centrally located with restaurants, shops, and attractions just steps away. Yet, once inside, the hotel felt like a peaceful escape from the bustle outside. Our room was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable. We especially loved the private balcony—it had quality, comfortable furniture that made it the perfect spot to relax in the morning or unwind in the evening while looking over the boardwalk, watching the ocean and listening to the waves and seagulls. Everything about our stay aside from the rainy weather was perfect. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again!

The team was extremely helpful. They find solutions to any issue you might have immediately. Key not working, no problem, fixed. Toilet stopped up, no problem, fixed. They do everything to make your stay pleasant. They even give courtesy call to make sure everything is fine with your stay. The property was clean, and very family friendly. If I was to nitpick, I would say the rooms can be slightly bigger. That nitpick is very minor. Overall, great property, and give the whole team raises.

No A/C two nights in a row. Front desk could’ve cared less. I was told the manager of the building would call me. It’s been a week. Thank god we brought an extra fan for the dog. Still woke up drenched in sweat. Awful experience. Will not be back.

Nice property on the quiet end of the boardwalk. The staff were all pleasant and check in/out was a breeze. The only thing I didn’t care for was the tile floor in the room. The sand that gets dragged into the room (you are at the beach after all 😉) feels gritty under your feet. Take a pair of socks, flip flops, or slippers to walk around in the room and the problem is solved! I would definitely recommend this property and will be staying here again! This hotel was really nice. Just be prepared with the parking, the spaces aren't made for bigger vehicles. I was driving a Nissan Titan and i fit, but it was a little bit of a struggle. I wouldn't want to attempt the parking lot with anything bigger. But, there is alternative parking. The hotel is at the end of the boardwalk (well one block from the end), so if you plan to walk to the outlet end...just know its a long walk. We did it twice with no issues, good exercise, but just be aware. There is a restaurant at the hotel which was nice. They had just opened so the menu eas limited but the food and service were perfect. Overall, it was a great stay and we would stay here again.

Property was nice and clean. Parking is very tight but manageable. Hotel is on the quit end of the beach gift shops and food are about a 20 min walk up the boardwalk. Would definitely recommend for another stay.

Very convenient location. Friendly and cheerful staff. Less than 1 min walk to the beach as the property is on the boardwalk. Lots of dining options available around the property at walking distance. There are no public restrooms available so very less crowded than the downtown boardwalk streets. You can take the beach tram to the downtown to enjoy the nightlife. The tram runs all day til late in the night. Highly recommended property.

The hotel room was updated but the rest of the hotel looks old. I did like the view from the ocean front room. I didn’t like the setup of the bathroom with the sink outside from the shower and toilet. The breakfast at the satellite cafe is probably the worst breakfast food I’ve ever had. I would recommend going off site for breakfast. The staff that I can in contract was friendly. The only reason I chose this hotel is because it’s pet friendly. I will most likely not be staying here in the future.

The rooms are attractively decorated and efficient, and a nice touch is the addition of a large toaster oven in addition to the microwave. The rooms with partial ocean views still give a very good view of the ocean. The attached restaurant serves a good breakfast at a reasonable price.
