We had an absolute blast staying here. The staff and the other guests were great! We were there for the Nor’Easter and although the Oceans Calling Festival was cancelled and the weather was awful we still had fun. We did cut our stay short due to deteriorating weather conditions, but booked for next year before we left. If you want a clean place to stay and want to be surrounded by all the OC Boardwalk has to offer, look no further. Yes, the rooms are small but what are you doing in your room? Go outside, hang out on the porch or the huge lobby. So much fun.

The room was extremely outdated and run down - they tried to upgrade the bathroom but it had mold around the tub. The beds were in desperate need of replacing and the room door had gaps and didn't close properly without help.

We asked for a room close to the lobby because of our handicap brother with no legs and they put him all the way back the hall where he couldn't walk up the ramp. Our room, you couldn't open the door all the way due to the door being swollen and rubbing the carpet. It was hard for us to get in and out. We often stayed here but this will probably be our last visit to this motel.

Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Our room had a newer air conditioner that worked perfectly. No microwave in the room. Only a few steps to the sand. Our room was NOT cleaned very well. Refrigerator wasn't cleaned (filled with someone's leftovers) and beer cans on the window sill. Also had to go ask for soap to be refilled because it was empty.

The parking situation was terrible. When we checked in there weren't any parking spots in their lot .They said we could parking lot several blocks away. My daughter and I are both handicapped and can't walk that far. We ended up having to pay for street parking .Expensive
