Friendly service but hotel is in need of updates. The decor is dated and the walls and floors are in not great condition. Walls in hallways have bad scrapes all along the corridor. Bathroom flooring was in poor condition. The worst part was the odor. When I checked in, the room had a very strong air freshener odor that triggered my nose to stop up. In the morning when I awoke, that smell was replaced by a musty smell that was unpleasant. The bed was moderately comfortable, and the king room was very spacious. Staff were very friendly. Location was convenient for an early flight from BWI. I would not stay here again for the price.

Location worked for us. Everything about the hotel was mediocre. Rooms, staff, cleanliness etc was average at best. Carpet was stained in multiple spots. Couch was stained in multiple spots. Beds are hard. If you are looking for budget friendly it’s fine. If you want a nice hotel I’d recommend to keep looking.

Went to take a shower and there were pubic hairs in the small towels. Also long hair hanging from the shower curtain. Not to mention that each shower took 15-20 minutes for it to get any sorts of warm. The first shower I took was cold not knowing it would need that long to warm up. Front staff was not too concerned about any of this.

Needed to make a last minute reservation while traveling for business and couldn’t have been more happy. My first hotel was average at best with poor bedding/mattress and needed upgrades. So happy I chose Holiday Inn for the remainder of my trip. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Just what I needed to finally get some rest. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re traveling to the area. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Conveniently near the airport. However it took me an hour to get picked up when I arrived close to 11pm. I had to call twice to get a pickup since apparently I was just skipped during the first pickup attempt by the hotel. Some wear & tear on the table and sofa in my hotel room, but nothing actually broken. Hotel seems fine for a short no-frills visit.

I can’t remember the name of the front desk staff member who checked us in, but she was wonderful. I also loved their shrimp tacos, and the shuttle bus drivers were all very friendly. My only complaint was the hot water in the shower, there wasn’t much of it, probably because so many guests were using it at the same time. Still, overall, it was a great stay, and I’ll definitely be coming back to this hotel in the future.

The staff at the BWI holiday inn saved me after a very taxing day of airport delays. They were efficient and cheerful and from the moment I got on the van with Joe, my day improved dramatically. Taylor checked me in with humor and grace and my frustrations were over. The room was comfortable and clean. Good linens and pillows. Breakfast was above average for ten bucks and it was nice to actually have service in the morning. THANK YOU Holiday Inn BWI. Your positivity and warmth reminded me that flight delays don't have to be a total disaster!

My stay was outstanding!!!! The staff was absolutely phenomenal and hospitable beyond words. From the shuttle driver to the hotel upon arrival to the shuttle driver to the rental car center for our departure, every staff member was so pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and perfectly accommodated our large family for our one night stay. The breakfast was great as well. I will definitely consider this hotel again for future trips.

Hotel overbooked rooms in order to gaurentee a full hotel and did not notified me until the day I was supposed to check in. While I was on a plane I recieved a voicemail stating that unfortunately there was no longer a room for my stay even though I had already paid for it. I reserved my stay many months in advance and still was not accommodated. This staff has terrible customer service and is still neglecting to give me a refund due to their incompetence. They lack proper communication and professionalism, the mangers and staff keep avoiding my calls simply due to the fact that they do not want to handle this situation they mistakenly made.Once I finally arrived at BWI, I called the hotel and requested a refund beacuse if you pay for a specific hotel you expect to be accommodated by that specific hotel and if you are not you are entiled to your money no matter what. I am not a confrontational individual but this is definitely unfair and something I will continue fighting!! Please avoid this hotel!

The Holiday Inn was very conveniently located near the Airport. The shuttle service was great! When I returned from my vacation on the morning of July 14th, I had to call the hotel to find out where I could catch the shuttle back to the hotel, and the customer service was great. The young lady stayed on the phone with me until I found my location to catch the shuttle.

If you have a reason to spend time near BWI and don't need a fancy hotel, this is a good choice. The decor is dated and dark, but the hotel is very functional. There is a Chili's in walking distance, but it's uphill from the hotel. The hotel has a "restaurant" in it but I didn't try it. Otherwise you need to drive, but parking at the hotel is easy and free. The breakfast is not included but there is a free coffee/tea station. There is a convenience store in the lobby and the staff will give you plastic forks/spoons if you purchase something that needs one. There is a small gym with dumbbells, a bench, a few cardio machines and a mat for stretching. Staff was friendly and efficient. Overall, a pleasant place to stay if you're not bothered by dated decor.

We were able to return our rental vehicle the night before we were to fly home. The shuttle picked us up at the car return. We didn't have to go back to the airport and catch the shuttle back to the hotel. The restaurant was open until 11 PM. No fast food. The menu and foodhoices were amazing!

The Bed in the room very hard. For dinner, I ordered food from the restaurant that is in the hotel. Took it up to the room to find that the food was burnt. There was no coffee available to drink during breakfast the next morning, and there was not enough staff there to handle taking care of the people.
