This is a no frills 'hotel". Avoid if stairs are a problem for you. No food or drink served at all. Very tiny bathroom. The room was clean and reasonbly comfortable. The shuttle took a long time to pick-up from airport and was very late taking us back for departure.

The shuttle runs every hour but they sent one right away when we arrived & called for pick-up. The rooms are dated. Half the rooms back up to the highway so we heard some traffic noise in the night. No elevators for 2 story building. This room was $80 cheaper than then the next option, but not woth the savings. Front desk staff & drivers were friendly & efficient. No breakfast, just coffee.

Keys didn’t work like 3 times. The girl working at the reception desk had to finally give guests a different type of key. The shuttle only goes hourly which is not the best. They have drink machines and they only take $1 bills so we couldn’t buy water because we had $5s. They also charged me an additional $15 as a fee.

No elevators - a bit much for an airport hotel where everyone has luggage. No dining options inside or nearby. The only food options were vending machines, which were cash only. Hope you have cash on you; the front desk won't give you change. Strictly $1 bills, the machines don't accept any other note, and the coin slots are jammed. You must bring your own meals. This is a food/shop desert, there is nothing reachable on foot. The only thing the staff seem to hate more than working there is the customers who stay there. Openly complaining about customers in front of customers. Openly telling customers to go away and stop bothering them when they were busy making personal calls. This isn't even actually all that near the airport. Just stay somewhere else. The free airport shuttle, and the shuttle driver who was obviously embarrassed that all the other staff were lazy $hits, were the only good things. Room and bed were an adequate size. All bathroom supplies were half full, i.e. obviously used and unchanged. Maybe bring your own of those too.

No markings at airport for pickup location for van. In 3 hours of waiting no van arrived. Tried to call hotel and no answer 20 times! Had to take $25 cab. No restaurants or food available for either dinner or breakfast. Worst experience with an Expedia recommended hotel.

I tried reaching hotel for shuttle from airport, no answer, had to call an Uber. There are three levels. No elevator to be found. Room has a musty odor but the property is others clean. Staff was friendly enough at check-in.

DO NOT STAY HERE. This place is way overpriced and has horrible customer service. The free hotel shuttle did not come for almost an hour despite 3 phone calls. The front desk attendant made no effort to help with anything. The requested wake-up call never came. Despite scheduling the departing shuttle the night before and waiting at the appointed time, the shuttle did not pick up on time. Spending the night at the airport would have been better than this place.

I was on the bottom floor the window had no locks, the blinds wouldn't close and the tv didn't work. The shower smelt like pee. I felt really unsafe about the window not locking so close to the ground I barley slept and the hotel was full so it was that or nothing.

The previous guest soiled the bed and it was not properly cleaned so when I laid down, it soaked through the sheets. Another room was not available and they did not have mattress covers, so we booked at another hotel.

The hotel needs to work on making sure the room smells perfect. Especially the bathroom. I had to buy bleach and Fabuloso. The Fabuloso had the whole room down the hall smell so good. The hotel itself it’s kind of an old building. Which is not bad for night to stand or two. Otherwise, I had a good experience.

Room smelled like cigarettes no matter how hard I tried to air it out from the time I got there. You can hear anything in the building in your room. Price is extremely high for what you get. Came back after a 12 hr work day and my door lock was deactivated even though I prepaid for a 2 night stay. I do not recommend this place unless they drop their prices to something like $50 a night.

The place has MICE, so much noise from outside and inside, it smell extremely bad, I can’t even describe it.. The bed ? lord squeaky and uncomfortable. The receptionist at night arguing on the phone about whose laundry was in the laundry basket. It was definitely a personal call he was on. I really don’t recommend it at all! My family and I could barely sleep thinking about the damn mice and just everything else going on around us. SMH

The property was good for the price, could do some upgrades….our next door tenant was smoking and the fumes were coming straight in our room and I had an infant with me, called to let the staff know and she said there is nothing they can do or tell the tenant so she moved us to another room same floor….we had to pack back everything and relocate, anyway we get there and I am changing my infant son on the bed and out comes this huge black bug! My gash! Wanted to also get things printed at the business center, she said I couldn’t so I’m not sure why this service was advertised because I came to Boston to complete business. Other than that it was an OK stay. Oh the shuttle service, one of the drivers was not friendly at all, she had an attitude from pick up to drop off! Sigh

This place is extremely noisy the walls are paper thin. You can hear every single thing that is going on outside of your. Seriously we could hear footsteps, doors opening and closing, the conversations people were having it was absolutely insane did not get a bit of sleep. Also the bed mattress are very poor, you could literally feel the wire springs in the mattress. Beds are very squeaky and not stable at all. Beds did not have a mattress cover just a simple fitted sheet. There is no soap in the shower only shampoo and conditioner. The lady at check in was nice. We only stayed here for a few hours as we had an early morning flight leaving out couldn’t imagine being here more than that. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra money to stay somewhere a little better.

This is a great no frills stay. Short walk (30 min) to Revere beach, we checked in after 7 and I had no safety concerns with the evening walk. Our room was clean, location was noisy (almost directly across from reception) and environmental loud ( motorcycle ripping up and down the roadway). Mattresses could be better. Airport shuttle was on time, kind and courteous.

Small rooms (but clean) in a shady part of town. Wifi did not work and staff was unable to fix it. The staff was courteous and friendly. There is no place nearby to walk to for breakfast, and staff advised us not to go outside at night for safety reasons. Crazy expensive.

Basic budget hotel, except it is not very inexpensive. Shower was lacking in water pressure, beds were okay but not great, pretty old and run down. Room was in the basement (so called garden level), right next to the noisy road. No dining near. Worked for a short overnight between travel.

The hotel is on a busy highway and my room had windows in the direction of the highway. It was loud. The lights for the hotel shined into my room and there was only a blind to adjust, no curtains. The walls were thin, and it was loud in my room. When the AC turned on, I could not hear the TV. When the AC went off the TV was too loud, and the ambient noise settled back in. Absolute garbage. Guy at check in was high off his head. Couldn't figure out how to use his computer. Room was not the worst. The bed had plastic cover on the mattress, if that tells you anything. There are major roads on both sides of the hotel. No matter which room you take it'll be loud.

Rude and disinterested young girl in reception checked us in. We requested airport shuttle for 4pm the following day - she recorded it as 4am so we got a knock on our door at 3:50am asking if we were ready - not impressed. Apart from her, the other staff we encountered the following day were more friendly and helpful. Room was OK - nothing special. Comfortable beds, but generally felt a bit dated. Really appreciated the free airport shuttle bus which we used for pick-up and drop-off.

Arrived to check in, and front desk person was not pleasant. Gave us a room that had people already in it. Went back to reception to get a new room, and another receptionist gave us a room that also seemed like people were in it. Finally we got a room. Woke up at 2am with someone screaming in hallway and knocking on a door(not ours) Luckily we had a early flight so we were out of there by 3:30am. Definitely not worth saving the extra buck.

Unfortunately for our surprise, after landing at 12pm and had contact the hotel confirming our reservation and making sure that they knew we are doing the check in super late, we got a taxi and arrived at the hotel to find out that our reservation has been canceled by the HOTEL and that they didn’t have any rooms available. The new front desk tried to help contacting other hotels and calling a taxi. Without any hotel to stay@ 3 am we went back to the airport rental car to spend a hour at the car and start driving to our destination. Hotel.com agent offers to find a new room and be responsible for the price difference what didn’t help once that was not one hotel room available in Boston. So we ended up without a room on the middle of the night with 3 hours to drive because an employee on the booked hotel decided to CANCEL our reservation. So if you have a chance choose a different place to stay, looks like not all the staff on this property are liable.

After booking and paying for my stay in advance, the receptionist checking me in informed me that I would need to pay a additional “Hotel Fee” on top of the rate and taxes quoted on Expedia. This, in my view, amounts to petty extortion. It breaks the promise implicit in the price I agreed to. And it gives no choice but to pay the additional fee upon arrival or, as the receptionist put it, “we can cancel your reservation and you can look for accommodation elsewhere.” This seems to me to be the epitome of a “junk fee,” unanticipated, charged on the back end after one has already committed to the transaction.

DO NOT STAY HERE. This place is way overpriced and has horrible customer service. The free hotel shuttle did not come for almost an hour despite 3 phone calls. The front desk attendant made no effort to help with anything. The requested wake-up call never came. Despite scheduling the departing shuttle the night before and waiting at the appointed time, the shuttle did not pick up on time. Spending the night at the airport would have been better than this place.

This is a great no frills stay. Short walk (30 min) to Revere beach, we checked in after 7 and I had no safety concerns with the evening walk. Our room was clean, location was noisy (almost directly across from reception) and environmental loud ( motorcycle ripping up and down the roadway). Mattresses could be better. Airport shuttle was on time, kind and courteous.

The staff is great and the hotel is very close to bus lines. The room was very loud and it didn’t get very dark because of outside lighting. The hotel works fine if you don’t plan on staying in the room very long.

Rodeway is a nice affordable option for sleeping before an early flight out of Logan. They have long term parking through Way.com (and maybe directly through them, but ask). Hourly shuttle to airport. The staff are always very friendly and nice. Although the rooms are clean and comfortable, it is right on a busy road, so there is a fair amount of noise from the road if you are a light sleeper. Would like to see a recycle bin in the room. Not in a neighborhood to walk around and explore. But again, if you want a reliable option pre-flight, this is a good one.

My first impression was the room was spartan. I usually stay more upscale. However it has been updated. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was superb. I wanted directions for a restaurant. Franklin didn’t think that was safe for an old lady traveling alone to walk - traffic without crosswalks, so he arranged for Claudio to take me to the restaurant and pick me up when I was done. The staff couldn’t have been more responsive. The desk clerk when I arrived the night before suggested delivery of food. She wasn’t sure I should walk that busy route either. I got a delicious chicken wrap from the pizza restaurant. Everyone I met at this location went beyond his/her job description. Thanks guys!

The location is good. The neighborhood was lit and seemed safe. The staff did not seem interested in the guests. There was limited coffee for guests in the morning. It was convenient to visiting Salem, Rockport, and the Boston area. The beds were good and the price was right.

Property was clean but a little dated, no facilities for coffee or a drink of water when it was 91 outside. Right on a highway so you can expect a little noise outside. Pricey for what it was but nevertheless I had a pleasant time.

Keys didn’t work like 3 times. The girl working at the reception desk had to finally give guests a different type of key. The shuttle only goes hourly which is not the best. They have drink machines and they only take $1 bills so we couldn’t buy water because we had $5s. They also charged me an additional $15 as a fee.

No elevators - a bit much for an airport hotel where everyone has luggage. No dining options inside or nearby. The only food options were vending machines, which were cash only. Hope you have cash on you; the front desk won't give you change. Strictly $1 bills, the machines don't accept any other note, and the coin slots are jammed. You must bring your own meals. This is a food/shop desert, there is nothing reachable on foot. The only thing the staff seem to hate more than working there is the customers who stay there. Openly complaining about customers in front of customers. Openly telling customers to go away and stop bothering them when they were busy making personal calls. This isn't even actually all that near the airport. Just stay somewhere else. The Roadway shuttle drivers were very nice. The frost desk staff were also pleasant. It's about 20 minutes from the airport. It was VERY loud inside the room, even with earplugs.
