I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Marriott Hotel in Baton Rouge! From the moment I arrived, everything was exceptional. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional, making me feel right at home. The service was outstanding, the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made my stay even more enjoyable. It’s refreshing to experience genuine hospitality where the staff goes above and beyond to make sure guests are taken care of. Whether it was the customer service, accommodations, or attention to detail, everything exceeded my expectations. I truly enjoyed my stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Baton Rouge. I’ll definitely be staying here again!

The hotel was clean and comfortable, with cool rooms, comfortable beds, and excellent staff on the concierge floor. Unfortunately, our late-night check-in was very disappointing. The woman who checked us in was rude and unwelcoming, offered no explanation of the hotel amenities, and simply pushed the parking pass toward us without explaining how it worked. We couldn't get it to work and ended up paying for parking even though it was included. Otherwise, a great stay. I would have given five stars, but the poor check-in experience really affected our first impression.
