The pool was closed and that’s the main reason we booked because it had an indoor pool. They should let you know at time of booking if pool will be closed. Other than that our stay was good.

One of our rooms smelled like weed... I don't hate on those that smoke. But I personally do not partake and do not like the smell of weed. When I brought it up to the front desk, no one bothered came to the room to check it out and see if there was a sloution. They simply giggled and said they would look into. You can tell this hotel needs a little TLC. There are minor things like trim repairs and such that were pretty obvious. And the heated pool...the water coming from the jets feels like bath water but it isn't enough to keep up with the pools size so it was really chilly. I wouldn't opt to stay at this location again with other options in the area.

The check-in staff was AMAZING! I would come back again purely for that. Super fast and genuinely friendly. Parking lot was very well lit. We were hauling livestock and there were lots of spots on the west side to park with the trailer. Room was clean but well used and a bit worn. Outlets on the lamps didnt work, door caught when you opened it, etc. Overall great stay. Only issue was we had the unfortunate luck of being directly across and underneath a high school basketball team. Those boys had a lot of fun....until 3am....sigh. Thankfully, after running up and down the hall, yelling from 2-3am, the coach finally put an end to it. Made it an early morning for us. Next time we will just make sure to ask that we are on the top floor. Good stay otherwise and can't gold that against the hotel. We would stay here again.

Unfortunately, our stay was not comfortable. The bed was terribly hard and the mini -split would not turn on. Luckily the room was not cold but it was very stuffy and warm with no air moving. The pool was ice cold. The receptionist was very nice when we checked in.

Very friendly staff. Beds great. Clean room, general spaces, and pool. However, outdoor security locks were broken on all doors, ice machine broken on first floor, and elevator buttons broken so had to use stairs to get ice.

Did not advise us at check-in that the heating element in pool was broken so the water temp was freezing. Our rooms were dirty, carpets dirty, bathroom floors disgusting. When I addressed this with the front desk, she got really defensive and rude & just offered to check us out.

This is my third trip to Hutchinson that I chose to stay at this hotel this time around again. I was placed on the third floor in room 304 the room had a stench of mildew in the bathtub there was Rust really bad to the point that it was hard to get my children to even take a shower. The shower curtain was very dirty looking. The mini fridge in my room did not work. It just blew hot air. The stairway going up to the floor third floor had trash and cigarette butts all over the floor. I was very disappointed. The one positive thing I can say is the staff at the front desk are always so kind and very helpful.
