Very disappointed with this visit I don't know what happened in the six-month period from when we stayed here in September of last year but the place was rough. Rooms were not well cleaned or at all upon arrival. (Found trash and pizza crust in room upon walk-in. no toilet paper in rooms.) Broken door hardware, For some reason (I don't believe it was due to a hardware issue) upon returning from an outing we found the doors open. Gym equipment is in rough shape, and much of it in need of replacement. Final issue was we specifically went with this hotel because it had a pool. Some of our crew arrived a couple days early to find the pool emptied and given a story that someone had flooded there room and it resulted in them needing to empty the pool and clean it but that it would be filled upon arrival. This was not true and as we stayed there it became clear that we were fed a story so that we would not go elsewhere. Sad because this was a great place to stay, but at this point we are not planning on using this facility on our next visit.

The staff was nice and rooms were clean but we went to swim also and I called before I went to check in and they said yes it's open well it wasn't because the heat had went out of the pool and it's was ice cold you couldn't swim and than they said they would fix it but just put a out of service note on the door

Most of the hotel smelled like smoke covered up with a strong cleaning scent. It was awful. The pool was cold. The rooms were sort of clean. They were in desperate need of a deep cleaning. The people at the front desk were nice.

For the price, it was excellent. We enjoyed the pool and the water was warm. The beds were comfortable and check in was super easy. Breakfast was ok, but not great. The only real complaint was the shower, which had very little water pressure.

We enjoyed the Hot breakfast and easy access from hwy. 50. Our favorite was the heated swimming pool. That was the warmest, most relaxing hotel pool we've ever been in!

The gym’s eleptical is unsteady due to loose steps, its just old outdated. Same with the bike machine, height is unadjustable. At least the weight contraptions work. Pool seems ok.

Property needs updated. Elevator broke down twice while we stayed one night. They also rented our room out that we were sleeping in. People walked inside our room at 1 am. Garbage bags piled in hallway. Staff was uneducated and unprofessional. Breakfast area was dirty and empty.

I forgot to take pictures of Room 207 on Nov 16, 2024 but it wasn't clean. There were hairs all over the bathroom floor and shower. Trash, old tissues under the vanity, stink bugs by the window, curtain lining dirty and water marks, ceiling watermarks above the closest bed to the door. I wish i could get a credit to my account. Thank you.

Called the day before the trip to verify a crib for our infant son which a lady confirmed they would have for us. When I called the hotel the day of check in to confirm the crib was ready the man I spoke with said “ we have no cribs” which I absolutely panicked because we now would have no where to have our infant son sleep. As far as cleanliness, “quality” inn is no where close to accurate. Blood stains on both comforters and sheets, replacements ALSO had blood stains. Blood stains on a couple of pillow cases. Cigarette burn holes on comforter topper. Smelled of cigarettes. If it wasn’t for the fact that we were traveling with exhausted children, we would have left for a different hotel. But since it’s was after 9 pm we didn’t have much choice since we already paid as well. We were so grossed out we ended up sleeping without sheets or comforters. 0/10

This property was extremely dirty. It looked like our bathroom hadn't been touched when we checked in. There was dried urine on the toilet seat and the bathroom was overall not clean. There were dirty napkins left on the desk from the guest before us. Basically it looked like the beds had been changed/made up and that was it.

Do NOT book this hotel! The hotel smells terrible as you walk in. The desk clerk was nice, but our first room had human waste left on the toilet, hair in the bed, beds looked made but not sure they were fresh linens. Our second room smelled like mold and had mold growing on the vanity legs, little blood stains on the torn sheets, the floor was not vacuumed and there were toothpaste splatters on the vanity and mirror. Due to the state of this hotel we did not stay more than 15 minutes but we were charged for the night even after the Expedia representative said we would get a full refund and a 50.00 credit. Expedia would not make this right, this hotel should be blacklisted from their property listings.

The tub drained slowly. The walls were thin so it was very noisy. It smelled like smoke in the hallways and mildew in the room. In fact there was a cigarette butt in the window track. The smoke alarm had a very bright blinking light that we had to cover up during sleep. In our room we found a false fingernail and toothpick in the pullout bed. A used coffee filter/bag and beer bottle cap by the microwave. The pool was cloudy and the flooring around it was filthy so we decided not to use it. The breakfast area was dirty so we decided not to eat there. The building needs general maintenance and a good cleaning. Need I go on? We would not stay there again.

It’s as if this hotel has been forgotten by corporate as it pertains to maintenance. We stayed in room 209. Our window was literally broken, gaping hole to the outside. We asked for tape at the front desk to which they provided and we taped over the hole which blocked the traffic sound and cold wind. Our light above our sink was out, Huge cracks along the walls along. Our phone did not work. The TV is very grainy. In terms of paint, it needs to be touched up every where. There were stains on the curtains. The water pressure was awful on the second floor. Our son’s room’s door lock did not work unless it was slammed shut. The list goes on and on. I am writing this review in hopes that it helps management have a voice to corporate that this hotel is going downhill quickly, but with minor changes could be saved. There were no bed bugs and breakfast was fine. All of the receptionists were nice and welcoming.

Windows were completely opaque, covered in lime scale and the screen was broken. Outlet under the desk was inoperable and anything plugged in fell out of the socket. Cable outlet box in the wall was missing. Shower dripped incessantly. Bathroom light above sink was too dim to see adequately. Toilet seat was very loose. Toilet roll dispenser was only a few inches from the floor. Breakfast was posted until 9:30 am on Sunday but ended at 9:00 am.

Everything was great very easy checkin convient to alot of places the slopes are just 12 min away which was an amszing perk. The breakfast was amazing the staff was exceptional specially the lady that catches and I believe her name was Heather she did a very good job very prepared for and very polite very fulfilling on all information that we had gave us a great place to go eat dinner I'm definitely be back again

Heather at the front desk is such a sweet genuine good hearted person. I’m a single Mom traveling with a 3 yr old little girl and she made us feel right at home, like I was staying with family. Next time I’m in town and need a place to stay I will return.

Property was nice. not great, but nice. Took about 10 minutes to get a response for checking in even after following the bulliton on the counter to "pick up reciever on the right to get assistance. Similar situation w/check out but not as long. Couldnt find ant tv guide for channel selection and toilet seat was looose.

Property was clean although there were frequent smokers outside the door ways that made the ground level hallways and entryway of the hotel smell like a casino. I was a bit concerned the room would smell like smoke. Staff were super friendly and very knowledgeable, check in was a breeze. The room was clean and smelled nice and fresh! No tobacco smoke odor at all! The beds were nice and comfy with plenty of pillows. The continental breakfast was delicious for a free breakfast. There were hot items such as eggs, bacon and sausage. You could also make waffles, toast or bagels. There was also cereal, oatmeal and yogurt. I honestly had no complaints for this location. This was an overnight stay that served our family well.
