The nighttime front desk man was terrible. First off he had annoying music blaring at the check-in desk. We had requested first floor, but they put us on second floor. We are 73 years old and gad to lug our luggage up the stairs and then the key card doesn’t work. No lights lit up at all on the lock, so I assume the battery was dead. I walked all the way back down to the front desk and he re- did the cards and told me to try them again even though I told him I think it’s the lock on the door not the cards. Let’s just say I had to go up and down the stairs three different times. Finally, he insulted me by saying he would go up with me and show me how to unlock the door. First off, I’m not stupid, I know how to slide a key card in, he went up with me tried the key and said oh, the battery in the door lock must be dead. Duh, I told you that the first time. So then he had to put us in a different room in an annex building where you have to go outside and across the parking lot. This man was horrible customer service.

The rooms were gross, the doors could easily be picked with a credit card due to not being fixed after something happened. Beds were not a queen as listed. Spent more money on the lobby than the rooms by far. 10/10 do not recommend!
