I booked Hampton Inn because previous stays have always been stress free and pleasent. They have a shuttle service that took us to Stir-cove for a concert that evening. We called them later after the concert and were picked up 5 min later. The The hotel is clean, the room was nice and quiet and clean. We plan on booking again for future visits.

I booked this night for my grandkids and I to go swimming. The pool was so cold!! You couldn’t even get used to it swimming in there half hour. It looks like it could use a little vacuum also. We only swam for about 45 minutes. We were all very disappointed. Especially the kids.

We chose this property due to the shuttle to and form the airport. When we arrived at the airport we called the property to have the shuttle pick us up. We were very rudely told by the front desk representative that they were no longer running the 24 hour shuttle service, and the driver went home. She then put us on hold for 45 minutes. We called from another phone and she would not answer the phone. We called from yet another phone and she picked up and put the call directly on hold. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Due to her unwilling to do her job, we were then stranded at the airport with no ride to our hotel. We tried uber, no luck. We tried lyft, no luck. When I say stranded, we were completely stranded in the freezing cold Nebraska weather. Finally, we decided to call the hotel next to Hampton, The Holiday Inn and they were more than willing to provide the SAME shuttle that Hampton uses to come pick us up and drop us off to our hotel. NEVER again will I stay at this Hampton Inn. When we discussed with the representative at the front desk she was short, and rude. Not only did this happen to me and my husband but it happened to four other couples as well. Completely unprofessional.

We've stayed at lots of Hampton Inns because they are so reliable. This one was not up to our expectations. The TV/cable doesn't work and the front desk said the person who could fix it was on an airport run. He came back around 10PM and knocked on the door when we were already in bed. The breakfast area ran out of coffee and no one was checking to keep things stocked.

The room was really nice. My wife and I are both very tall and it was nice to be able to take a shower and stand underneath the shower head. Plenty of hot water. The morning breakfast was great too. Our only complaint was as my wife put it, the bed was a slab of concrete. She didn’t sleep very well and I slept ok but woke up with a stiff neck. Other than that we both liked our stay and would come again if we are in the Omaha area.

Check in was atrocious. Couldn’t find our reservation, even asked me if I was at the right hotel after showing them my confirmation email. Booked 2 rooms, at time of booking, asked for 2 rooms near each other. We got different floors, receptionist didn’t even look to see if we could get closer rooms, just said “nope”. Sticky, gross elevator floors. Pool area like a sauna- super hot and very overpowering chlorine. Had a sewer smell in our bathroom at times- and no, it wasn’t us 😂 The good- good breakfast included. Comfy beds and pillows. Quiet. Overall, average stay.

The hotel is in need of a refresh, It had become somewhat run since our last stay a year ago..not quite up the quality of most Hampton Inn it’s still nice and our room was clean but it doesn’t have that Hampton Inn quality any longer getting to be more Comfort Inn quality. The breakfast was the worst I have ever had, the hock puck eggs were so dry you had to have a knife to cut them, sausage was only a few pieces in the warmer and it was dry and stuck to the bottom of the warmer, pancakes were the same and even after syrup you had to saw to cut them. This was not the breakfast we have come to expect from Hampton Inn, this was Motel 6 or less quality. If you do t want to provide breakfast then don’t but don’t offer something f so awful to people who have paid a little more to stay at your property because you have always provided quality service .. sad to see it be allowed to be run this way…I think my next stay will be Holiday Inn right next door
