Overall was good except for broken elevators.

Swimming pool was dirty kids didn’t want to swim and were disappointed

Parking lot was shared with a casino, so it was hard to find a spot close.

Excellent all around. Great pool hot tub.

Great location, nice rooms, pool room was great as the doors open up and it’s indoor/outdoor. Breakfast is good, they change it up everyday!

The pool was closed for maintenance. It would be nice if that was posted online when booking.

Parking security camera robot was crazy! Shuttle driver left us for over an hour and would not return answer the phone at the hotel. We had to uber back to hotel.

Pool was closed for maintenance. The sister hotel was kind enough to allow guests to use theirs. Just a bummer as we were looking forward to use of the hot tub. That was the only downside. Happens. Just unfortunate.

Breakfast was great, Pool was open until Midnight and shares access with the Casino hotel which wasn't expected but also wasn't an issue. Nice river front patio/walkway area for morning breakfast or sunset relaxation. Pool does have open air option. Parking a bit limited as far as close proximity but plenty due to sharing with Casino lot next door. Has robot security in parking area patrolling.

Indoor walking to Ameristar casino is really nice!!

I want to start by saying that every single staff member we encountered were friendly and helpful. Each one did their best to be helpful. After getting belongings set up and put away in our room I took my shoes off and walked to the window. The carpet was soaking wet from the AC unit leaking. I had a toddler with so that was no good. I called an was assigned a different room. 2nd room was not in good shape but at least dry carpet. Probably because, as we found out later, the AC unit wasn't doing much to cool the room. The full length mirror must have been broken at some point and was missing from the wall, but the mounting pegs were sharp and still in place. We made due by putting the 2 waste cans in front of them. I booked a room for 4 but the room only had 3 towels. Furnishings were dated, bathroom door would only close if you lifted it, carpet was in need of replacing, paint was peeling on bathroom ceiling and around the AC unit. But the linens and room in general were clean. 2nd night we got back from dinner to completely soaked carpet and belongings on the floor of the outside wall. Went to the desk and was told that there were no rooms available to move to, but was given some towels to soak up the water. Front desk person came up and looked, agreed that rain came in through the window casing and AC and said that since there were no available rooms we would be refunded for that nights stay. She would talk to the manager and call me. I never received a call or refund.

Room was missing essentials as soon as we checked in, toilet paper and hand soap. Called down to attendant. Took approximately a half hour before items were delivered. Water stains/damage on part of ceiling. Lamp shade was missing pieces to it. Shower had dirt near the base. Pool area was nice. Complimentary breakfast was average. Quiet location/good view outside of river. Casino nearby.

Hard to enjoy breakfast here while swatting flies. Dining area was infested. Bathroom floor corners had dirty in corners.Room smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Very disappointing.

Clean and great staff.

Had to re arrange the furniture to use the hidebed. Had to ask for extra bedding to cover up the sticky food stains on the mattress. The people were kind There were clumps of hair on the ground around the pool

Door handle wouldn’t work. Shower head poor air conditioner loud not efficient pool not clear very murky

Everything was excellent. Room is crystal clean, cozy, very safe and quiet. Staff is great. Highly recommend!

I reserved a King suite, which according to the pictures indicate a separate room for the bed and pull out. When we went up to the room, it was standard King room with a pull out and didn't look like the picture. The front desk was kind enough to pull up the pics and she said she would make a rate adjustment since I paid onsite. At checkout, a different front desk said it would go through the website. 1 day after check-out, I am still waiting on final bill. Also in the room, the pull out was really gross and looked like blood/body fluids. It was heavily stained and falling apart. We asked for several sheet's blankets to cover it up.

Only one elevator working and talking to another guest I was informed it had been that way all week. The bathtub is rusty where surface is peeling, sink drain partially blocked, bathroom door just grubby looking. Basically the room is ready for a complete remodel.

Did not realize it was attached to a casino in an industrial area. We were placed in a room that had an adjoining door that was hallow. The people next door were so loud that we were not able to sleep. The temperature was either too hot or too cold. The bathroom had no fan and got so steamy and hot when someone showered. The refrigerator did not work properly and our drinks exploded and made a huge mess.

Our room had paint that was puffed out on the wall, furniture that was damaged and looked like maybe it had been flooded. The room was very small. The a/c was very worn and in poor condition. The sensor to the television had fallen off. No streaming options on the television. For a cheaper price we were able to book a much larger, cleaner, and modern room at a Marriott hotel in a better area in Omaha.

Blow dryer didn’t work and the coffee maker in the room didn’t work.

Receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. Room was clean. The view to the river room is recommended, beautiful scenery. The passage to casinos and hotels was clean.

Hotel room was very poor. Thermostat did not work and room was like a sauna. Electrical outlet cover was broken and partially missing. No toilet paper holder in bathroom. Toilet paper roll setting on bathroom counter. Hole in bathroom wall. Very poor hotel room. Rest of property seemed okay. At least the room was clean.

Arrived to check in only to be told they didn’t have a room for me because the hotel was “overbooked”. Keep in mind I had made a reservation weeks ago and had a card on file to “guarantee “ the room. There are many other options in the area I strongly recommend trying any of them before wasting your time with this business .

Checking in was quick and staff was awesome and friendly.

There was never any ice in the dispensers for our floor. We also used the shuttle service to the CWS and the driver dropped us 7 blocks frin the stadium and told us that was our pickup location after the game. It was not. Left stranded downtown for 2 hours and a nice Metro supervisor gave us a ride in his personal vehicle.

At the time of Check-in, the staff was way distracted.. made us wait for 15 - 20 mins for the shift change , then after dint even care to say things like time of breakfast or which way is the elevator! .. Check out was fine

So the stay was for three days and three nights the cleaning ladies did not come once we asked for them several times at the front desk and they never came so we did not have a room clean for three days no clean towels no clean dishes nothing so we cleaned up as best we could, and then when we left, they tried to charge us for a cleaning fee. These people are scammers

Overall we enjoyed our stay. This is a no frills hotel that offers good essentials and amenities. Our room was clean and always serviced. The complimentary breakfast is nothing fancy but I was glad it was there and did use it most of the time. They had complimentary toiletries available at the front desk when we forgot something. The shuttle was helpful for free airport and zoo access. The casino attachment is a fun option for ambiance (even if gambling isn’t your thing). Most of all, the staff (primarily front desk folks) were friendly and very accommodating of our large groups/families that were all in town for a wedding.

Very convenient for our Omaha zoo visit. Great to have complimentary breakfast.

The hotel itself was great! The rooms were clean the breakfast had good options. The hotel is right next to industrial ag service place so it felt out of place. The pool is not heated so be warned! All in all I’d stay again. The address on Expedia takes you to said ag service place so go to 2202 River Road instead!

Great place to stay if your going to the Omaha Zoo. We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed our time at the hotel. The pool is big for a hotel pool and the pool area is nice and turns into an indoor outdoor space when the weather is nice. The staff was very nice and helpful. The casino is right next door along with a great bar and grill. We had pizza from the sports bar and it fantastic. We would definitely book here again.

The property was wonderful, and located between 2 other hotels. Nice area, but next to the hotels is a cement plant. It didn’t pose any inconvenience or noise, just not very attractive to drive up to. Wonderful staff and nice facilities. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend,

The hotel is connected to a casino. We are not gamblers but the ease of finding a nice dinner after a long day of driving was appreciated. The food was lovely and service was great. We loved it

Only places to eat were in the casino with limited options but it was a nice place to stay and I would stay there again when I travel that way!

Didn’t like that it was near a casino. No restaurant at the hotel as advertised but we could walk to one. Comfy beds, quiet hotel.

Third time staying here. The beds are wonderful. Very quiet. Great free breakfast!!

Staff was friendly and helpful, lobby was modern, clean and had a beautiful fireplace with complementary fruit infused water. A selection of snacks and microwave meals to buy if necessary. Pool and hot tub were in s nice, heated room with plenty of extra towels and staff checked the chemicals as we were there. Rooms were clean and breakfast was great!

A nice overnight stay on our trek across I80 and a good value for the price of the room.The restaurant is in the next building casino which is attached to the hotel. Breakfast (included) in the hotel is huge with hot entrees, waffles, good coffee. My only issue is the styrofoam plates and plastic flatware being tossed in the trash. I thought the IHG would have gone to compostable by now.
