Our room was as expected which was hood. However, we had no notice that the pool was closed when booking. This is the reason we booked this hotel. We asked why the pool is closed and when it would be opened. It was expected to be opened the next morning and it was not. We asked if they have something set up with any of the nearby hotels that we could use their pool - they did not. It was very unfortunate.

After showering and walking around barefoot, I noticed my feet were black. I had to clean the floor with a bath towel. The floor was filthy.

The floor had not been swept/vacuumed very well. After I took a shower, the bath mat was filthy on the bottom side that was against the floor.There was black mold in the caulking in the bathtub. The lamp bases were rusty. When we would leave or return, there was a strong scent of weed.

I wasn’t expecting anything fancy considering the price, but I was expecting at the bare minimum a clean place to sleep, which unfortunately I cannot even slightly say was the case. The non smoking room smelled like smoke upon arrival, and the floors were literally caked in what seemed like years of grime and dirt buildup. I wore my socks in the room for about 15 minutes and when i took them off the bottoms of my socks were literally black. They were clean before I walked without shoes on in this room. We literally didn’t feel comfortable walking around in the room without socks or shoes on or let any of our belongings touch the floor because of how extremely filthy and sticky it was. The lamp between the beds was covered in mold and literal crumbs, and the wall behind the beds also had visible mold. The lamp on the desk though was appalling to look at, I cannot understand how the cleaners look at this lamp every day and think that it’s okay to leave in a room that guests pay for. There was rust (at least I hope it was rust) leaking out of the base of the lamp, it almost looked burnt as if it had been caught in a fire at some point. Not to mention the lamp didn’t even work. The bathroom was relatively clean in comparison so that’s the only thing I can say was a positive, although that’s really just the expectation of a hotel that you paid to stay in. The front desk staff also was not very friendly. Definitely don’t recommend unless you’re okay with mold inhalation!!

There was significant gaps under the door and around the door that allowed light to come in and when people were smoking outside the room a lot of that odor came into my room and I am not a smoker but otherwise was clean and well maintained and a nice stay

This is cheap hotel - it’s reflected in the price; “you get what you pay for”, right? The bed was clean and comfortable and even though the hotel is next to a highway it was very quiet - that’s about all I can say to the positive. The area is sketchy, the rooms are dumpy but the staff seems nice enough. I wouldn’t recommend the area for family stays unless your standards are appropriately low.

I liked the proximity to restaurants and shopping areas. Well located. I found my room clean. The housekeeper passed everyday to ask what needs to be replaced in the room. It's a pretty calm neighborhood. The breakfast is basic. The internet connection has trouble sometimes. Overall, it's a good ratio quality/price. One false note is that I needed help with my TV one day and it was not easy to get help. I called the front desk and I was told someone will come within minutes. No one came. My subsequent calls were not even picked up. I have to go to the front desk and insist. After that, the problem was solved right away.

Room was not fancy, but was very clean. It had a refrigerator, microwave, and coffeemaker. The A/C worked well (96 degrees with heat index 104) but was kind of loud. The mattress was a bit too soft for us. The included breakfast was not good at all. It consisted of cold cereal, yogurt, bagels, and bananas, tastless waffles (due to the pre-made mix being used), diluted coffee, diluted orange juice, diluted apple juice...all tasted like flavored water rather than the coffee/juice they were supposed to be.

The only bad thing I can think of is the long walk it took me to get to my room. Other than that it was perfect. I did have an issue with my shower not working, so I went down to the front desk to tell them, expecting to change rooms, but they called a maintenance person and he met me at my room by the time I made it back. He was there 10 mins and got my shower working. Nice guy too. Room was clean. Front desk people were nice. Hotel was close to the highway, but you couldn’t tell once you were in the room. 10/10 would stay there again.

This hotel has NOT appropriately trained their staff on the laws related to service animals. They sent me to a smoking room, when I reserved a non-smoking room. The front desk person, Nick, was absolutely the rudest hotel employee I’ve ever encountered. There was a homeless person hanging around outside as well as several hotel guests hanging around in the exterior hallways, which made it feel unsafe. The room dirty.

The property was not the cleanest. It was in a pretty unsafe area. It was between two other hotels, and there were people walking back and forth that didn’t look they booked a room at the hotel. They were just coming back and forth for whatever reason. Breakfast was a very limited selection.

Horrible. When I pulled up in the flooding rain, we saw all kind of shady characters ( men and women) in front of all rooms lingering around, smoking, drinking etc. I had my two daughters with me and if it wasn't already midnight and bad weather, we would have left. I barely slept, scared someone would try to come through our door. Do not stay here if you are female and or have kids. Not safe.

Very pleased with the cleanliness & coolness of my room. The bed was very comfortable. The only issue was that I had a non-smoking room, but people walking by on the balcony were smoking all varieties of things, and some of it wafted into the room. I enjoyed my stay otherwise. Our late night check in took longer than one would expect. The poor clerk just kept clicking away on his computer. Why should there be this much info to input when I booked the place online? The room was old but clean. Breakfast was low-end but included hot waffles (that’s the only hot option). Basically, it’s clean and cheap and in a decently safe area. We were there for less than 8 hours so that’s all I was looking for.
