The cleaning staff uses three stolen Target shopping carts. The outdoor shower by the pool didn't work. I was given only one and a half roll of toilet paper for my 4 day visit. An extra roll should be in the room.

Centralized location- Pool was excellent- After the first day, the breakfast was on spot. The staff at the front desk need to be educated on customer service. Need some upgrades in the rooms, but for a coastal area, what i expected. All in all had good weeks stay.

This hotel was not as advertised. As soon as we walked in it smelled like mildew and mold. The headboard had mildew on it. I used a washcloth to clean it off and it came away green. There were cobwebs on the ceiling and the bathroom door was chewed up. The actual door did not shut right and the lock was loose. I am not super picky but this was bad. We ended up canceling our second night since with asthma I did not feel I could stay in a room with mildew and mold. Very disappointing.

Worst hotel room I’ve ever stayed in & I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels over the years. This is not a family friendly hotel. Workers didn’t even look at the itinerary to see how many people were staying. Only had three towels & two wash clothes. The fridge never got cold. The floors were extremely dirty. So dirty my 9 month old had black all over his feet and legs 30 mins after being in the room. The lady at the front desk said we couldn’t check in until 3pm because they were cleaning the room. But really it seemed like we waited an hour in the car for no reason. I understand check in time starts at 3pm and would’ve been more understandable had the rooms actually been cleaned. My wife and I ended up using disinfected wipes on everything, including the floor. We left the wipes in the room to show the workers how dirty the floors were. This is very unacceptable. We ended up checking out the next day, and letting the last night go down the drain..

The hotel is a little dated howeverthe most importamt thing to me was the hotel was quiet, no disruptive guests around our room. he hotel was clean, the front desk employee was friendly and check in was fast and easy. The breakfast was better than I expected. The breakfast area was very clean. Shower worked great. The only negative was my bed wasn't that comfortable. Overall it was better than i expected for the price. Since hotel prices are currently out of control, this place was affordable.

You get what you pay for. It is one of the cheaper places to stay. Continental breakfast was mediocre. Just the usual food; toast, cereal, bagels, powdered scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles. Room was ok. Needed new weather stripping on door because light and noise comes in along with the humidity. Little do it yourself fixes here and there like caulk in the bathroom and sink area. Shower floor was slippery.

We showed up to people screaming at each other on the floor above us then the rest of the night the 2 drunk guys in the room next up is we're arguing and locking each other out. We told them we weren't going to stay the second night and they told us too bad you already paid. The flooring was broken up and sharp. The ceiling and walls had bad patch jobs and the room reeked of mold.

Location was good. The only problem we had, not the fault of the hotel, but two nights/mornings in a row the Best Buy across the street had their alarm going off for over an hour each time. The first time was at 2 am and lasted 1.5 hours, the next morning it started at 6 am and lasted over an hour. There are train tracks about a block away, but we did not hear the trains. The room was spacious and had been updated in the last few years. Would stay here again, if it weren't for the Best Buy alarm.

There was nothing really unique about the property. There was a musty smell in the room, there was about a 2" gap opening in the front door and on the side of the air conditioner I put a plastic bag in the opening by the air conditioner and wash cloth at the opening in the side of the door I could have closed up the whole thing with a towel. The bed was clean and comfortable my feet got black walking on the floors

Trash around the property. Front desk staff was rude. Definitely not an individual who should be in customer service. I walked in gave her my name and she just stared at me so I gave it again. Finally my husband said we have a reservation. She asked for my ID and gave her one. She requested my DL for my address. Hubby gave his ID. She said she needed it for the address and then proceeded to ask us for our address. She says verify what’s on the screen. I asked her what one part was and she said that’s who you reserved through. I said I did not. She said they are the same. Her tone, her demeanor, and just total look of irritation that we were even here. Recommendation go somewhere else or don’t stay long if you want to stay here. I think dealing with the staff and the unmaintained property for a few hours is all we can take.

Had a reservation and was driving in late. Called front desk at 6 PM to inform them we would be late. Receptionist said okay just call us back at 11 to let us know if you are still on the way (I am driving from 6 hours away).. I called again at 1030 to let them know we were still on the way (of course) and same receptionist stated they got busy so they canceled our room! Through the smacking of her gum and unfriendly tone, she stated they tried to give us a courtesy call, however, no calls were received. Had to scramble to find alternate lodging for my family with 4 young children late at night on Fourth of July weekend. Absolutely ridiculous.

Front office needs more than one clerk. We have the fire alarm beeping all night but couldn’t get in touch with the front desk and when I finally did, I had to go to the lobby to get it and install it my 5ft self. This morning we got up to get breakfast before we checked out and there was no breakfast in the lobby and the doors were all locked. We had to wait till someone came to work before we could even check out. This will be the last stay at this property. Very disappointed

My daughter was moving out of state and this area was the half-way point with her sister. It was about a 7 hour drive but I hadn’t slept at all the night leading up to the trip so I knew I shouldn’t drive home by myself especially with the storms we had been having. So I quickly found an affordable room, booked and checked in a few hours later. When I walked in I was greeted by the cutest, sweetest little old lady I have seen in a while. She was so polite and with a little country twang, that resonated with the Tennessee girl in me, called me ma’am (it’s the southern manners). She made my night. The room was nice, quiet, and cooled down nicely in the heat. The bed was apparently really comfy because I was asleep within 10 minutes of sitting down on it. The next morning I was greeted by the same sweet lady at checkout, made a great start to my trip home. I would stay here again without hesitation.
