The property was easy to find but the breakfast and ice were not easily accessible and the location was poorly staffed, thus if the front desk person was busy you could get no help. Also getting to the suite on the second floor there were no elevators

Room was very nice and large. Unfortunately I got a handicap room and the shower was not in real good shape. The outdoor pool was very small

Lots of great amenities. This is my home away from home when I travel. My only complaint is the people above me were very loud, stomping around early in the morning and late at night. Thankfully it wasn’t as bad in the bedroom and I was able to get some sleep. Free breakfast and airport shuttle, 24/7 coffee and tea are wonderful.

Shuttle from airport -never came after prearrangement and calls to Hotel staff upon arrival. I ended up getting my own transport to the hotel. After prearrangement for shuttle to airport-upon my checkout-there was another glitch. Transportation was eventually secured for my outgoing flight. My major issue with this hotel was there transport to and from airport.

Very icy right outside our door. My boyfriend fell twice and I fell once. Overall nice stay and good service.

This is my second time coming here prior to flying out of BDL, with my kids and wife. We have enjoyed our stay each time! The shuttle service is also very convenient.

The trip.was with my family and grandkids. My granddaughter attends school in nyc and we live in RI so we met halfway for a quick trip. One of the main reasons we booked was for the outdoor pool access and it was not working both Saturday and Sunday. It was 93 degrees and we expected pool access. I am not ok with the fact that both days a beautiful pool sat outside our windows without us being able to use it.

A nice place to stay! Clean and comfortable. The rooms are scattered among several buildings, however, and there is no elevator to get to the second floor. We had several bags and had to make a couple of trips up the stairs, which were outside. On a cold, messy night in February, it was quite challenging. Otherwise, I would not hesitate to recommend.

Parking is not free on-site. They make you walk through an external app/website which gathers all your contact information, and pay by credit card. $15 for overnight parking for a hotel. Seems cheap to me. Also there was no hot water. Let it run for 5 minutes and water was cold. Checking with the front desk it can take 15 minutes to get hot. This seems outstanding to tell guest to run your shower and wait 15 minutes. Not like I have any plans I’ll work on your schedule. No great. But it was clean and the facility is updated. It has that for it.

Hotel was clean and room was sufficient for our needs. It is close to airport and shuttle service was much appreciated. Television service was out at the time of our stay.

Nice property but spiders everywhere in the room 2105. Maybe unused for a while but not guest room.

We arrived at 8:30pm to check in and there was no one at the desk or in the lobby. It took almost 10 minutes for someone to finally come in and assist us. We picked this room specifically for the separate bedroom and living area since we were traveling with our son. There were no additional linens in the room for the sofa bed. We opened the sofa bed to get it ready for our son to sleep on and there was a used condom wrapper in the bed so it was clearly not cleaned properly

Pros: the suites were roomy and the breakfast was fine. The cons: we found a lot of hair clippings in the tub. I asked the front desk to have housekeeping to clean the tub. It turned out to be a blocked drain and maintenance had to use a plunger to remain the blockage. There was also significant amount of black mold on the tub caulking. Only one towel bar in the bathroom; there should have been 2 in the shower room and another one by the vanity. Since towels are not replaced daily ( which is fine) there should be enough towel bars to hang up used towels.

The place is nice it's just wasn't properly clean. The toilet tissue was stained and soaked brown. I uploaded a pictures And there was two long strains of hair on the shower floor. I feel like the place was as clean. When I called the front desk to respectfully and kindly tell them the issues I was experiencing they seem annoyed to me which I apologize for bothering them but overall the room is nice it's just wasn't as cleaned No one ever came to clean the room even when it was requested

The room floors were extremely dirty. I don’t think they had been cleaned for months. It’s extremely expensive at $282 per night before taxes; you would have expected it to at least clean the facilities on a regular basis. The stairs and hallways were dirty with garbage outside and are rarely cleaned. Stay away.

Staff was friendly and breakfast was very good. We stayed in Building 6 and there were wasps against the window in the living room area when we arrived. The window screen was ripped similar to many screens at this property. We tried to switch rooms but the hotel was full. Our son and wife stayed in Building 3 and they detected fleas in the bed. I sent a letter to a manager and received no response. Overall, this property has a dated and dirty appearance and does not meet the high standards that the we expect when we stay at Hilton brand hotels.

The property and rooms were very clean. The staff was very helpful and breakfast was good.

Hotel room inside and outside the suite was very dirty. Pullout couch was super thin and had a lot of crumbs in it. Lots of fruit flies and bedding had lots of stains. Not happy with my stay at all.

How much time do you have? The place was FILTHY. Literal feces on the front of the toilet. The rub mat hasn’t been scrubbed in ages. Carpet stains. Unlocked utility cabinets. Dirty. Dirty. Dirty.

The access stairs on one side were not operational and roped off. The bedsheets were dirty and had hair all over them and staff did not confirm if they were actually washed. The cot bed was literally 1 inch thick and impossible to sleep on and the other bed was extremely uncomfortable and noisy. The floor was noisy. Around the hotel was noisy. It was dirty and very outdated and even the fridge was warm. The light switches didn’t work. The toilet was running and the shower spout didn’t work well either.

The bed was very comfortable.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and the area was quiet. I was able to get a good night’s rest.

Room was not in very good condition. Wallpaper was peeling off and was not very clean. The couches had stains all over them and outdated. The water pipes made constant ticking noise in the ceiling and the cold water was not cold. Also, the pull out bed in the couch was in bad shape. You could feel all the bars in the bed and when you laid on it, you sunk and could feel it folding back up.

Room was nice but asked for cleaning service twice and they never came. Also was in the second floor and I don’t know what was going on above us but you can hear everything in the room above and they must have been partying or something because every night the got home like midnight and woke us up with all the noise till almost 2 in the morning. So if you are going to stay here make sure you get a 3rd floor room because you hear everything above you.

The room was comfortable and clean, which was most important. Public areas, however, had been treated with such a strong fragrance that it was hard to breathe! Check in was abominable—it took 45 minutes, due to only 1 operable terminal public-facing. The staff showed no urgency and the sole clerk out front was not highly skilled. This was made more frustrating y the fact there were TWO managers in the back who he kept going to for help. Such a shame those managers did not see fit to help the line of customers who queued up for 45 minutes just to get into a pre-booked and pre-paid room. When I reached my room, around 6pm, I was met with a pile of dirty dishes, bags of garbage and dirty linens piled up by the door in the hall. They were still there when I departed at 5am. On the bright side, my sleep was good, the shower was hot and the room as clean.

I reserved 2 rooms because was my daughter birthday,3 days after i did the reservation me and my wife drove to the hotel and spoke with Jeff to make sure we have2 rooms next to each other, he made all the arrangements, even let us walk around the property to see the location of the rooms,then the day we check in was very rude staff named,Nate, starting giving me rooms 1 and second floor,we explained we already spoke with Jeff he started getting very rude and want to cancel my reservation, also there no hot water for the 2 days we stay,Saturday afternoon a baseball team came to the pool after been playing all day and jump in,i went and tell Nate what was about to happen, my kids and friends was in the pool,Nate just stand there said or didn't anything. My stay was really a bad experience, never again,and never recommended other,arrangements, then

Service is poor, they do not do trash towels and sheets till day 4! Its too long. I also schedule a 4am shuttle service and confirmed and failed to schedule.

upon checking out, payment was in full up front staff tried to imply there was a balance due, they couldn’t tell me why so they said they had to wait for the manager to arrive. i could not wait for their arrival. very unlikely to stay at this location in the future.

We had 2 rooms booked and the second room was only available after 5pm. Considering we had an event at 6 this was not convenient at all. Spoke to manager and he said there was nothing he could do. Asked for a credit or some type of compensation and we received nothing. Lack of staff. Lack of service. Would not recommend and would not go back.

We showed up after driving 3 1/2 hours with two kids and they sold our room on us. I asked them why didn’t they call and let me know? They said they just had our first and last name. But after a panic of it being almost midnight and having to find a place to get the kids to bed, our only choice was a very undesirable hotel down the road. After we checked in I got a phone call from Homewood Suites and the man said he found our phone number hidden in the system (imagine that!) and that they had an out of order room that had an odor but he checked it out and it didn’t smell that bad. I told him no thanks because we were already at another place and had to get the kids to bed. I don’t know why he couldn’t have checked out the other room for us when we were at the counter for 20 minutes. I was standing there thinking the woman was looking for some way to help us but then she took the next people in line without even saying anything but, “ there is nothing we can do”. Poor customer service!

Average near the airport but not much else around

The hotel was convenient to the airport and it was inexpensive but you get what you pay for. Mattress was hard, sheets old; although it was clean, it was very dated. The hotel staff were very nice and professional.

Facility was nice, but close to airport so a little noisy. We had people on floor above us that had early flight 2-3 am, which made a heck of a racket in the middle of the night with them running around.

Good location, clean, good hotel condition and quiet.

I like the overall quality of the hotel, the location, located near to restaurants and other fast food places. I did not like the razor thin walls. Our room was on the lower level and the upstairs guest made noise throughout the night into the early hours of the morning until we fell asleep.

I was disappointed when I arrived at the hotel after a long trip they would not allow me to check in early even though there were plenty of rooms available. I didn’t care for the fact that the bathtub didn’t have a drain plug so I cannot take a bath. This is something that I really look forward to after a long trip. There was no brain plug for me to take a bath. I also found to be really really boring and they were frequently out of coffee. There were no healthy options and everything was either high in carbohydrates or sugar such thing as plain yogurt, and there was virtually no fruit. I find disappointing that this is associated with Hilton hotel.

Appreciated the breakfast buffet that included oatmeal w/ choice of nuts, seeds, coconuts, fruits for topping.

Friendliest staff, and best hotel breakfast ever.

My family of 6 had a great stay in the 2 bedroom suite. Perfect size ensured we didn’t feel cramped. Breakfast was good and the staff who manned the breakfast did an amazing job keeping it stocked during a busy weekend

Breakfast! Wasn’t able to get any because ran out of food and only one person working making it hard to keep up with the meal. Had trouble with the TV. Called for help. Parking lot was full had to park further away from the building we stayed in.

There was no food, drinks, plates, etc. The food and service were terrible! More than 15 people waiting for food and drinks. The kitchen staff had a lack of assistance.

We stayed one night in this hotel while visiting nearby colleges. Being so close to the airport, I'm guessing many guest stay here before flights. The hotel itself isn't really your typical hotel. There about about 6 separate buildings and a separate office/dining area. The layout is more like an apartment set-up and your standard hotel. It feels like a fairly safe area, surrounded mostly by commercial businesses. Check in was quick and easy with a very friendly and welcome front desk staff. Plenty of parking close to the room. There was a mild odor of marijuana in the stairways, but nothing crazy. The room itself, a king suite, and clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Our king size bed was decent enough and fairly fine and supportive. Our daughter slept on the sleeper sofa, which was fairly standard (not ideal for great sleep but it did the job for 1 night). Bathroom with the tub and shower was on the smaller side but well maintained. Shower water pressure was "meh." Sink and mirror was in a pass-thru area between the bedroom and shower, which allowed others to get ready while someone else showered. The "free- breakfast" was actually one of the better breakfasts I've had. Probably top 10%. Lots of good breakfast choices with more healthy options. Everything was hot and fresh, and the food stations were kept clean and replenished often. Really fantastic job in this area! The price for the stay was very fair and I'm totally satisied with our stay.
