All in all not bad. Wish there was an elevator and I'd known there wasn't. The pool was pretty cold. Otherwise great price and room was plenty good.

The door to the wing we were staying in did not lock at all. Our room dead bolt did not lock. The hot water was barley warm was chilled out of the shower. The wifi didnt work at all. Tried calling the front desk 3 times let it ring multiple times no answer. Would not stay again

The room did not match the photos and it was obvious people do not report issues to the staff. The breakfast and seating area was dirty. The bathroom was dirty, faucet had toothpaste and water stains from the last guest. The shower smelt like urine and the drain in the tub slow to drain (stood in a puddle through my shower) the shower curtain rod was broken and we found a smashed bug on the ceiling. The shower towel was clean but stained and mirror also had tooth paste and water stains. The railings on the bed were full of dust, fries, and who know what. If I could rate lower for cleanliness, I would. Before checking out we noticed the pool had a closed until further notice sign by the health director I canceled my future reservation and would caution anyone planning to stay to have the room checked before checking in.

No Stairs for upper floors. No access from nearby parking behind the hotel into the premises unless someone lets you in as if it was an emergency exit. Bed was hard as a rock. And unlike everywhere else, no extra blankets. On the up side, it was quiet.

I was traveling on Business and there was no Internet service or connection !

Pulling into the hotel, I could immediately tell it wasn’t what it was advertised. I walked in, noticed the “restaurant/bar/lounge” was closed. Upon checking in, I asked about it. They said their permit is going through so they’re unable to open right now. I let them know that’s false advertising, and was one of the main reasons I booked for my family to stay. (Young kids, food IN the hotel, WIN). So I was automatically upset, aside from the fact the outside looks disgusting and run down. We get to the room, the floors are sticky, it smells so we’re switched to another room. I grab the key IN TEARS to our new room asking if there was a way we could get a refund, told no of course. New room, floor still dirty, THIS TIME THE BED WAS WET. What was supposed to be a good night with my family, turned into some dirty stay. My whole family slept ON TOP of the covers, and left at 9 am the next morning. Hotels.com tried to rectify the situation and try and get me a refund because they were upset with it all themselves, and again 3 TIMES they were even told no. Do NOT bring your family here. If you need something on the cheaper side, go elsewhere. It’s not what’s advertised, and they clearly don’t care whatsoever.

The rooms were very nice, very clean. The pool was disgusting. There were literally hairballs laying on the deck as well as in the bottom of the pool. Once the pool had been stirred up, there were multiple hairballs floating around as well as pieces of something that appeared to be like toilet paper. The pool looks great from pictures, but was actually very disgusting. We would not even go in beyond our feet as it was so gross and uncared for.

The staff was friendly other than that everything else was horrible. First off the entire hotel smells like weed so it’s definitely weed friendly. The first room they gave me I walked in and felt a breeze and when I checked the backed sliding door I noticed it was slightly opened. I tried securing it and while doing that I noticed the door was busted from the outside and there was a car with two very suspicious guys sitting in it watching me. So I quickly took my stuff and asked for another room. The next room was a bit better no sliding door instead a window. So it was towards the rear of the property so I moved my car out back so I can remote start it in the am since it was freezing and oh yea no one cleaned up any snow or put down salt I witnessed one of the cleaning folks slip and fall. Well anyways after moving my car I tried to come in the back and I tried using my room card but I wouldn’t do anything I then tried the door and it just opened it was busted as well. This hotel is not safe at all. All night that busted back door was slamming shut making it hard to sleep so I then got up to check on my car and stood watching for 15-20 min and noticed several cars within minutes with very sketchy people come in through that door and leave within minutes this happened several times consistent with some type of drug transactions. Stay away pay an extra $30-$40 and stay somewhere else trust me it’s worth it I checked out after my first night.

Went with my family clean inside but then went to get a drink and food at bar Friday night and they wanted a stupid 50$ cover charge and there was barely anyone in there.. never again will we go here bc it was not helpful for easy dinner and breakfast was terrible wasn’t even 10 am yet and everything was gone…

Don’t be fooled by the shiny photo of the lobby. This place is poorly maintained and unsafe. The surroundings are littered with all kinds of trash, including countless of cigarette butts. Access doors are kept open even though they were supposed to be accessible only with room cards. The first room i checked in had a broken toilet and leaking fridge. I had to switch to another room. There are no restaurants around. If you are just staying for one night to catch an early flight, this hotel works. If traveling with family for multiple nights, stay away from this hotel.

Looks abandoned from outside. Lobby very nice, has pool. Hallways dark, carpet desperately needs vacuum. Baseboards gross. Bathroom: showerhead, good pressure but bestfor somone under 5ft tall. Toilet from kindergarten. Stained ceiling. Room: bed averge, shhets clean. Looks like they tried to upgrade, but bug patch in ceiling and on wall. Sliding glass doors are green, curtains filthy. Outside: garbage, dirty diapers, cigarette butts, plastic bottles...lawn not mowed. Door has cobwebs and cracked glass...dumpster full and overflowing. Will not stay.there again. Have pictures.

For the price in the area, an excellent choice. The rooms were clean and updated. Common areas clean and inviting.

The entrance and room were nice and looked like the pictures but the overall property was old and needed updates and cleaning. The hallways needed to be swept and our room had a big dust bunny and a candy wrapper on the floor. There was food left in the fridge. Just kind of icky!

The room was dirty, all the towels had stains, had to request a new shower curtain the one on was dirty and smelly, a guy didn’t even knock and just went in the room with me inside, the bed was very uncomfortable you can feel the strings when laying down, hallway dirty, outside dirty it was just a very uncomfortable situation.

We had dirty sheets with what looked like blood stains, and a burn mark. The sliding door didnt lock. The curtain covering the door was ripped. I tried to shower and the tub wouldnt drain for over an hour. The staff took about 5 hours before changing our sheets, we had to call twice before they came.

Do not stay here!! The hotel is so rundown. The breakfast they serve is gross and my husband and i got sick from it. The pool isnt worth trying. It smelt like a fishtank and the ceiling leaks. The hotel smells like weed and cigarettes. People live there. The hall where the ice machine is was flooded. I will never stay here again. Please spend the extra money and stay somewhere else like i wish i had!

Easily the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. Our room was grimey, sink had massive crack, floors were sticky, bathroom floor had stains on the floor and the tub had mold at the drain basin. Pool was dirty and had globs of hair floating around, ground was dirty and the area was cold. Lobby floor carpets were off white and looked untoched. This property just looks like someone that's a cheap owner that doesn't have any pride in what they do. If I am the hotel group I would revoke their franchise rights, it's a bad loom. 1 plus side, is the rooms were born. Overall worst hotel experience ever

The room felt damp-couch, sheets and floor. Found drug paraphernalia under the bed and outside. Pretty sure I was bit multiple times by bed bugs. The room was dirty.

Not clean room. Curtains in bath and window had burns and tears. Bed sheets had makeup. Cover had stain. Ceiling had tape from a leftover balloon party. Found a hypodermic needle at the back entrance. Dog mess at another entrance with at least 50 cigarette butts. Group entry and group areas clean and tidy. Placed in a back side with the bar music thumping till 1AM.

It wasn’t too bad. Close to where we needed to be. It was pretty clean, but the sink was clogged and they did not provide shampoo in the bathroom.

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable but the HVAC was loud and I woke up whenever the heat turned on, the sofa had stains, and while the carpet in the hallway was fairly new it had not been vacuumed recently.

The property was nice. The bed was comfortable. The staff was nice. Check in and out were easy. The one issue I had was the tub drain appeared clogged which resulted in my having to shower with my feet under water. If I were staying more than one night I would have asked for this to be addressed. Other than this the property was very well kept. The pool also looked great and the people using it looked to enjoy it.

It was good except for people fighting at 1am so loud you could hear furniture being thrown and screaming and woke up me and my family and scared the young ones, tried to call front desk to complain and moone even answers

Bed was terrible and pillows are small, was so disappointed I understand for the price but when the whole goal is to sleep this experience was not good

The entire building was FREEZING . The first room took more than30 mins to warm up , and once it finally got warm, I realized there was an aluminum pan with food in their from a previous guest. I was able to switch rooms, no discount or apology. The next room was even more cold and took longer to warm up . The WiFi was HORRIBLY slow I ended up using my mobile hotspot for my work computer. When I went to get something to drink from the front desk, the housekeeping room was open and lit up and there were beer bottles (Budweiser to be exact) open and out around the laundry folding area. While I washing my face this morning, I realized the bathroom sink faucet was covered with mold and it was ALOT of it. Check out was at 11am and At 11:10 they called my room telling me I was supposed to be out. I was fully packed and was going back and forth to load my car but, even after the call, they sent a staff member to knock on my door and tell me to leave at 11:27am to be exact. I have never been rushed out of a hotel or gone through something so uncomfortable and unprofessional. The hotel was also very empty. MINIMAL guests were there. WORST HOTEL STAY EVER

offers airport shuttle on website. i stay one night. at 8am the next morning i ask front desk how often the airport shuttle is available. they say “you need to let us know one day in advance.” if that’s the case, which i think is stupid anyways, then they should have asked me on CHECK-IN if i planned on using the airport shuttle. i would’ve said yes. this cost me $20 for uber. also the shower head is very low, i’m 5’11 and had to duck down a full foot to wash my face.

We enjoyed our stay here for just the one night we’re were there. The hallways were dirty and the outside of the building appears run down/out dated. The lobby was clean and well taken care of. Our room was clean and comfortable. We had the tiniest little balcony that was just enough to open the sliding door that we enjoyed. Loved the pillows on the bed, super comfortable. The AC worked amazingly. Close to the highway - could hear the cars driving by from our room. During the day you could hear planes flying over head landing at the airport near by. Overall we would stay her again.

Check was at 3pm by 4:30 the rooms were not ready. Our room looks like they rushed to get it ready, the towels were dirty. There were kids running up and down the hallways.

I stay here quite often and it's always easy to book and I get along very well with the staff they're super nice . especially the two girls at the desk I've come to care about them like my own daughters they're the best

Bad experience. Was told several times between 2.20pm and 7:00pm that rooms weren’t ready. No hot water. Not remote and soap. So many guests complaining all day. They clearly wasn’t capable to be open or didn’t know how to run a hotel. Sad to hear a lady with 3 kids being told they couldn’t accommodate her reservation because they were overbooked. WILL NOT RETURN HERE!!!

The ladies at the front desk right down to the cooks/servers were nothing but friendly, helpful and went above and beyond! Before I even made it to the hotel I had to call for a late check in due to a vehicle issue and the lady Bianca went out of her way to make sure our family/ group of 7 total was comfortable and offered connecting rooms and greeted us every morning! I will be staying here again!

No staff at the desk when I arrived. When they showed up, there was a line, and processing was very slow. Got hit with a $50 ‘deposit’ for unexplained reasons. I have no confidence it will be refunded. The band in the night club played loud and late. Not much breakfast available, and what was there was unsparing. … Otherwise it was ‘great!’

Poor service the room didn't got clean even we had requested

Horrible experience. I arrived and they stated they had overbooked but did not call to inform any people who had reservations of this ahead of time. They were not helpful with finding another hotel. They could not guarantee reimbursement until the following day, and 3 days later the charge was processed on my card. I provided my phone number for follow up and never heard from them.

We had a very nice two night stay. The front desk staff we're very friendly and helpful. The place was very crowded due to a some softball tournaments and a wedding, but the staff did a great job keeping things moving. My only complaint was that the water pressure in the shower was pretty low and housekeeping didn't come to the room after the first night. Nothing catastrophic, considering how busy they were

Location and price were great. However, there were simply things that seemed not well maintained (like mildew on the sink faucet). In a pinch it was convenient.

The walls are PAPER THIN. You will hear the surrounding rooms and they will hear you. It was difficult to find the property sometimes in the dark because the signage is poorly lit at night. Property is fairly well kept. The sheets had some suspicious stains, the 2 rooms we checked out smelled of marijuana and cigarettes which wasn’t particularly the best ((we weren’t picky though considering the nightly rate)) But overall the hotel appears as tidy, and the rooms could’ve been worse (just didn’t appear the best considering the stains smells) kind and diligent staff, close to airport and highway, and fairly cheap.

When we drove up to the hotel, it was hard to believe it was the correct address. The property on the outside is completely run down and in a remote and off the beaten path location. The staff were actually nice when we checked in, and the lobby was attractive, but that’s the best I can say. The two story hotel looked like it was abandoned, and when we finally found the room it was down a long and dingy hallway. The actual bedroom was quite nice and had been upgraded and decorated very well, but the bathroom was sadly in need of TLC. The faucet was gross and corroded and the caulking around the tub and floor had a half inch gap that had been filled with putty that was dirty. There were trucks driving by the bedroom all night, and people above us were having a loud party until we left at 4:00 in the morning. I felt unsafe and some of the guests that we saw in the hallway looked sad and dejected. The room price was very reasonable and now we understand that people who were staying there were financially challenged. In the future I will spend more for a quality hotel that I feel safe in.

We enjoyed our stay very much. While it is a bit unimpressive from the outside, you won't be sorry once you settle in. The rooms are reasonably priced, quite comfortable, clean and quiet and they offer a very nice complimentary breakfast with both hot and cold options. There is also a nice indoor pool and an attached restaurant that offers lunch and dinner. While it is a bit out of the way from the main drag, it satisfied all of our needs.

When we first pulled up my family and I were all concerned because it looked like a trap house but we went on in to check things out and were pleasently surprised. The inside was nice, nothing super fancy but it was great for the price. The employees were fabulous. The breakfast could use some help but over all it was good and i would stay there again. Also we loved that we had a sliding glass door that we could pull close to to be able to load and unload luggage and the rooms are super quite.

The hotel is less than 10 minutes from Bradley Airport. Unfortunately there is no food or shopping within walking distance but a very short drive by car. The staff there were extremely friendly and helpful. Sections of the hotel were under renovations but overall still a good place for the money.

Not enough breakfast for everyone

Great for the price. Nice clean comfortable room. Comfy bed. My only complaint was the lacking "free breakfast" that was almost non existant. But that would'nt stop me from returning.

Hotel was a bit of run down, free hot breakfast was cold, even at 8am, one day just offer on the go breakfast, no reason why?? and they moved the breakfast in front of the big windows on a hot day, no ice or protection for the food, milk, yogurts, no tea, no hot chocolate, and room was not clean had to get my own towels. How you expect tourists to tip!!!

The place is more a party hotel then for anyone who wants sleep. The breakfast is just a few boxes of pastries from Walmart and a waffle maker that is used non stop by either the workers or the family who owns it. Had no remote for the tv went to the front desk and they had to try 3 remotes to find one that worked. Then they had to tape the batteriesin. The hotel looks like they put all their effort into the lobby area and just completely neglected the rest of the hotel. The hallways look like tge carpets should have been replaced 10 years ago. The pool had dirty water which was clearly visible by the excessive dirt at the bottom of the pool. The room had a borken sliding door to outside. A large spider was residing in the shower. This is more like a motel then any hotel i have ever been to. Would sleep in my car before spending a night at this place. They are giving the Ramada a very bad name.

Everything about this hotel was fine. It was acceptable for the price we paid, but there were some odd things. The tub in the room was clogged, which was annoying, but everything else in the room was clean and pleasant. The pool was a basic pool, over chlorinated, but also fine. The free breakfast was a joke. The single staff member serving small servings of inedible eggs, one glass of juice and one sausage was insulting. All of the breakfast, as limited as they were, were located in one spall space that made it very difficult to access the food that was not being regulated. I know its a free breakfast, but this was disappointing.

The pool was cold, and the breakfast could have more options. But everything was very good.

I went down for breakfast at 8AM into a multi- purpose room that had Dinner lighting and all of the window shades pulled closed. It’s a dark and sleepy atmosphere. No coffee was ready and the young lady seemed confused as to why there was no coffee in the full hot water container.

Breakfast was very limited (waffles). Coffee was good.
