Fitness room equipment was limited and their one treadmill was broken

She hotel flooded the entire first floor. The musty smell is awful. They are trying to dry everything out but the elevator was fried and had to use the stairs the whole time.

They need to clean the pool and pool area. Also have beach towels available at the pool. Need ice and food/drink vending machines on every floor. The staff was great and beds are very comfortable.

The staff were super nice, Andrew and Micheal were so very attentive. The pool was a clean and bigger than i thought. Parking was a breeze. The breakfast was buffet style with endless options.

The staff were great all around. The supervisor (I believe his name was Mike but I'm not sure) checked me in and was very welcoming and helpful. Cleaning & maintenance staff helped out quickly with a minor issue. Plenty of parking. You can walk to restaurants or a short drive to other's. No big deal at all but the pool is much smaller than it looks in the advertising pictures.

Classic example of “you get what you pay for.” It was “fine” except (1) pool was closed with zero explanation (just a sign announcing it), (2) bath needs a major refresh or, at the very least, some new grout and a deep clean, (3) there is the giant yucky stain in the entryway to the hotel (horrible first impression).

The hotel itself was okay. It wasn’t the cleanest or the dirtiest hotel I’ve even seen. The so called fitness center was very small and the treadmill was labeled as broken. The elliptical was also not functioning properly as you could t adjust the incline below 9. Finally, the lock on my door was very hard to engage.

Overall decent hotel, room was very clean. Outdoor pool was very small and dirty.

We felt so unsafe the entire stay we took our belongings with us every time we left the room. We were on the first floor and every 15-30 min someone would stand right at our window smoking cigarettes or marijuana. The smoke seeped into the hotel room because they were so close. The first night 2 larger parties spent hours drinking in the lobby and kept us awake until midnight. This hotel is not safe or appropriate for female travelers or families. Management said they couldn’t do anything about this because smoking is legal in CT. Also the card reader on the door from the parking lot was broken so the door was propped with a large rock instead of being locked.

Overall a great stay and we'll definitely be back, we noticed the floor probably could have been mopped a bit better as our socks were a bit dirty and replacing the single use cups with reusable would be a big upgrade.

This hotel is in very poor condition-not good, or very good, and certainly not excellent. It is not worth paying more than $75 a night for it, and I have no idea why there are good reviews. Perhaps the good reviewers got it for $75 a night so they didn’t have any higher expectation than staying in a dump. I paid $144 and definitely overpaid. It is not clean-there was a piece of dirt in my sink. It is ramshackle, I had nail holes on the bathroom wall, the corners of the bathroom were dirty-I guess that goes under the cleanliness part, there was no drain in my bathtub, just a hole. The walls of the room are concrete-there isn’t even drywall. My window shade was very dirty and torn on the bottom. In the morning when the sun came up there was light shining through a bunch of holes in the blackout shade, it looked like something out of a sci-fi movie, and not in a good way. This hotel is a cheap, affordable place if you can get it for the price it’s worth -not more than $75. I feel like the description on the website is quite misleading. The only good thing I can say is that the bed was comfortable and so was the bedding. But I got out of there first thing in the morning because I was so grossed out by the room. I didn’t see any bugs but that’s what I was expecting from the way the room and bathroom looked. I was there with my elderly mother, who was tired, but if I wasn’t, I would have left and gone to another hotel. My mother just didn’t have the energy to leave.

Average hotel, found bugs in the room more than once… ice machine at my floor not working for a month even though I told the staff many times about it

Front desk staff was really friendly and helpful. Not too pleased with the room cleanliness. The bathtub has sand in it and the hand towels were dirty and hanging on the rack.

Check in was ok. No instructions on the included breakfast schedule provided. Staff at check in friendly. Room was comfortable, bed however had a blood-stained bed sheet which had not been cleaned or changed, a semi empty bottle of water left by an ajar window ( the room was at ground level) also had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. A group of guests was loud past the nuisance hour curfew. Staff made aware of all the above. Overall, not a bad experience at the hotel.

arrived to our room to find that the floor was extremely sticky with unknown substance and the bed sheets had staining. staff was prompt and helpful to move us to a new room where we felt more comfortable. overall, had higher expectations given what we paid for our stay. the location was by no means a motel, then the condition of the room would be more understandable, but for nearly $450 expected it to be much nicer and cleanliness is not expensive.

Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly and attentive. Nearby restaurants. Bed in room was uncomfortable and squeaked every time one of us moved. Hadca horrible nights sleep.

Booked last minute. Pricing was fair. Room was clean and comfortable. I had an ajoining room, not with the other party, but at times the noise seemed amplified because of this. Otherwise, good stay.

Good basics. Comfortable bed. Plenty of outlets and lights, easy to get work done. Room was a bit on the small side.

Room needed an update. Sink in the hallway and shower and toilet in the bathroom. Shades had rips n it. Bed comfortable but anytime you moved bed sounded like it would collapse. Send clean.

We had a horrible nights sleep. Awakened at 5am by recurring ventilation buzzing sound. Thermostat didnt work so room temp was uncomfortable.

There was a slight gap in door and the room was near an elevator so there was a lot of hallway noise. Otherwise the room was good, clean and comfortable

The hotel it self is clean,room was clean and bed really comfy,honestly did not slept much The AC is old and turns on and off every 20 mins and we tried everything to make it dont turn off, they should update them,other that that the place is well kept,good breakfast,great service!

Very efficient, check-in, very pleasant staff

The front desk staff was very friendly and professional, Michael was his name I believe. We were talking to him about a restaurant we visited nearby a few years back and the manager overheard us and interjected with positive comments. The breakfast was hot and fresh, the overall one night experience was very good. We would recommend and return should be in the area in the future. Thank you

Checked in late before midnight, the front desk lady was short and borderline rude. Once in the room, it was right next to the front lobby. I asked for a different room on a different level. Was told no , come back later in the week. Once in the room, all you could hear was loud noise all night coming from the lobby, or blaring music from the parking lot till 3-4am to the point the room was echoing from the bass. Checking out ….. same desk person, rude and passive aggressive . Waste of money for a weeks stay, go elsewhere.

The guy who worked the front desk is gold. He went above and beyond to ensure my friends and I had a pleasant stay. He’s very professional and knowledgeable. I really hope this review reaches the right hands. He should be recognized for his customer service. Thank you!

The hotel is in a very convenient location. There are Walmart stores, CVS pharmacy and much more nearby. Swimming pool, breakfasts . The staff is great. We had a great time.

Check in was simple. Room was comfortable and the hotel staff were polite and very welcoming. Close enough to walk to restaurants nearby.

Excellent customer service and breakfast

This hotel was clean with a friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast every morning was excellent with real eggs, bacon/sausage,and an assortment of bread, pancakes, yogurt, oatmea, fruitl and yummy cinnamon buns etc. Freshly ground coffee and other beverages were available 24/7. We couldnt have asked for a better stay!

Staff at check in and check out were very nice. Other guests,not so much, they were very loud all night and just judgy( we were in town for conneticon and the looks and laughs we recieved from guests were a little much) As for breakfast, coffee machine did not work, pancake machine did not work, and they only had a drop of almond milk and no more in back, also very crowded area to get what you need.

It was close to our event, clean and the breakfast was excellent.

Staff was excellent. The breakfast bar was minimal and not well stocked.

The coffee machines are excellent. Freshly ground and brewed coffee is hard to beat. Great place to stay. Staff and amenities are wonderful.

Rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast was GREAT! My kids and husband are still raving about it. My kids especially loved the pancake machine. It was a nice variety of things to eat. All the staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean throughout. We didn’t get a chance to go to the pool, but it looked very clean and inviting.
