This was our second time at this hotel as a family with Teenagers. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast can't be beat! Made to order Omlets, choice of eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, green chili, fresh fruit, yogurt, cold and hot cereals, assorted bakery items, juice and coffee. We were able to make it to the evening happy hour, 2 complimentary alcoholic beverages per adult, bottomless soda, and snacks!

I've stayed here several times and it's always been a good experience. Beds are super comfortable and the rooms are really well soundproofed. Free breakfast and cocktail hour are nice amenities. I would recommend that coffee be available all day in the lobby or at least have coffee and coffee drinks available to purchase at the bar.

The room itself was fine. Comfortable, clean, quiet. The breakfast and evening reception were really great, and why we chose this hotel. The evening reception and breakfast staff were truly amazing! However, the front desk staff needs some training. Our room wasn’t ready at 3, and instead of giving us a vague timeline of when it would be ready, the girl got a bad attitude and said “just wait over there for awhile.” When we asked for more pillows and didn’t receive them, we went back an hour later and same front desk lady got a huge attitude and said “they already delivered them to your room.” Spoiler alert; no they didn’t. So we had to go ask again. They also charge $15 a day for parking and you have to figure out how to pay on some app. It says there is a fitness room—I couldn’t find one anywhere, and the sauna was broken.

I loved my stay. I felt like L lived there for the weekend. Room could have been cleaner. But I like the hotel overall. Food was great too.
