I had an excellent stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Denver. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the front desk staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. During my stay, I had an unexpected issue with the toilet in the middle of the night—the mechanism in the tank completely broke. Although there wasn’t an engineer on duty at that hour, the hotel sent a security officer who did their best to try and fix it. While the issue wasn’t resolved immediately, I really appreciated the effort. The engineer arrived first thing in the morning and got it repaired promptly. The area around the hotel is nice but does have a visible presence of homeless individuals and panhandlers, which made me a bit uneasy. I truly appreciated the security fence surrounding the entire property and parking lot—it made a big difference. Honestly, without it, I likely would have changed hotels. The gym was clean and well-maintained, and I was grateful that housekeeping serviced my room daily without needing to make repeated requests. That’s something I really value when traveling. One downside was the laundry room. Only one set of washer and dryer was functioning during our entire stay. The other set was out of service, which was challenging since many softball and soccer teams were staying there and needed to do laundry. I wish that had been addressed sooner. Clean and comfortable hotel on the East side of town, at the intersection of Quebec and MLK Jr. I liked the size of the room and the security of the parking lot. Great swimming pool with a proper deep end, nice fitness facility with weights and cardio equipment. Staff were courteous and attentive. The lobby is spacious and attractive, plenty of seating areas. The restaurant is open late and has plenty of draft beer options. Overall this was a great hotel for my trip to Denver.

Main floor and lobby was very nice. Upstairs in the hallway to my room had a terrible smell that was there all 5 days of my visit. Rooms were nice and beds were fairly comfortable. Air conditioner was very loud and inconsistent in keeping the room a steady temperature.

The room at this location not a good value for the amount of money I had paid. Perhaps an older property, I dont know. Though it was well maintained by the staff, but it was dark and smelled bad. It was below par when comparing it with other similar DT properties I had stayed in. I also noted insects both within the room and in the restaurant, where I was having my breakfast. I was deeply shocked and disappointed and lost my appetite! Just an honest opinion… I hope it helps in bringing back DT to the level once it was.

The rooms were spacious and the dining options were nice after a long day. We did have to ask to have our room cleaned and serviced as both rooms we had were missed. Not sure how that happens. Also not happy to have to pay for parking when you are a guest there. It should be included for guests. Also no microwaves in the rooms due to “fire hazards” while other places do offer them in the rooms. Overall a good experience other than having to ask to get rooms done.

Our Room (975) did not have cold water in the sink and the hot water was extremely hot. The mini fridge in the room also didn’t work. Not huge issues but ones you’d think they could resolve. Hopefully if they see this, they will fix them. The surrounding neighborhood didn’t feel safe to walk around in the evening.

My biggest recommendation for improvement was that the hotel was very short-staffed and breakfast took a very long time.

The western view of the Rockies one could not ask for more. The hidden gem of the amazing coffee shop on the main floor was a definite plus. The rooms did lack the microwave and fridge that we have all become used to. It was easy to link up to my Nerflix, Disney, etc. But overall it was a winner.

The rooms were comfortable. We had 2 rooms and the bathroom door couldn’t be closed in either room. The elevators are ridiculously small. Food is expensive as is parking. I would say overall it is not worth the money.

The 'manager' couldn't find my reservation for check in and asked for a confirmation number. No problem, went back to the car to get my phone and came back and she was gone. Left my ID on the check in desk and everything. A nice gentleman took over and found my reservation no problem, without the confirmation number. Ok she was rude but whatever. Day of checkout i called the front desk to ask for a later checkout and was put on hold. Again, whatever, until 10 minutes later i finally hung up thinking they just forgot. Called back and no answer. Ok, waited a few and tried again. Still no answer. Now this is just ridiculous. Im calling the front desk for a 20 second conversation. I call again and someone answers and then hangs up. Called again and the same thing. After about 20 minutes of just trying to reach the front desk while my baby naps, i finally went down there. Lo and behold, the same 'manager' is there, claims she just got back from break and 'they would never do that' and they had a 'maintenance man watching the desk that they assumed was competent'. No joke, that was her word for word response. I love this hotel and we stay here every time we are in town. Never have i had a worse experience with the staff. Ill leave it at, Branden from The Characters Bar was the best experience we had this stay! Oh, and the bathroom had no towels and no trash bags!

The room was very clean and well kept, the breakfast was great and the restaurant staff were great as well! The front desk staff on my first day seemed really passive aggressive/rude for some reason. When I arrived, I was checked in to the wrong room type; I pressed them about it, and they said they no longer had the room I reserved available. Nothing else, no apologies or options provided, they just acted dismissive.

I'm usually a loyal Hilton person, so it disappoints me to have to write this review. We had multiple issues during our stay, and had trouble getting them resolved. The sink wouldn't drain. We reported it at 8 am. We came back at 6 pm, and they didn't know if anyone had worked on it or not. They asked us to check and call down if we still needed it unclogged. We went up, and it wasn't working. We tried to call down, but the phone wasn't working either. So, we trudged back down to tell them the sink was still clogged. They said they'd look into it. We waited around for a while, and no one came, so we started taking showers after a long day of hiking - and then someone came. We told them to come tomorrow morning. It was after 7 pm by then, and we were exhausted. The next day, we reminded the front desk on the way out, then, while we were out, I checked on the sink issue. And they said they can't do anything about it because we have toiletries on the sink. We had a couple of small bottles, nothing more. We were over 100 miles away, so we couldn't run back and move them, so again they didn't unclog the sink, nor did they fix the phone as we had requested. Also, the AC unit smelled like dirty socks. The whole room was a big disappointment, and getting service was nearly impossible. They did offer to switch rooms halfway through our stay, but we didn't want the hassle - we just wanted things fixed, and it seems that wasn't at all possible.

It’s a double tree, you know what you are getting. The unfortunate part of this trip is that it was cut short due to a personal matter. Spoke to the hotel and they were adamant that they could not do much for us as far as a refund was concerned. The surrounding area is convenient but plenty of folks under unfortunate circumstances. It was a convenient location, just not the ideal location

Wonderful 4-night stay. Everything about hotel was clean and in order. Hotel restaurant and bar was very good. Room was clean and comfortable. Recycling bins in halls and rooms and motion sensors to automatically turn off bathroom lights. Surrounding area offered many shopping and dining options. Very walkable neighborhood. Easy access to bus transportation to downtown Denver. Hotel is short drive to RTD Central Park station and parking lot. Inexpensive rail transportation and inexpensive day parking. Would stay at hotel again without hesitation on next visit to Denver.

We really enjoyed our time in Denver. The hotel was perfect. We met close friends the first night in the bar for cocktails and the space was perfect. The next day we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast at the restaurant in the restaurant, The Knife and Board, it was delish!. Overall the stay was great and I would reccomend this hotel to others for sure.

Beautiful lobby! Very clean. Nice amenities. I did get a massive egg shell in my eggs benedict this morning so I only got half.of my breakfast but they were apologetic.

This was the Doubletree that got us hooked on staying with Doubletree. The property is stunning with multiple dining options. Love the breakfast and quick food option as well.

The room was very nice and the entire hotel, pool area was very nice as well. Wish they did a continental breakfast or something for how nice the hotel was. Think it was a little ridiculous to pay additionally to park in their lot. Should get one parking pass with your stay. TV also did not work in our room but wasn’t a huge deal. Felt very clean, everyone was friendly.

The room, hallways, elevators and lobby were clean. I checked in around 9 pm and the line was very long. There was no one up front for a few minutes and the line continued to grow. Finally someone appeared and then called for more help. Our bed was lumpy. Needed a new pillow top. I had to pay $20 per night for parking and parking was very difficult to find.

Beds were very small, noise was talk bad outside our window in the early morning. Shower drain didn’t work well. The worst part is they charge you for parking and their events both nights and we had to drive around for a while before we could find parking. That was a huge inconvenience since they charge you.

Everything about the hotel was good. My only concern was the sliding patio door in the room. The handle was really loose so the door wouldn't shut completely and wouldn't lock. Their was some type of hinge lock attached.

We didnt have any room cleaning so I had to go find someone to get extra towels and ask for my garbage to be dumped. I asked if the breakfast was included or not and never got an answer. The man that checked me in was very rude. Our room was clean and comfy though. The pool was freezing but my kids liked it
