Quiet and within walking distance of shopping and food. Near the freeway, but not close enough that you heard traffic from it. The person who checked me in was terrific, but after that I rarely saw any front desk staff. The on the go breakfast snacks left a lot to be desired. Free parking.

They only had coffee carafes and granola bars, mini packaged muffins, plus instant oatmeal packages in the morning. The first night stay, I woke to lukewarm coffee from the hot water carafe. I filled a cup of hot water for my instant oatmeal they provide, but hot water carafe was like warm, but had to throw oatmeal out as it wouldn't 'cook' the oatmeal. After my first night, a group of young guests gathered outside in the morning--very loud and somewhat intimidating--looked as if there was a drug sale, or gang activity, only to find they were guests--their cigarette smoke wafting into the front lobby where guests sit. (Only two chairs in lobby for guests to sit for coffee.) Another young woman was very upset, yelling and swearing at someone in a vehicle for 15 minutes. As a senior woman, it was very unsettling. No ice machine, but the woman on duty kindly got me a cup of ice.

Friendly staff and they trnder to our needs. However we found blood on our sheets in one of the beds. Haven't heard back from management didn't recieve a discount a comp night or future stay discount. Elevators were very slow and always occupied. Got stuck in an elevator for about 3 minutes doors closed no movements. The staff clean in the am so there's workers going up and down the elevators the same time people are starting their days. Breakfast was basic but saved us money. Pool was clean. They have a nice snack bar with bunch of treats and the location is great.

Nothing special about this property! Vending machine not working properly and there’s no closer store to buy water and snacks! Not even a free water bottle! You can easily choke in this facility… never ever comeback in this place!!

The staff are super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the hotel generally quiet. The one amenity I would like to see is a hydration station/drinking fountain to fill water bottles. We try not to buy single use plastic. We would definitely stay here again when in town.

All I can say is ANTS. Ants everywhere. Even my neighbors had the same issue. Can’t leave food out for a second because the ants will literally appear. All staff can do is wipe them away.

The hotel needs to work on the Oder and there cleaning of there rooms. They don’t clean well . The sink in the restroom had mold and the microwave was not clean out aswell has them dusting . There was cobwebs in there window ceils.

GET AN EXTERMINATOR! There were a few tiny ants here and there when I arrived. Annoying but not alarming. I left some closed bags of snacks on the counter. The next morning there were hundreds of sugar ants swarming all over them. They had to be thrown away. There are kitchen appliances, but that’s it. No cookware, no plates or glasses, no flatware. Nada. Apparently you pay extra for that. Fortunately I had some chopsticks with me and could eat my frozen dinner. It’s okay otherwise. But unless these things are corrected I wouldn’t stay here again.

We've stayed here several times in the last few years. Nice place, clean rooms and the staff is always friendly. We like that we DON'T get maid service everyday as we usually have the Do Not Disturb sign at other hotels.

We only paid $95 00/nt, so cant expect much. Has full kitchen, but no table for eating unless using desk. Im used too thick comforters--all bed covers were thin. Oh well

General Manager Mary was invaluable help! I forgot my overnight bag containing my medications. Mary made sure I was sent my bag. She boxed it up and made sure it was returned to me. Thank you, Mary!

Rude staff who seemed very pissed and annoyed at me for me checking in at 1:30 AM. Tried to turn me away but i needed to a hotel I told him ! I told him that isn't that the point of a hotel for late flight travellers? Bathroom had no shampoo or any other products other than a bar of soap. Super noisy thin walls and corridors.

The person checking us in wasn't very personable. Didn't say much or tell us anything about the facility. Also, we couldn't even read what he wrote on the key card envelope. Had to go back and ask him what it said. Rather then give us directions to our room, like go left or right...down the hall, etc. He just pointed to hallway and said 'down that way'. Also didn't say anything about the exit door and that its best if park over there for quick acess to our room. These are all the things that other places we stay offer. Also, no folding luggage rack, for short stays...not long enough to use dressr.

Arrived after midnight for late check in. Called ahead to advise. When we arrived, the night audit was going, and we along with other parties were unable to check in until it was complete. Waited for an hour, adding to an already long trip. Then the room keys wouldn’t work. It was 2 am before we finally got into our room. Staff was very apologetic. Maybe night audits could be scheduled after all late check ins arrive.

I loved every minute of my stay, and make this my Go To Hotel when in East Bay Clean, Spacious with a Kitchen....Refrigerator, Stove, Microwave..Comfortable Bed Hotel is close to shopping..Restaurants and in very safe area. We enjoyed our stay here. It was very conveniently located off the 680 freeway and near the Ironhorse bike trail which we used one morning to bike to Walnut Creek. The room was clean and comfortable. Only thing missing was bowls, silverware, etc. which I expected to find in an Extended stay America. These things are available at the front desk if you ask for them, but I assumed they would come in every room

Accommodations were spartan. No glasses? Plates? Kleenex boxes? Absurd. There was no coffee in the room (what was available in the lobby was hideous). "Breakfast" was stale granola bars and semi-frozen muffins. Definitely not what was advertised. Came to this hotel from a Residence Inn in another city- no comparison. Residence Inn was 5 stars across the board. Not this place. Won't stay here again or recommend.
