Convenient and clean place to stay. Bed comfortable and rooms quiet. No street noise at all. Staff very helpful. Here are some things to be aware of: 1. Parking is not free costing about $11.50. It is irritating that you can't pay at front desk but have to use your iPhone and register with a parking company. 2. Breakfast doesn't have any health conscious servings. Egg frittata is flat and unappetizing. Bacon is greasy. Yogurt is all high added sugar. I could only eat the oatmeal and banana. Orange juice machine was out of service. Coffee not tasty.

Upon arrival, the staff was amazing! The front desk was eager to greet us and get us settled. They went above and beyond.

The hotel is nicely appointed and very clean. Our room was large and had lots of plugs for our electronics. The breakfast is one of the best we have ever had- lots of fresh fruit and multiple choices of types of food. The only negative was the charge for parking- I understand in a large city where parking is at a premium, but this is in a rural town.

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. Our room had ants in it. It invaded 2 bags we had that had prior food in it but no food at the time since we transferred to the fridge. I called the front desk to let them know and a woman named Connie answered. She implied it was our fault for bringing food into the room! And was not apologetic at all. She had the maintenance person help us (he was lovely and very helpful) when these things happen, it affects the stay. The least I would expect is an appology! She continued to be extremely rude. Another man at the front desk was lovely as well. Thankfully we did check out with him. This caused a few hrs. Of our stay to deal with the situation. We were not impressed with how it was handled.
