The lobby had a complimentary happy hour with beer and wine from 530-700pm. There was a very nice outdoor patio area with a nice fire pit and sitting area. Breakfast was decent but only until 930. I was expecting 10:00. Later check-out is nice12:00.

On a scale of 1 - 10 I rate it a 9. I would have given a 10 except for the advertised heated indoor pool wasn't heated. Otherwise, the room was very clean and large . Pet Friendly too. Great breakfast selection from cereal to pancakes and eggs. As for the staff everyone was beyond friendly and professional. Will definitely be back soon.

This hotel is an excellent value. The rooms are roomy, and everything is very clean. The only reason I did not give this five stars is that the television is old. No option for streaming, which made us stay a little less than perfect. Also, the breakfast options are excellent. The staff at check-in is excellent.

Staying in the annex bldg the rooms are a little dated. You need to get some air in the hallways as they are warm and stale. Staff is friendly and helpful. Bkfst is good. Lot better than typcial hotel included bkfst. Will stay again.

Just a quick trip for us so we just needed a place to lay our heads. Clean and comfy, it was just what we needed. A little pricy, but it was a last minute Saturday night. It was a little noisy, we were near the lobby and there were a lot of kids. The door could’ve been more soundproof. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.

We were placed in the "annex", down a dark hallway with no service staff. The interior was old, in poor repair (a front of a cabinet fell off) chipped paint, squeaky bathroom door, bad tasting coffee. The walls are so thin that we heard people talking and laughing long after midnight. Finally we called the main building and they settled them down. The A/C is impossible to sleep through, the water pipes are very loud. It was an overall bad experience.

My wife and I stayed there one night and it is a nice property and the ladies taking care of the breakfast buffet were very nice. BUT when we got there to check-in there was NO ONE there to check us in. We waited and then called the phone number of the hotel only to stand there and watch their phone ring as we were calling it. After 20 minutes, someone finally showed up to help us. No apology no nothing. That was one of the worst check-in experiences that I have ever had.

Room was clean but I had to wait an hour to check in because no staff was around. Couldn't reach anyone at Holiday Inn or Expedia to assist. Left messages, emails, virtual chats etc. There was a couple that got locked out of their room waiting as well. I went to my car and was close to leaving but want to get the couple's contact as corroborating witness as I planned to file a complaint for refund. However, someone finally appeared at the front desk. I didn't have energy to to complain and just want to get my kids into the room to rest. This was worst accomodations experience I've ever had.

The included breakfast was really good compared to other similar offerings I’ve seen. There were two types of egg offerings —scrambled egg and/or omelette offered. Additionally, there were sausage patty and/or link—so you had a choice. The whole setup was presented well. Additionally, there was biscuits with sausage gravy.

Much more than we expected! Room was spacious and clean with all the proper amenities, including a microwave and refrigerator. The good... convenient location on the north side of town close to the 101 and Highway 46 East, comfortable beds, good air conditioning and blackout shades, decent hot breakfast included (featuring basic omelets and breakfast sides, various baked goods and spreads, cereal, fruit, pancake machine, high protein yogurts, juice, fancy coffee machine and variety of teas), indoor swimming pool and almost decent gym (except the main multi gym machine wasn't working). What spoiled it for us... The first room were were assigned to had a lingering bad smell in the toilet and we had to ask for a different room, the elevator wasn't working during our stay (quite a trek if you are at the end of the main building on the 3rd floor like we were), housekeeping missed cleaning our room when we were gone all day from about 11:30 am to 8 pm (came back to an unmade room and no towels and had to home all the way down to the front desk to get towels, no in-room safe, and gym equipment not properly maintained and main multigym was defective. Also, a jacuzzi in the pool area would have been a nice. Probably a good choice for a budget conscious family with kids.
