Had a good experience for a single night stay. But the motel in need of repairs. The pool, at the time I stayed, wasn't in service when the site didn't mention it. The site advertised breakfast, but they said they didn't do breakfast. This might of been due to the AI Expedia used to summarize all the context and got the incorrect information. After these complaints, I did get a portion refund for my stay, so I have to give them a star for genousness. But this be a place to stay for a short period of time.

Perfect location near down town Pasadena we came on a very hot day and had hoped to be able to go to the pool in the afternoon but had no idea their pool wasn’t in use until I got there. The room we stayed in was nice but near the voltage room and kept hearing a humming or buzzing sound the

I have a disability that prevents my ability to walk considerable distances so upon getting back to this Travelodge I discover that they do not have adequate parking, so the kid working the night window said I have to find parking down the street somewhere and walk back. That's not not going to happen so I'm now having to sleeping in my car while blocking in 3 other cars, they'll have to wake me up when they need to move thei vehicles and there's no if or what's about it one iota I'm not moving until then!!! And I'm never coming back to this particular property. P.S. the TV didn't work either.

The TV and phone to the front didn’t work. The shower had mold in the tile grout. It’s no the best area. Definitely not family safe. The photos are deceiving.

The floor needed to be damp mopped. It was dusty. I had a problem with the tv, although after telling the lady in the office it got fixed while I was out. But it was flashing intermittently, and the remote didn't work. So I felt around the edge, and there was a lot of dust. It may have never been dusted. Also, on the last day, there was a roach in the restroom. The people were wonderful though.

Good to have iron and iron board in the room :) I liked sitting area inside the enterance with a sofa :) Multiple baby cockroachs spotted in the bathroom. :(

The room was dirty, there was piss all on the restroom seat and the sheets were dirty with stains so we literally went to the store to buy our own sheets and blankets over all the room was dirty and not cleaned at all.

Perfectly acceptable hotel for a quick stay. Not super roomy, but bed was pretty good. No closet space of any kind or anywhere to hang clothes up. convenient location, seemed safe enough. I would stay again for a night or two if in the area; anything longer I might look around. I did like having a larger mini fridge than many places I've been.

My hotel room was nice. I had a refrigerator and a microwave oven. My main complaint is the TV remote: I could not control the volume and the mute button didn't work. I would've liked to have a TV channel guide so I wouldn't waste time trying to find which channel had the Lakers game. I would've also liked to have a list of phone numbers printed on the phone. Pasadena is a nice city--it's pedestrian-friendly.

For the price this hotel is ok, if you just want to get your head down it will do the job. If you want anything more than that go elsewhere. A/C is loud even in its lowest setting, rooms are not amazing, cracked tiles in the bathroom etc. But again if it is just to place to lay your head its fine, if you want to complain about every little thing stay at the Hyatt!! Parking right outside the rooms. Area is quiet with several fast food locations in walking distance.

This is a motel rather than hotel. It is well worn and in mediocre condition. My room was very noisy being able to hear traffic outside, the people above me, and people next door.

I HAVE STAYED HERE BEFORE WITHOUT ISSUE. THIS TIME, THERE WAS NO HOT WATER AND THE MANAGER LIED ABOUT IT. HE OFFERED A $30.00 REFUND. I WILL CHALLENGE ALL THE CHARGES ON MY CREDIT CARD. HE IS A DESPICABL AND INCOMPETENT FOOL- HAVING NO HOT WATER IS ILLEGAL, UNACCEPTABLE, AND WILL BE DEALT WITH.

Very affordable and comfortable stay in Pasadena. Check in was a cinch. Jay was super polite and professional. Rooms were clean and shower was the real surprise superstar: great water pressure and a fancy shower head! Cable tv with video on demand and close to everything. I will be back!

The managers of this property would not let me into my room unless I paid them cash deposit despite having my booking already paid for & a deposit made on my debit card. This was not disclosed in the reservation, so I declined. They then told me I didn't have a reservation despite having my booking receipt. It wasn't until I threatened to call legal that they let me into my room.

Travelodge in Pasadena is always comfortable, affordable, and a pleasant stay. Whenever in the area and looking for a bargain by not skimping on basic comforts- like strong showers, soft beds, ample parking, & exemplary customer care. Thank you again Jay for another great stay !

Room smelled lyke weed, and smelled musty. The front desk employee male was rude and disrespectful. The online cash deposit says $100 but on the front desk sign says $200 cash deposit. Don’t recommend

Staff was very helpful. Unit was clean, and the beds were comfy. I am disabled and needed a downstairs unit, they were able to move some things around to accommodate our late arrival. Cost effective, bathroom tiles need an update, please add non slip to the bathtub. Would stay here again.

Hotel is in a nice location located on Colorado Blvd driving distance from some nice restaurants and the City Hall. Room was not very nice for the price though. There was just a small thin blanket and sheet on the bed. The refrigerator and freezer were not very clean and there was a lot of ice in the freezer. The microwave stunk so bad I opened it and closed it immediately we didn’t even use it. Was pretty upset with paying $200 for it

Excellent staff Jai makes us feel like old friends returning. I am a cancer patient with treatments at USC Keck Norris cancer center. The location is perfect because if there is freeway traffic, we take Huntington Dr all the way to the hospital in less time than if there is no freeway traffic. Plus Pasadena has everything, food, shopping, theaters and more. My lady feels comfortable staying here because it’s safe and ez to get around from. Often we leave the car parked the entire stay. Stays are typically 3-9 days and the online pricing is better than anything we can find locally comparable. Heck the only other places in this price range are in sketchy areas so we will return. It’s going on 3-years of treatments and we always stay at the Travelodge Pasadena central 2131 E Colorado Blvd.

My second annual stay at this property. It is clean with comfortable beds. Close to public transportation with a bus stop right out front or a short walk to the Metro/subway (you’ll go right by an In N Out Burger😀). There are a variety of dining options within walking distance and more a short bus ride to Old Town Pasadena. A great value for the price. I can’t wait for next year!!

This Hotel was very clean the Staff were very courteous and professional. I stayed there for 3 nights with my family for a funeral.The Manager assisted me and my family accommodated us and gave us a discount on the rooms because we had to fly back out very early.And we definitely will be back a a future visit.I recommend you go for a stay you will enjoy the pool and the area is convenient for eating,shopping,and sightseeing.
