Stayed 3 nights

Check in attendant was quiet. The room was nice at first glance- you can tell there were some updates made. The furniture looks like it’s seen some things. Lots of dings and wear. There was a random phone and a cd player? Maybe for aesthetic purposes. Parking was fine. There was some charges that were not disclosed at check in. (an extra $165 ) which I find annoying and she made me dip my card twice saying it didn’t process and not disclosing the extra charge!!) The Thai restaurant across the street is 10/10!!!! Highlight of the stay.

The website advertised an included breakfast, a reason for choosing the property because we were going to on the go working each day. Desk clerk was very courteous but said no breakfast and there hasn't been a breakfast for 3 years as the breakfast area was converted to rooms. The "executive suite" was a bunker, no outside windows, worn carpet, with faucets that spun 360 degrees and only shut off in one position. Desk was a postage stamp barely large enough for a laptop.

They secured our shower rod as soon as we notified them that it was loose. They really do need to put in a small microwave because they have a refrigerator and a coffee pot. It would be nice to also have a small bistro table or more than just one chair so that two people could sit in chairs instead of having to sit on the bed.

This hotel was just what our family needed! Comfortable beds (even some of the pillows were down!) perfect location, and helpful staff. We'd definitely stay there again next time we're in LA.
