Cleanliness excellent parking terrible. Can't find a disabled parking. There is one that is available in the garage but they made it as a storage for carpet. When I asked the front desk about the carpets that were stored on the disabled parking space, the guy told me it's his first day I don't know if it's his first day as a.new employee or his first day to be back from his vacation instead of apologizing to us and telling us that he will make sure that the management will be informed of the situation. Customer service is bad.

Room was clean and well appointed. Staff was friendly. We were hoping to sleep in our first night, however both our rooms had the alarm clock go off at 6:30am and 7:00am respectively! Room attendants should have turned off the alarms. Another issue was we didn’t receive clean towels on our second night as promised. Last issue was their parking lot is too small and cannot accommodate all the guests. On two nights, we had to find parking on the street.

We’re visiting San Francisco and trying out a few different hotels for fun and comparison purposes. This is one of the best so far. We decided it would be safer and less expensive to stay slightly outside the city rather than downtown. Parking here is free compared to $65 to $95/night in the city and the room rate is less for a comparable hotel. It’s only about a 15 minute drive into central SF. The room is clean, the beds are comfortable and we like the fact that the bathroom has a real door rather than the sliding doors that a lot of the more recently built hotels have. The free breakfast is typical of hotels. The lobby is clean and attractively decorated but small and with nothing going on at night such as a restaurant or a bar. Overall, I can’t think of anything to complain about. The staff has been friendly and helpful. I guess the one thing that I don’t love is the area, but we’re not planning to spend any time around here so it’s not important to us.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. I liked that it was so close to my conference. I didn't like the parking. after check-in, it was a very steep driveway to get to the parking. Other than that, it was great!

The staff was exceptional. The complementary breakfast was nice. However, the room was outdated. There was a vomit-like smell in the room. The towels had stains. I won’t be staying there again.

The rooms were spotless. Small details show the management really care about high quality. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms smelled clean (no smell). I only wish the breakfast had real plates and cutlery. Overall, I was so impressed with this hotel. I will stay there again.

The hotel was very clean! Our rooms had everything we needed, a mini fridge, microwave and storage space. The staff was very friendly acknowledging us every time we passed them. The complimentary breakfast was great! We appreciated that they changed up the menu everyday giving us diverse options. Location was a plus! Only 20 minutes away from all of the San Francisco attractions. Parking was great they had two small garage parking lots and medium sized outside lot. Our only issue was the water pressure was not strong at all. It also turned cold while we showered and the pressure actually decreased as we were showering. But overall all a great place to stay and I would stay here again!

The hotel is a very nice little hotel to stay at. We were there 2 nights. The room was very clean. The only issue was the water pressure or the shower was very low but we managed. The free breakfast was delicious. The staff was amazing, friendly and very professional. I will stay again if in the area.

This hotel is located on a not-very-large block in Daly City, and I didn’t have high expectations. So I was pleasantly surprised to find a well-appointed and large room with a comfortable king size bed, and plenty of room for our two large suitcases and more. When our stay got extended by a day I was happy to rebook the same room. The hotel is clean, the staff is very helpful and the breakfast is good, standard fare. Parking can get tight but wasn’t a problem for us. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay and the customer service was outstanding. Angela, provided a greay experience including recommending a really good place for my family and I to have a nice lunch. I recommend Hampton Inn in Daly City if you plan on traveling to the area.

Isaiah was excellent upon check in, making sure we got our rooms adjoining each other and close to the elevators. The Assistant Manager, Sevana, was very helpful, and even helped out in the breakfast area. Very nice rooms, and very clean property throughout. Would definitely return to this hotel when in Daly City!

Very nice property surrounded by a mix of businesses and neighborhoods. Able to walk to public transportation or short drive. Decent breakfast with hot items like egss, sausage, waffles, and also cereal, muffins, etc. Only glitch was the fire alarm that kept going off one night which made for very a poor night of sleep. Staff was very apologetic and gave us a credit for that night. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay.

I found it strange to enter the lobby on the third floor. I enjoyed my stay and would return again. The location was not conducive to nearby eating, everything was a cab ride away except for the hamburger joints.

The Hampton Inn in Daly City is a hidden gem. It’s convenient to SFO and to our son’s house in the Outer Sunset. We’ve stayed here before but our visit this December was superb. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. Our room was spacious. The breakfast area was well maintained and a step above the usual hotel breakfast. We’ll stay here again.
