Stayed 3 nights

Enjoyed are stay family staycation - Kids pool, playground, Adult pool and firepit s'mores - Used to come here years ago with my friends timeshare. You can see they have not maintained it well. The bathroom flooring had tape holding down the tile, the property used to be very clean - leaves everywhere - no one cleaning them up. The foam in the kids water park and playground very warn - There were used band-aids around the kids pool. Since they were there all weekends it indicates they were not doing a good cleaning in the kids pool. Watching the kids have fun was enjoyable. I will probably be back again, because overall it is a fun place for the kids. Just hoping they pay for more staff to attend to the details.

Stayed 1 night

The resort was very nice. We did not use any of the amenities as we only stayed one night due to a conference and the location close to the venue. The room and staff were very helpful, rooms are large and clean. Furnishing we nice however, the fixtures could use dusting and the first floor windows had spiderwebs. Unfortunately we could hear running in the room above until 10:30 pm.l called the front desk around 8:30 pm and they call them. But since it was not 10 PM, they could not enforce anything until 10. After 10:30 ish and a second call the running stopped. So if you are an earlly to bed, and dont like runners above you, ask for top floor.

Stayed 4 nights

The hotel had a very comfortable king bed with big bathroom that had a big shower plus a bathtub that also doubles as shower. The pool was clean and spacious. It was very close to the freeway so was quite noisy to sit on the porch. The other issue is that throughout the 4-day stay no one cleaned the suite or did the bed or changed sheets. We requested someone to take trash out and bring fresh towels mid stay that they did.
