Our room was nice and on the 1st floor as requested. The check in was quick and the staff was nice. The AC quit on us late in theevening and made for a long night. I informed the front desk the next morning and we were given a new room on the 2nd floor facing the lake. The breakfast was very nice and a great start to the day. Both rooms were very clean and in good shape. Overall a very good weekend stay.

Happy pretty much with everything. 10 minute walk to London bridge, which is actually faster than driving because of limited parking around the bridge. Super clean, pool was nice with comfortable chairs and towels. Breakfast was better than most with plenty to choose from and friendly staff. Dylan at the front desk hooked us up with our late check out needs. Will be definitely going back.

Normally one of the better places to stay in LHC. However, this trip the spa was down the entire week, the breakfasts were the same every day and, one of the nicer benefits for summer guests - the huge ice machine to fill ice chests is no longer offered.

I made a room reservation a few months prior to our arrival. They gave us a handicap room for whatever reason and nobody was handicap in my party which is fine I guess? Then after about an hour of being in our room there was a very loud buzzing/vibration sound coming from the air conditioner to the point were I had to turn the tv volume up so much to mute out the sound. I notified the front desk clerk (Rhonda) about the situation and the first comment she made was “I can give you some ear plugs”…. But from the reaction that she made I couldn’t tell if she was making a joke about it or not. I then explained that it was a serious matter and I wouldn’t be able to sleep at night. She then told me we will get a maintenance guy come and take a look at it and if he can’t fix it we will give you a different room. Well… we did get a different room but only to find out that the toilet handle was really loose and didn’t flush. I laughed for a minute and instead of bothering Rhonda again.. just decided to take the toilet tank lid off and see what the deal was. Tighten the loose screw bolt that holds the handle on and it was fixed. Overall I would definitely stay here again. The breakfast buffet is definitely worth it and all you can drink coffee and tea. Lobby bar is only open Friday and Saturday. The pool is nice and clean plus you have a view of the lake too.
