Emplacement exceptionnel vue sur la mer Belle piscine et aménagement Bar de la piscine, assis dans l’eau en dégustant notre cocktail. Petit village très sympathique.

My prime reason for staying here is the Fatima Bay beach. The hotel provides lots of old, just inches above the ground beach chairs - so low that it's pretty hard on the knees to get up!! But there are plenty of palapas for shade. However, around the pools there is no shade for the chairs except in one small corner! And the pools were dirty - something scummy on top of water in main pool!! Remaining negative - couldn't charge drinks and food at the pool bar to my room! Pluses: Free Breakfast was excellent, room very clean and comfortable.

Great stay. We called ahead to let them know that we were getting in around 11pm and the guy at the front helped up get an order in to the restaurant before it closed. Breakfast was on point. They had green juices, eggs any way you wanted them, lattes etc… very good breakfast! My wife and I took a spin class that they offer outside. If you stay, make sure you take that course! A great workout on the beach!

Booked a king but they only had 2 double bed rooms. The place feels empty and kind of out dated. Also not super clean, no elevator.

The entire hotel. It’s not warm welcome. It’s cold. (Feels like a morgue) It’s not appealing. Suites are old. Lots of dead bugs behind the night table. They’re nothing no kettle, coffee or tea. Ice machine not in service. It’s not anything what’s on the website. Guest have to pay to use the beach amenities. Like any outside guest Understand it’s extremely central but it should be better than that.

What a beautiful beach location in Puerto Aventuras. The beach bar is nice and the staff is very attentive. The dolphin marina is right across from the hotel. It is surrounded by many good restaurants and live music every night.

Nice location and amenities but lacks an elevator. wonderful hot tub on the outer balcony.

El lugar es como y seguro, nos gusto que saliendo del hotel habia un Oxxo y luego estaba un delfinario y todo al rededor esta llenos de restaurantes, el desayuno del hotel esta incluido y es muy bueno. Lo unico que no nos gusto es que la alberca parece sauna, el agua esta muy caliente 😓

Everything under construction

This is a very nice hotel to stay at. I went with my family (two kids under 10) and it was a perfect place for us to stay. The beach is very nice, we saw lots of little fish and a ray when we were snorkelling, the restaurant has a great view of the sunrise and sunset, it was quiet at night (after 10 pm), and there were many places to walk to in terms of food and activities. The staff were very helpful and pleasant, the buffet was great, the hotel was always very clean, it was great. It is a little bit of an older hotel but I have zero complaints about my stay. I would stay here again.

Todo excelente, las instalaciones cómodas, todo limpio, el servicio de todo el equipo estuvo perfecto, amables en todo momento. La comida en el restaurante y en el snack bar frente al mar delicioso, los cócteles a buen precio y muy ricos. Definitivamente regresaremos a este hotel.

Hotel is crap, ants in the room, showers barely working, no hot water in the shower. Room was dirty, barely anyone at the hotel

Nice view and room layout, excellent bed, but the hotel needs serious maintenance. The musty smell in our room was intense when we arrived—more than average for a seaside hotel—and we noticed black mould in water damaged areas of the ceiling near the air conditioning. We turned it off and used just the fan for our entire stay. On two days there were long periods with no water in the building at all—12 hrs one day! When the water finally came back on after the second episode I filled the tub in case it happened again so we could at least flush the toilet. The water was dark rusty brown! Many families with out of control children dominated the pool and beach areas. We expected to see kids enjoying their vacations, but it was really excessive. Parents brought small children and babies in the “adults only” pool and swim up bar repeatedly. It’s hardly fair to expect servers who hope for tips to enforce the signage. With the overall level of running/jumping/riding scooters/playing in adult-designated areas, it seems like the hotel might want to get security staff. I think this must have been a nice property at one time, but there are changes necessary. We wouldn’t recommend it and we certainly wouldn’t go back.

Excellent room and staff hotel is very clean and luxurious

Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable, nos gustó mucho el lugar, la playa que estaba limpia y le limpiaban el sargazo, la comida también muy rica, nuestra habitación muy cómoda y la vista al mar increíble. La ubicación también excelente, frente a los restaurantes de Puerto Aventuras y ese desarrollo turístico es muy bonito y muy seguro.

Great hotel, good for family. Pool and Sea, the best, natural reef. nice poolside bar and restaurant. Room was clean and had a new look. Manager helped me out with an issue I created. Close to everything in PV.

La experiencia con las habitaciones deja mucho que decir, son habitaciones muy viejas y falta de mantenimiento. Me tuvieron que cambiar de habitación más sin embargo también la segunda habitaciones le faltaba cosas entre ellas focos fundidos. Las camas son cómodas la limpieza está bien pero la atención para resolver da mucho que pensar. Las personas que te reciben son los guardias ellos muy amables y serviciales buscando resolver. La playa muy bonita

The location and ambiance of this property is fantastic! We loved the staff and the room was lovely with a balcony . The balcony had a jacuzzi tub and close enough to hear the ocean. We are going back our first opportunity!

Room was fine, faulty faucet..but overall the stay was goid.

This is a fantastic place to stay for a couple. We only needed space for 2, so we had a single bed room. The shower opens up to the balcony where there is a hot tub, and screens are provided to keep it private. Staff was very courteous, food was excellent, A+++

Instalaciones renovadas. Habitaciones terribles, viejas, descuidadas, acabados viejos. Tiene potencial, una lástima.

Great stay. We called ahead to let them know that we were getting in around 11pm and the guy at the front helped up get an order in to the restaurant before it closed. Breakfast was on point. They had green juices, eggs any way you wanted them, lattes etc… very good breakfast! My wife and I took a spin class that they offer outside. If you stay, make sure you take that course! A great workout on the beach!

Staff is friendly, the location is great, the property is clean, food is good, and most importantly, the beach directly in front of the hotel is always clean and free of seaweed due to the reef and rock formations that are a few hundred yards out. It is not super fancy, but it is a great option to travel on a budget. Prices are very reasonable and all the facilities you can think of are within walking distance; about 20 restaurants, dolphin and manatee activities, charter fishing, golf, bike riding, medical facilities, bike and pedestrian trails, jet ski rental, you name it.

Amazing place! Staff were attentive and helpful. Room was clean, cool and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I have been going to PA for well over a decade now - a couple of times a year and we just love it. It’s a little gem of a Spot. We already booked our trip to go back to this hotel in February with a group of friends. We had the best time and the staff was so attentive. We had a wonderful vacation and will be back soon.

Nice, friendly hotel close to restaurants and shops and dolphins right out our window. Lovely, peaceful and quiet.

Friendly staff, great views of the Caribean and excellent swimming. A very relaxed atmosphere and restaraunts and bars are right across the street.

Excelente ubicación , incluye desayuno aunque no de muy buena calidad

La playa es muy linda y tranquila. Hay restaurantes y bars a muy corta distancia. Los precios del restaurante del hotel son muy elevados. No conviene consumir allí dado que a solo 20mts hay cafés, restaurantes y bares. El hotel debería revisar sus precios para competir con los que están afuera y aprovechar el consumo de los huespedes.
