The staff were the best part, very accommodating to the changes we made due to delayed airline flights. The location is perfect for bus travellers, close to restaurants and stores. The rooms seem very dated, amenities were lacking. (No towels or coffee in one room, only one coffee cup in the 2nd, had to ask for a third towel, even though we were charged extra for a 3rd person. It feels like we get the substandard rooms when booking through a 3rd party.

Very convenient location, but not much else going for it. Other hotels around 5 minutes' walk away offer much better accommodation for a similar price.

This hotel is across the street from the ADO bus depot. It's not fancy but it has a good restaurant and a nice garden that makes the city noise less noticeable.

Clean, and comfortable. Beautiful gardens. Perfect for a one night stay at each end of my month away. Would be good if you were exploring crnyral Cancun for a few days. Right across from the ADO bus station. I paid the very small upgrade fee to the 'executive floor' with a pool view. The rooms were on the second, and main floors. The ground floor room had super comfortable beds! Everything was clean. Would have been nice to have a hairdryer in the room. The design of, and the awkward ways the shower doors opened, cracked me up. That said, excellent water pressure. Loved the peacocks roaming the grounds, and the beautifuls lush flowers and greenery.
