Staff was terrible. Never had any towels and when we tried to call the front desk for towels or room service or anything they never answered.

I will start but saying that the staff is amazing but the property is very outdated. We had to change 3 rooms due to mold and awful smell in the rooms. The coffee machine didn’t work for the whole week we were there. The bathrooms by the pool were nasty and had to bring my kids all the time back and forth to the room to use the potty. Is unfortunate because the ocean and the staff is amazing but the property needs a renovation. The food in the buffet was mostly the same all the time but the restaurants were amazing except the steakhouse that ruined my daughter’s birthday night and surprise by “forgetting” to put the decorations I sent up when they said that’s something they can do and will do and were tipped good. The safe didn’t work in all 3 rooms. The elevator started shaking when we were inside twice. Some of the front desk was kind of rude when asked to change the room to a lower floor because my kids were terrified of the elevator and starting smirking and talking spanish with a colleague till they realized I could understand and speak spanish as well then the attitude changed. Big thank u to Aramis, all the staff at the buffet and restaurant and all the housekeeping staff in general. I chose this resort because it was recommended by a friend who had been there 3 years ago but it definitely had gone downhill since there and is very unfortunate because they have amazing staff.

The buffet was the same every meal. There wasn’t enough variety. There’s lots activities but would be nice if the game room was open all day. Some staff were very friendly and helpful, others not so much. Over all it was fun!
