Give this place a chance if you need something at a good value, hence the name of the place… Clean room, looked renovated and shower was very nice with fancy tile on the wall. Everything I needed was working, tv, wifi, microwave, mini fridge that was bigger and working better than expected as well as a comfy bed with good pillows. Needed a quick 1 night stay and the parking was convenient right in front of my room. Front desk clerk was well mannered and polite. Appreciated the hospitality.

It’s a decent place for what it is — just a spot to sleep. Some reviews seem a bit off because the property is pretty run-down. That said, it’s in a great location. The rooms are okay if you just need a place to crash. The price was reasonable, it smelled a bit like smoke, but the service was good. It’s definitely not a luxury hotel or even mid-range.

The place was dirty. It was warm and muggy when we entered the room. There was a roach in the toilet when we first saw it. There was still hair on the towels. The front desk agent informed me that I would get refunded the fee for if I left the room a mess and I did not leave the room a mess but yet I did not get a refund. I have the receipt for it but it doesn’t show on my account. The place itself in general felt dirty to stay in.

We booked our stay late in the evening, hotels were booked for events in the city. Our room was smoking allowed the smell was so overpowering, the front desk person left a can of Lysol with us. The room did not feel clean, the bed felt unsanitary we didn't sleep and left the property. The staff did their best, they were helpful but no amount of hospitality was going to save the foul odor of stale cigarettes or the gross conditions indoor smoking leaves on beds, sheets, walls or furniture..

Dirty comforter. Dirty sheets. Smelled like cigarettes in a non smoking room. Looked like a game of thrones dungeon. If you like filth, dirt, and grime this is your spot! Didn’t stay because it was so gross.

I had a great stay at this motel! The room was spotless, everything was fresh and well-maintained. The bed was super comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly. Staff were friendly and made check-in smooth and quick. I really appreciated how quiet and peaceful it was too—perfect for a good night’s sleep. If you’re looking for a clean, affordable, and comfortable place to stay, I highly recommend this spot!

This is TRULY a hole in the wall. There's fleas/bug that jumped on my legs as soon as I arrived, the room smelled, the refrigerator was dirty, & the bed had debris and dust on the bed frame. I IMMEDIATELY checked out.

The price and close proximity are why i chose this place. That being said, the bed was most likely older than me and im 42. The box springs in that mattress creak like an old wooden ship. I was unable to sleep at all. If the beds were to be replaced with ones from the ladt 10 years or so, this place would be great!

The beds were hard and the sheets were rough. There was no blanket of any kind, just a sheet and a super thin bed spread. The lighting was shockingly bright. But the room was clean and quiet. If the beds were more comfortable, I could recommend.

Ive stayed at the fanciest hotels in the heart of austin and the lowest motels in houston. I've stayed right next to the riverwalk and some town thats not even a blip on a map. This motel is by far the worst one ive ever stayed at. The parking lot is a pain to navigate, the staff were unfriendly and rather than putting a hold on your card they just charge it and you have to remind them to give you a refund. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and creaked every single time i or my wife layed on it. The shower water barely got above room temp drinking water and the hotel room stunk. If you were to give me the choice of this room again or just sleeping in my car, i would choose my car 100% of the time.

Old, outdated and worn down. Walked in the room and instantly had that feeling "don't touch anything". No coffee pot or microwave, only 2 towels that were also worn out and very tiny. Curtains don't close (used a hair clip). TV barely works, it too is old and worn out. Nothing comforting about staying there, not even the price. The location is good and it has restaurants within walking distance.

For the price range, very good basics. If you're wanting the extras larger hotels offer, like dining areas, pools, airport shuttles, you'll pay much more. But as for a great bed, shower, quiet stay, and clean room, this was perfect. Tiled floors. Good wifi.
